The banchan (small side dishes) are refillable once only. My favourite banchan of the day were the bean sprouts and eggplant. There were lots of vegetarian and vegan options, such as the Steamed Vegetable Dumplings, Vegetables Bibimbap, Mushrooms Bibimbap, Vegetables Udon, Vegetables Fried Rice, Kimchi Pancake, Soondubu-jjigae (Soft Tofu Stew) in different variations, and more.
