After we went to the mall, we went here for lunch. We got rose tteokbokki, corn cheese, boneless honey chicken, and original chicken to share. The tteokbokki was delicious, it was pleasantly chewy and the sauce was amazing. The honey chicken was good but it was a bit too sweet. The corn cheese was nice, it had plenty of cheese and was good with the other dishes. The service was pretty quick and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place. - MS Expect a little wait because they cook to order but the food is always hot. With our kids we needed to let the food rest and cool a bit before we dug in. The boned in classic chicken is fabulous and was so juicy. The boneless had honey and garlic and was too sweet for me but the rest of my party liked it. I would have preferred a spicier option but was overruled. Korean fried chicken is very popular and some are better than others - this place is very good. - SS

Customer service was great it was my First time going here and she helped me and took her time to explain the options. The spot is cute but crowded alot of people were inside. The chicken was really good and fresh. Definitely Shareable. Take out took about 20 minutes and they even gave you wipes which was useful!

New Korean Fried Chicken place.. and finally not an hour away for us! Came to try on a Thursday and it was fairly busy in there. We made our order and waited about 20min for the food (that was their estimate too) It wasn't too noisy in there while waiting and we just chatted about what was on TV. Got our chicken and fries and we loved all of it! The flavors were good, the chicken fully cooked to perfection and the fries really crispy! My fiance felt like there wasn't enough cheese dust on his snowy cheese chicken so he asked for more and they gave him a small container of cheese dust that he used like a dip haha. The owner also came by to chat and she was really nice and welcoming. Overall, coming back 100%

Snowing cheese fries. Was strangely sweet n tasted like sour cream and onion seasoning.

Resto claims to serve halal chicken but they have no certification granted to the restaurants name. Further there is no Halal sign on their menu, window, wall, website, OR Instagram. If you want to confirm they are halal, ask for their receipt for where they purchase their meat. The Korean dishes did not taste like the Korean dishes are supposed to taste. And the food did not look like how it looks in the images as advertised. A big price for the small amount you're getting.

Different system but works as their is also a few tables to eat at if not take out back to be eaten. Order - 30 crew pack which 30 pieces of chicken with up to 3 flavours, upgraded regular fries to voodoo fries, veggie (sticks which were carrot and celery) and 3 dips which we selected ranch. Plus 3 bottles of drinks. Total to be about $85 Service - self serve with multiple screens available to place order request, flavours, sides and drinks to be selected. Then paid via credit card or debit with machine available. Given a number on the receipt to bring out and contacted once done for pick up. Text msg sent to phone as number is required upon orders placed that order is processed and text received once order is ready. Can do grocery shopping and pick up after which is convenient. Ambience - clean and organized from Clare's to place order to pick up counter. However the few tables available to eat at on site is not managed or cleaned but self cleaned by patrons. Food - had voodoo fries which was good and had some spice kick to it. Had the boneless chicken with the following flavours: hickory smoked BBQ which was my least favourite. Just drowned in BBQ sauce that was too sweet. Lemon pepper which was good but it was not lemon pepper dry but lemon sauce or juice poured over the pepper chicken that had it soggy if not eaten quickly. Honey garlic which was everyone in the families favourite. Ranch dip was watery for the veggie dip It was average and premium for paid for but it is about convenience too complete grocery shop if needed.

I wanna start off be saying that have gotten take-out from here before, it's always been 50/50…read moreeither hit or miss, but today was an absolute disgrace. We picked up our order at 7:45, an hour 15 before they close, so maybe they put our food together in a rush and gave us the last remains off the day. Firstly, all the food was placed in upside down containers, this made the salad dressing spill out of the container and into the bag, onto the other food containers. Secondly, when my sister bit into the very hard bread, her mouth was immediately filled with oil!!! So disgusting she nearly threw up, we checked the other pieces of bread and when squeezed, there were all oozing with oil (phots attached). One of the most disgusting things I have ever seen come from a restaurant. Lastly, the yuka frita was not only super greasy, but it seems as it they gave us both clumps of yuka, as well as the remains from the bottom of the fryer (photo included). The only reason we didn't go back and return the food was because we live in downtown Toronto. When contacting them directly via email, Alvaro, who I would hope is management, responded rather defensively, and came off as rude, rather than just simply giving an apology. I am not one to post reviews ever, but the mix of bad food and poor service has brought me here. If you want to eat here, take a gamble, it's a 50/50 chance that you get edible food.

If you enjoy Popeye's chicken sandwich, then you're going to LOVE Mary Brown's chicken sandwich…read more It's hands-down my favourite chicken sandwich right now. The chicken they use is perfectly cooked and moist and the batter is so light and crispy. They even put a pickle slice on the top of the bun like it's a crown (or more like a tiara). Speaking of the bun, MB also gets this right with their soft and cushiony bun that melts in your mouth with the succulent chicken. Honestly, this is one of the best burger buns ive had in a while! I bought a couple of their chicken sandwiches for $4.99 each as their Monday special. Another customer was mentioning how their special used to be $3.99. That's inflation for ya. I also tried their 2 piece combo with potato wedges (on a different day. I'm not a pig). The 2 piece was really tasty however not as mind blowing as their chicken sandwich IMO. Their wedges are actually amazing with their high amounts of powder seasoning. It's like the Doritos of wedges when it comes to more seasoning. The insides were potatoey which was a nice contrast when chewed with the crispy flavourful exterior. This is a fairly new location. I'm surprised no one reviewed them yet. They're located in the Longo's plaza, across the street from McDonalds.

Ambiance is casual, interior is clean, and service is fast and attentive. We ordered a couple of dishes and they all came out relatively quickly. The banchan (small side dishes) are refillable once only. My favourite banchan of the day were the bean sprouts and eggplant. There were lots of vegetarian and vegan options, such as the Steamed Vegetable Dumplings, Vegetables Bibimbap, Mushrooms Bibimbap, Vegetables Udon, Vegetables Fried Rice, Kimchi Pancake, Soondubu-jjigae (Soft Tofu Stew) in different variations, and more. The menu was pretty extensive, covering the most typical Korean dishes from the stews and grilled items, to a few Korean-Chinese dishes (such as Jajangmyeon) and everything in between. Steamed Vegetables Dumplings were quite small individually, but came in a sizeable portion. I liked the green onion garnish. Taste-wise, they were alright. Vegetables Bibimbap was excellent - good amount of mixed vegetables (spinach, zucchini, mushrooms, carrot strips, lettuce, bean sprouts) and the fried egg was perfectly crispy on the outer edges, with a still gooey and runny yolk. Grilled Croaker was also decent. It had a lot of small bones as it was a whole fish. It came served with purple rice, and we chose to add on extra lettuce. Seafood Knife Cut Noodles came in a big portion - with lots of slippery, thick udon noodles, pieces of seafood (mussels, clams, squid, shrimps, octopus), and a little big of vegetables (zucchini, carrot, onion). They came in a nice seafood-infused broth - perfect for a cold winter day. I'd come again for the variety of menu items they offer (especially the wide selection of vegetarian options), satisfying tastes, and great & efficient service.
