They said it was due to the grill being backed up, but to their credit, it was ready right when I arrived and tasted fresh. The burrito itself was really solid. The grilled cheese crust on the outside was a nice touch, but what stood out even more was the underside--it had this flaky, crispy texture that made every bite satisfying. Flavor-wise, the bacon definitely carried the dish with a great smoky taste, and you'd occasionally get a nice kick from the jalapeño. The eggs were there, but I didn't notice many had brown potatoes. The few that were in there had that slightly chewy/hard/gummy texture you get from like next-day reheated hash browns, so I'm not sure what was going on there. Fresh, crispy potatoes or even their fresh fries would have taken this to the next level. Overall though, really good burrito with great texture and strong smoky flavor--just a couple tweaks away from being excellent! Also got 5 wings to try, with Carolina Gold sauce. They were great!

Both the burger and chicken sandwich exceeded my expectations. I forgot to request how I wanted my burger cooked, but Joe made it just right (medium/medium rare). "The Sauce" on the burger was a nice touch, as was the "313 sauce" and kewpie mayo on the chicken sandwich. The fries had a classic taste to them, similar to McDonald's fries. I'll definitely be keeping tabs on this truck's whereabouts going forward.

My husband got the chicken bowl, and he had no complaints. I tried the Reina pepiada arepa with cheese. I'm so glad I got the cheese because it was salty and gory. The arepa was crispy and delicious. We also got the vegetarian cachapas that I sampled and then saved for lunch the next day. Wow it was spectacular. The plains were my favorite part. The corn pancake was somehow creamy like a polenta cake. I loved everything about it and can't wait to go back! The cost was very reasonable for the amount of food they give you and the quality.
