I tried BB's while meeting up with my sister one evening at Rosecomb. BB's was clean and well lit. I enjoyed the chicken Korean bbq chicken sandwich meal. Very flavorful and a perfect addition to drinking my hard kombucha and just enjoying a slow Sunday afternoon. I do recommend this spot. BB's brought my food over to Rosecomb. The staff here are polite and professional. No complaints.

Gluten-free chicken nuggets, tots, and mango sweet-sour sauce

Gluten-free breaded chicken nuggets fried in a dedicated gluten-free fryer? Yes! Gluten free fries, tots, and sweet potato waffle fries also fried in a dedicated fryer? Yes! Gluten-free dipping sauces? Yes! Life is hard for someone with Celiac disease that loves fried chicken and potatoes, but BB's makes it a little easier. They also have gluten-free grilled chicken and fried green tomatoes. I'm looking forward to them getting their gluten-free cheese curds back in stock. For non gluten free folks, there are additional options like fried chicken sandwiches on brioche that my husband says are tasty. The service was prompt and friendly and they have a large, covered patio to sit outside when the weather is nice.

This was less than mid. We have been to bbs many times and this was one of the worst experiences we have had at any of their restaurants. They were out of apple juice, lemonade and fruit punch so there was no drinks for my children. I'm glad to see they have kids meals now but hopefully they will have better supply of the kids options are they did not have fruit either. The manager did come talk to us and stated they had supply issues and hoped they would get them resolved and we would come back again.

Food was solid. Looked like it was a tempura batter for the chicken sandwiches. They have some cool ideas for chicken sandwiches and tots. We had the bbq cheddar and hot honey sandwiches. Also had the bacon cheddar tots. Those were all good. The issue came with the cleanliness. High chairs were filthy. Bathrooms were filthy. Smelled like piss as soon as you open the door. Saw after we ate that the rating was an B 89.0. Service was great tho.

Pretty solid lunch, fresh and well prepared... a little messy, but tasty enough to make up for it. Counter service was efficient, you can also order via QR code on the tables. Facility was open, bright and clean. Looking forward to trying the other sandwiches and tenders next time.

I've heard a lot of good things about this restaurant! I was thrilled to find out for myself what the hype was all about. This place is huge in the inside and very clean. The menu is simple and everything must be purchased separately. They don't offer combos. Service was amazing and the food was very basic.

The food is so delicious/tasty and cooked right! The service is top notch and everyone is always so friendly. We love this place and would recommend this spot to everyone. There is always a great atmosphere. "Our weekend Hot spot"

I had a great experience here, although my meal had to be remade a few times due to being made a fried sandwich instead of grilled. The staff was very polite and understanding, I loved the atmosphere and the ambiance. Great for a quick bite.

Tried BB's Crispy Ch chicken out to see what the hype was about ... Went to the Parkside location in Cary ... First I want to say that the space is nice and large with a huge outdoor area which is nice but wish there were space heaters available for cooler fall nights .. it would be more appealing to sit out there if there were... hint hint nudge nudge.. So this location doesnt have their boozy shakes so just be warned . . So now onto their food... it's good to know that the gluten free crowd can eat here... unlike the Lords chicken sandwich place across the street ... this place has their chicken in a gluten free panko breading which is pretty good... And for an upcharge they can give you a GF bun also ... So I wanted to keep it simple so I orderd the "BB'S PICK" which was crispy chicken tenders with thick-cut pickles on a toasted brioche bun and I added green magic dust and bacon to it . I also added BB'S TRIPLE PLAY which a Sample all of the Side BBites--Sweet Potato Waffle Fries, Sea-Salt Brined French Fries, and Crunchy Cheese Curds dusted with green magic dust So with what I ordered out of the way ... let's just say I was a little bit let down ... The chicken was on the dryer side and flavor was lackluster .... even the green magic dust didnt offer much flavor to the sandwhich ... I guess they want people to order their chicken with the sauce to dip it in to give it flavor... The triple play was mainly fries and some cheese curds and a few sweet potatoe fries ... The curds were ok ... the sweet potato fries were good .. the regular fries were ehhh .. Next time if I come back I'll just do sweet potato fries maybe the curds... Overall not sure what the hype was about this place ... Maybe I went when things where so so ... Oh if you want to know what the green magic dust was ... the guy at the counter said it wss basically dried jalapeno dust.

The young man working the counter was very nice. The diet soda was out, which was a disappointing. It appeared there was not enough staff to fix the machine. We got the tots and 2 sandwiches. The tots were warm, and they had a weird taste, I am thinking it had something to do with the oil they were fried in. We both took a few bites and threw out the sandwiches and tots, just not impressed with the food at all. We will not be returning. I am attaching a picture of the breading on the chicken it was most like one piece of breading on the chicken. We ended up doing the drive thru at Panera for dinner.

Located off of 540, this was a quick pit stop in n our way to Pittsboro from the north of the Triangle. The place has a great, clean fast-food vibe on the inside and has a lovely pergola/beer garden on the outside. This looks perfect for the withkids crowd, with corn hope and green spaces right beside the roundabout. The food: an interesting take on fried chicken. We got chicken strips, which seemed to be sliced breast meat. Not the best choice for proteins because a quick fry makes it tough, but it made for almost picture perfect portioning. The crust came off a lot like a Calabash-style corn breading, crunchy, and made a nice base for the sauces to adhere. Sauces: yum-yum, kind of a mayoketchupwithsoy concoction and the white buffalo (hot sauce and mayo). The hit for me: the totchos, basically topped tater tots- we opted for the cheese whiz and bacon, which were kind of a gross pub food guilty pleasure. All in all, great atmosphere, a step above the fast food all around, and a once we're you can take the kids on a Sunday afternoon. The place joins up with a tap room type joint next door, so get the kids some nuggies and let them throw corn hole bean bags at each other while you grab a pint. It's not amazing, but it's not a bad concept.

BB'S PICK fried chicken sandwich w/thick-cut pickles, toasted brioche bun (Duke's Mayo added) & sea salt brined French fries.

You can genuinely taste the difference when something is made to order like this. Whether you eat it right there in the H Mart food court or take it to go, the quality holds up. My go-to is the Spicy Garlic, which has fantastic flavor, bold, savory, and just the right level of heat without overpowering the chicken itself. The sauce clings perfectly to the crispy exterior while the inside stays tender and juicy. It's the kind of place you go back to again and again because it's reliable. No surprises, no drop-off in quality, just consistently great fried chicken done right. If you're a fan of Korean fried chicken or just great fried chicken in general, Chicken Bee is an absolute must.

The Supreme Sauced Half Chicken is tossed in a special gochujang sauce (advertised as medium spicy). The sauce was sweet, savory, delicious, and perfectly spicy. It truly had the right amount of spice for me! It made my nose run a little bit (in a good way) but didn't blow my socks off. I was able to enjoy the flavors but had a good burn on the tongue. I got rice as my side. It was overcooked and boring, but the chicken was so good I honestly didn't care. I got rice just in case the sauce was too spicy for me and I needed something to soothe my tongue. When I eat here again, I'll get pickled radish as the side!

As an African American woman, soul food is more than just food to me. There's a certain authenticity and flavor I expect when I walk into a soul food restaurant. I ordered several items and after tasting everything, I honestly ended up throwing the entire meal away. I took a bite or spoonful of each item just to give everything a fair chance, and every time I moved on to the next thing, it was another disappointment. The mashed potatoes had a strange aftertaste that I couldn't get past. I don't know if it was the gravy or something else, but something tasted off. The barbecue ribs tasted more boiled than slow cooked and were completely drenched in sauce. The cabbage was overwhelmed with vinegar and lacked seasoning. The mac and cheese tasted more like overcooked noodles with cheese instead of flavorful baked mac and cheese. The cornbread was dry, and even the cake was dry. I will say the restaurant was clean and the employees were friendly, so I have no complaints there. My issue was with the food quality and value for the price. Spending around $80 for a meal like this did not feel worth it at all. Maybe other people love it, but based on my experience, I don't understand the hype. The food just did not taste authentic or well prepared to me. I wish I had stuck with my original plans and just gone to Mikey's Diner in Wilson, North Carolina instead. At least I would have left satisfied. For me, this wasn't worth the drive, wasn't worth the money, and I won't be returning.

I've been here multiple times since they opened a few months ago, and I have to say that this is the best fast food spot in the Chapel Hill area, especially for breakfast. The dining area looks somewhat smaller than most Chick Fil-As I've been to - not in terms of space but the amount of seats. Regardless, I was able to easily find a seat in my latest visit for breakfast. There's pop music from the radio playing in just the right volume, so the atmosphere doesn't feel dead. Place looks clean overall and temperature is just right despite the cold weather outside. Chick fil-A's app is one of the best for ordering in any method. I never have to go to the front counter when dining in but I noticed a tiny flaw when going ordering via Mobile drive thru: it seems they don't prepare the order until you get to the drive thru area - which could be a good and bad thing. Good because it ensures freshness but in a couple of experiences, it was bad because I had to wait a few more minutes despite ordering via the app ahead of time even though there weren't a lot of customers. In the latest visit, I dined in for breakfast and ordered a spicy biscuit combo with those little "hashbrowns" and half sweet tea/half unsweetened. My latest discovery is that I could just order the protein such as a spicy fillet for the first time. Also got the honey and the other type of honey sauce for the sandwich. I also added egg and American cheese on my sandwich for additional price, and my total was around $10.50 - overall great value for fastfood breakfast. I sometimes order parfait with granala instead of hash but that costs around $3 more. Spicy chicken fillet sandwich was satisfying, breaded and spiced just right. The signature Chick Fil-A sauce is good but I wish they also have something similar to Cane's or Zaxby's spiced orange sauce. Being able to customize order in the app is easy and it's nice to get points for rewards (free items). Chick Fil-A's reputation for having amazing customer service is carried on in this location, and this is one of the major reasons I decide to go to this fast food over others. An employee often comes and ask if I need anything like a refill and they sometimes help take my trash away when I'm done. Despite a few flaws like forgetting a drink order or leaving 1 of the tables not completely clean at 1 time, Chick Fil-A's customer service is excellent in this particular location. I'll definitely return here again (more for breakfast). Not saying lunch/dinner menu is bad - love the salad and the typical chicken sandwiches and breaded tenders but since they took out the pimento sandwiches, it gave me 1 less reason (major to me) to grab lunch or dinner. They need to spice it up, introduce something new worth trying. Nonetheless, I enjoy Chick Fil-A overall and I'm glad this Chapel Hill locatiok now exists. It's close to the Planet Fitness too, so customers can go there if they want to burn those poultry calories!

They were in the process of training a new hire at the time, so the line took some time to move through, but I still got my food pretty quickly. I ordered the harvest crunch vegetable which had all of my favorites - the mushrooms were so flavorful and my favorite part. The only two critiques I had was that 1) I asked for half/half rice and romaine and my bowl had way too much romaine, it really overpowered all of the other ingredients that came in the bowl and 2) the tofu was not my favorite - it wasn't crispy or as flavorful as I would like it, so that's something for the plant-based community to keep in mind. That said, I imagine all of the other animal-based proteins taste better! If their tofu was improved, I would absolutely return to try some of their other unique bowl combos.
