After spending a long day at the lake this meal was just what we needed. The atmosphere was great. Our server seemed new (and busy) but he did a great job! We had ordered the potato skins as an app but our server had forgotten to ring them in. I asked for fries instead and the manager put them on the house. Very disappointed in this location. We were told when we walked in that there was going to be a 30 minute wait because the kitchen was backed up. The place was maybe 50 percent full. We sat down ordered our food and it took 45 minutes to come out. My wife's chili was lukewarm, My medium cooked burger was well done. First time eating here and it was very good. They seemed pretty busy and may have been a little short staffed but they were all very upbeat and pleasant. We had a young server who may have been new who was delightful. He was very attentive, quick with everything and great attitude. Got us started right away with the jalapeño poppers and beef quesadilla. He wasn't old enough to drink but asked about our feedback on alcoholic drinks so he would know what to tell other customers who had questions about them. The jalapeño poppers were great. They are not battered, the bacon was crispy with very creamy cheese and the jelly dip sets off the flavor. Very hard to split them when you want them all yourself The quesadilla is huge! I feel the picture doesn't really show the scale of how big it was. Very rich, thick sour cream, and crispy tortilla. I loved the B Man sandwich, smoky tender meat, super soft roll with melted cheese. The fries were very good but a little on the salty side, if you are sensitive to salt I would let them know before ordering. I am they type of person that puts salt on everything. The ranch tasted like fresh in-house made, very good. Overall very pleased with our first meal here and look forward to going back. This place was convenient for a bunch of us that attended a wedding in the area and we had time to spare before the reception began. The location was easy to find with a big sign of their name. It was quiet when we walked in but there were people around so it wasn't totally empty. I liked how they offered other alcoholic beverage selections besides beer. I got a Moscow mule and it was kinda strong but wasn't bad. We weren't planning on staying long so we ordered only appetizers. We got chips and cheese, chicken quesadilla, and some wings for the table. The chips were my favorite because they were crispy and not oily. Some of us at the table thought the wings were not marinated in sauce well because the flavor was very weak to taste. I think this place is a good addition and for many out of town people attending weddings in the area, then this would be a good place to stop by for food and drinks if you have extra time on your hands. read more

After a 30 minute wait for our food, I received my reuben sandwich. It was the thickest sliced corned beef I'd ever seen. It was all gristle and so tough I couldn't eat any of the meat. Food has turned to absolute crap... I have came in recently for loaded fries and fried pickles on 2 different occasions and not times were crap. This place has really gone down hill the last couple of years. For the price you are paying for food, it should be a lot better. We go to the one on 135th all the time service is great and so is the food. Been to this one a couple times now and food is not a consistent and the bartender today was horrible for the second time now. We sat at bar and she looked directly at us, turned and played on the computer for a couple minutes. After being ignored she turned around to help the person who came in behind us and then her computer again. Finally took a drink order about 8-10 minutes in. There isn't much in these parts. We called ahead to let them know we had a party of 13, then they acted surprised when we showed up. They also seemed put out since they had to move tables together to accommodate. Waitress seemed like she was new at this, she brought more food than we ordered due to taking an order from the same person three times. We just thought she was confused. On a good note- the food was actually pretty good, I would give that 3 stars, but the service knocks it down. They have promise, just work on the layout and service. read more

I just tried this place on 4/27/2022 and I'm glad I did! Service is decent and I can see management doing their best with the quality/inexperience of staff they have. There is only so much you can do with 2022's version of employees. The food was really good, I got a Reuben and Wings and the reuben was off the hook. The wings are not terrible and for the area, you're not going to get better wings unless you go to Hooters. These wings could easily be the best in Miami County (that I know of). How is this place still open? It legit looks like a dive bar inside. The benches are all torn, it's dark, smells, and service is crappy. The prices on the menu don't match up to what you actually receive. The food is HORRIFIC!! Everything taste frozen or reheated. We go to BB's regularly or I should say used to. I will not go any longer after my experience a couple weeks ago. We went later in the evening at 8:30pm. Our waitress came over introduced herself as Shannon. She then took our drink order. I wanted iced tea. She came back with our drinks and slams my tea down and says this is it. We don't have anymore tea for the night. I was frustrated at that point because I didn't like her tone. I made it clear I wasn't gonna pay $2-3 for iced tea if couldn't get refills. Plus it didn't make sense that they stay open til 2am as to why they wouldn't brew more for remainder of evening. I didn't argue and just asked for water and my daughter asked for honey mustard for her chicken. She then went to bar area where another young man was working and proceeded to complain about how I requested tea. The young man walks over with the honey mustard for my daughter and puts it on the table and says "here you go valued customer" in a sarcastic voice. I was very disappointed that they felt the need to treat us this way. Shannon then brought our check and I told her how I felt about that interaction and her response was "I can't fix your situation". With that, I thanked her. I still tipped 20% because I always do and said I would leave my review online. I will not be back. Since Anna and Nick no longer work there, apparently don't expect good customer service. read more

On Saturday November 6 2020 around 1:30, my husband and I decided to do lunch with our children! As we walked we noticed to seat ourselves and it looked like one waitress was working including the bartender. We absolutely understand that the business is extremely short staff but our poor waitress was all over the place with no help to very little help from bartender. We ordered and did not receive any of our appetizers that we ordered first for our children to snack on! It was apparent that the poor waitress was "trying" but couldn't keep up with all the customers she had to attend! Once our food arrived, it was clear to us that they have some sort of food storage and the food didn't look well to eat! The steak was extremely well done mostly burnt "asked for medium cooked when ordered and mashed potatoes didn't taste right I felt they were made from a previous day and they were old. Not worth the 15.99 plus the ketchup that given to my child was chunky!!! My husband stated he felt sick after he ate his club sandwich and returning home unfortunately he did vomit. I don't like giving bad reviews but I felt this was much needed! I advise other customers to truly think about coming to this bar and grill.. My honest opinion is that bartender liked herself a little too much and should of stepped up to help the one waitress.. that poor waitress needs a raise!!! Or a vacation!! read more

Service was slow, food cold. Couple next to us said they had been waiting an hour for their food and just walked out. Been coming here for 9 years- sad . I was really upset at this place. I ordered the Carolina chicken sandwich and I had really high hopes bc I live so close and I always see this place packed when I go to price chopper. My food was inedible, the bun was soaked all the way through and the breading on the sandwich was soaked too, it was almost as if someone dunked it in water out of the fryer and stuck it on a bun. When a customer asks if a specific ingredient is in a dish, the server should verify with the kitchen to be sure. I had a client take me to your restaurant on Saturday. When the server told us about the loaded burrito special you had, I asked if it had sour cream. He responded no. I then agreed to try it without the fries inside it. When the Oder was delivered, I added the salsa provided and proceeded to eat since I had been told no sour cream was in the burrito. On the third bite, I didn't have as much salsa, and was able to taste the sour cream. I stopped eating, and drank all of the lemonade I had. When the server came back over and we explained that the dish did have sour cream, he said " Oh, I guess I will take it off your check." Then he walked away. After 20 minutes, my client called the server back over. I was already starting to get sick, but was trying to be patient thinking a replacement or something would be coming. The server had an I don't care that I might have just poisoned someone attitude and said, " I didn't think he would want anything else" to my client. By the time the replacement dish arrived 10 minutes later, I was starting to have feelings of nausea, and took the dish to go. I am writing this review 24 hours later, and while I did not need to go to the ER, the rest of my weekend was ruined. My client told me he went back and talked to the manager since the owner wasn't there. I don't know what was said, but he told me that he won't be going back. read more

I had a wonderful experience at BB's Bar and Grill in Springhill, KS. They have items marked gluten sensitive but you can also request substitutions and add a gluten free bun for $2. The Mediterranean pasta dish is completely gluten free if u sub the pasta and eliminate the bread. Unfortunately the fries are cooked in the same fryer as gluten items. The manager came out who has celiac and told me what modifications I could make to be gluten free for other non-marked items. I only wish they still had the cauliflower grilled cheese! read more

My family and I went to BB's a few times before we decided it just isn't worth it. The servers are rude, you'll wait a long time for the food, and the odds are that it's not going to be the way you ordered it anyway. It's not cheap, either. On one particularly memorable visit, we ordered the potato nachos. They were inedible, they were so salty. We complained to the server, who explained that the fries are salty and the other ingredients are salty, so we should have asked them to back off on the salt. That would have been helpful information *before* we ordered the appetizer, but that's not the BB's way. There are plenty of other places competing for your dining dollars. I'd go to one of those. read more

I'd give the restaurant a break. They were a new restaurant, and they've gotten better each time I've gone in. The menu is creative and offers American dishes that are prepared in slightly unique ways (Havarti Sticks instead of Mozzarella sticks, for example). The burgers are pretty good, made to order. I do agree that it seems to always take a long time for the food to come out. So don't go if you're in a hurry. And the music is always up just a bit too loud in the place. One time, two tables complained about the volume of the music. Seems silly at a bar and grill, I know, but to not be able to hear the person on the other end of the table (sitting one foot away) is a bit much. I like that they're local. They support the school system, and they are supporters of the residents and are willing to help out philanthropically (donating proceeds of food sales to charities, for example). As a new business, I'd cut them some slack. They have improved over time and probably will continue to do so. read more

I wish I could give it a review that was less than one star. This is the sort of restaurant slash bar where you go to make animal sounds with your friends while you watch The Game. Given the waitstaff's lackadaisical attitude, I'm surprised that this joint stays in business. I could do a better job taking orders and then delivering them, and I've never worked in a restaurant. Given how long it takes to get an order to the table, I don't know what's happening in the kitchen, but I suspect that they're not cooking food. How they have six people on the wait staff and manage to give nearly zero service to a mere thirty customers, I know not. On the plus side, it's clean and they seem to serve Sysco's best. Given the care put into the menu, someone wanted it to be a good place, but the staff there fails to deliver. read more

Got home to find no tots and no baked beans (which I later found out is no longer given with B man even though it is still on menu).
