Came Back for a football game. Service still slow and poor (at least they're nice), table is dirty...and the restaurant is almost empty. If there we other close options for me, I wouldn't come back at all...let's see how the wings are. Stay tuned. Welp, mediocre /wings at best. Edible, but I ordered two flavors and if they didn't have a slightly different hue, I couldn't taste a difference. They were not hot (temperature or seasoning)...I'm going to go somewhere else to watch my game. Back to the staff.... Bless this waitress's little heart, she just doesn't have a clue, and she is training a new hire (actually pretty comical). They are so nice, but so untrained... The biggest interstate college football game all year is on TV right now...this is a sports bar and it is empty. Food quality has gone down. Ordered fish & chips along with "B" man with tots. Got home to find no tots and no baked beans (which I later found out is no longer given with B man even though it is still on menu). I called and the manager was busy so they took my number for the manager to call me. They never did! My fish was soggy and not crispy at all. $27.00 for a terrible meal. Not impressed. BB's Grill - Bars Near Me - Spring Hill, Kansas

When I ate here the first time... I absolutely loved it. Everytime since has been horrible. The food is never made like you order it, the waitstaff is terrible & if you complain, you should probably expect an attitude from your waitress. I have been treated very poorly at least 3x in the last 2 months from the employees of this place. Why do I keep coming back? Because unfortunately for me it's the only place in town that isn't fast food with somewhat *arguably* edible food. The last manager they had claimed she would put a gift card behind the bar for me, for one of the messed up orders & it never happened, and when I ordered last night, not a single thing was correct with my order. I'm calling to speak with the *new* manager; hopefully he is better at his job than the rest of the people working there. read more

My family has been long time residents in Spring Hill. We have spent a lot of money over the years in this establishment. With that being said we generally have exceptional service with tasty food. However, it seems these great qualities are not so much the same during this pandemic. Last week, there were two separate occasions where hair was found made INTO the food. When brought to the managers attention, there was attitude given instead of empathy. This was appalling to me and my family as is. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, and always support our local businesses, so I went back today. There I was told I was banned for complaining about my food twice in one week. This is not quality customer service particularly to one of the regulars. On top of the disrespect towards me, friends with me were given back the wrong change, also had the other with HAIR COOKED INTO THE FOOD! The manager left the bar saying "I can't deal with this" while there were just us and 2 other tables. The owner needs to be more involved with his staff and work on better customer service, and problem solving critiques, not to mention being involved at all more than sitting on his behind at the bar drinking during a rush hour while they are getting slammed. This is not a business I recommend at this time, and will be taking our money elsewhere. read more

Servers should never be dismissed prior to self seating unless their section has been cleaned thoroughly. Upon getting up we notice some things that were under our booth the entire time....a couple of menus and half a pizza (yes, actual slices) that apparently some kids left behind along with the other half's worth of pizza crusts! Wtf?? Mostly empty restaurant would indicate self seating shouldn't be an issue because the previous server of that table shouldn't neglect that kind of mess! Arguably (but barely) the best place to eat in Miami county. Trust me, I've lived there 20 years and eaten at every pitiful attempt of a restaurant that has came and quickly went. This one is a keeper if you like food that isn't straight from Sysco. read more

Food is fair but the owner can be a bit of a jerk. About 10 of us showed up for a big game and we took 2 chairs from the bar that no one was using so the girls could sit. We planned on being there for about 4 hours and planned on spending lots of money. The owner came over and loudly told us that he had to get chairs out of storage to replace the ones we took. We couldn't understand the need to tell us and the need to be a jerk about it. I won't be spending money there anymore! read more

Great place for drinks and the food is fresh and amazing! Always something new to try and the portions of food are nice and big. I recommend the country fried steak or pork tenderloin sandwich while my kids love the chicken tenders! Since we moved to Spring Hill we have been frequently eating Tacos Tuesday and BBs. After tonights visit I will have reservation of going back. First off what the price on the menu and what they charge you are different amounts!! $1.50 tacos on menu actually cost you $1.75!! The taco salad that has come in a giant taco shell bowl...packed to the top with ingredients tonight came in a 12 or 14 inch lip bowl and the ingredients did nit even come to the turn for the lip. The tea was watered down, 24 ounce beer on tap was $7.75 cents!!! Oh my the waiter well besides serving with his thumb in the basket...only asked if we wanted a refill when our drinks had been empty for some time and our food was done. BBs you need to get your act together..up date your menus... What makes a good restaurant is knowing what your going to get is what you have been served previously...not the case tonight... read more

Wow I don't know where to start. But here goes. I could not be more unimpressed with our server Brock. While I was looking for a booster seat. The sign said seat yourself. I should of read the fine print that said. Help yourself. While I was looking, another waitress said you have table 42. He quickly responded with a tone of no I don't. So now I get a waiter that doesn't want to serve our table. He came over asked what we wanted to drink. Then took our order. It was warm in the restaurant, so we decided to eat outside. Beautiful night out. Delivered our food, returned 1 more time to get refill of drink never returned. So I had to go inside to get my ticket. In the mean time while I was standing at the bar to get my ticket. Brock was on his phone. Walked right past me, finally with a disgusted tone. I asked," who has my ticket. Brock then replied, oh sorry. Got off his phone and gave me my ticket. Never once said thank you for coming. Not acting at all like I was a valued customer. Not asking Brock to oversell it. But he does work on tips. So the better the service. The better the tip. Not everyone is cut out to be a server. Realizing that will prevent places that are quality places like BB's will continue to flourish. Without having the staff demise the integrity of the business read more

We've eaten here several times and had maybe one decent meal. Overcooked food, nasty mean servers, drunken manager or owner sitting at the bar. They cheat their help, which is probably why they're mean. Promise certain wages and then don't pay what was promised. Love this place! Great food and the specials are good priced also. Great Sunday football bar only downside is no NFL ticket, but it's location in a smaller town makes sense cause it's so expensive for bars to purchase with the amount of tvs. Owners a great guy, drinks are always great. My wife and I have been to BB'S numerous times and have always been satisfied. Last Sunday we went there after church and had lunch. We asked for potato skins (which they no longer have....dissapointed) and we were offered the loaded fries. The loaded fries were a bunch of French fries SMOOTHER in a bad cheese sauce with a few tomatoe prices and a few scallions. My Southwest Chicken salad was a ton of Southwest mix with a little bit of lettuce...I was really looking forward to a salad plate like I usually get at this restaurant. Again, my wife and I have eaten here often and this could have been a new cook thing but we paid our bill, graciously tipped our waitress and left without comment. Keep going to this restaurant because it is a great atmosphere and is usually really good food. Bring back the potato skins please. read more

We eat at BB's Grill frequently, primarily because we love buffalo wings and theirs are awesome. BB's is a typical bar and grill. I like the backroom, where we can sit and watch a game. The tables are tall, pub tables and each has a hook to hang my purse! The servers have always been friendly and I enjoy the casual atmosphere. Taco night is fun and a great opportunity to feed the family for cheap. The drinks are good and always cold. It's a fun place to meet friends and hang out. read more

The service is always friendly and food is always pretty good, they even added a few vegetarian options I noticed the last time I was in. They have a lot of games like a big connect 4, arcade games, and pin ball. If you just want a beer the bar is fine, but if you want a cocktail don't order it here. I have tried different orders on different nights and they are never good. The food is OK. Chicken fingers and burgers are good. If you don't want a ton of salt you should say so because the cook apparently salts everything heavily. Sorry BB's but you still have a long way to go. read more
