Yuri and Maria are fantastic! They have been cleaning our 2 bedroom and 1 1/2 bath house every other week for several months. They always ask if there is anything specific they can help us with, which is so nice. They are always prompt and on time arriving when they say they will be here and generally staying about 2 hours. For a mom of a 18 month old and 5 months pregnant with my second they are a huge help to me. The whole house is clean at one time which would never happen otherwise. When I started asking friends hoping to find a cleaning team for my house I heard repeatedly that they wouldn't really recommend them. This isn't my experience at all. Yuri completely let me down today. Was depending on her to take care of my vacation rentals while away. She cancelled (by text) just before our scheduled meeting time -- leaving me high and dry. She said that another client had rescheduled so she cancelled on me. Now I have to scramble to find someone else before I leave at 4am tomorrow morning. What kind of way is that to do business? I was in desperate need to have someone come to our house and clean up the mess made after our renovations. Yuri responded to my request only hours after I sent her an email late one night. She offered to come late in the day after the last of the construction was finished. All the other businesses I contacted did not want to commit to a time later than noon. When Yuri and Maria arrived there were still handymen in my house finishing up projects, but because I needed the house clean so we could sleep there that night they agreed to work around the construction and get as much done as they could. They did a fantastic job under very difficult circumstances, and we so friendly and sympathetic to my predicament. Yuri invited me to check up on their work when they were done to make sure I was satisfied and charged me a lot less than I was quoted by other companies. I recently had a WONDERFUL experience with Yuri of BB's House Keeping Services. I hired Yuri and her team to clean my parents' house as a gift. Not having used a local cleaning service before, I was especially concerned with hiring an excellent, reputable company; Yuri far exceeded my expectations and did an impeccable job at a highly competitive rate. From the moment I first contacted her, Yuri was polite, quick to respond and answered all of my questions. The day of the service, she arrived right on time and was incredibly sweet and courteous with my mother (and since I was at work, Yuri also texted me to let me know she'd arrived, which I thought was a nice touch). After walking through the house and making sure she understood exactly what my mom wanted, Yuri and her helper went straight to work. For nearly three hours, they cleaned every nook and cranny of the house, moving furniture as needed to clean hard-to-reach spots. By the end of their cleaning session, every inch of the house was absolutely spotless and gleaming. And to make sure my mom was 100% happy, Yuri then walked her through the entire house, giving her the opportunity to point out any areas that she wanted touched up. Yuri is so sweet. I have never had someone clean for me- I wasn't sure how the entire process was supposed to go. I looked around at a few services and heard from some friends that large cleaning companies didn't work for them. So, I found Yuri on Yelp and gave her a call. Yuri made the entire bit so easy and simple. After talking briefly on the phone, we communicated the rest of the time by text message. She let me know an earlier appointment was available the next day, which was great! I have two furry dogs who had a dog grooming appt at that same time, so my dogs wouldn't be in her way. Conveniently, Yuri texted me to let me know she was finished cleaning. When I got home, there wasn't a fluff of hair to be found... not even under the couch (no dog smell!). She cleaned all my messes, which is no small feat, and wiped every surface. No room untouched. On top of that, she managed to uncover my family photos, which were embarrassingly buried on my work desk, and set them out for display. I'm truly impressed. read more
