The woman who answered the phone answered my questions and made a recommendation based on our issue, crawling bugs and not flying blood sucking bloods. We made an appointment and waited for that to come around. Simeon showed up early which was nice. Immediately introduced himself and explained what he'd be doing for us that day. He worked in a manner that seemed to me to be thorough and well thought out. He was also very respectful and clean, he didn't trek buddy boots or equipment through the house and even made it a point to ask if he could use our garden hose to fill a tank he was using. So i got 2 ten foot pieces of 3/4 inch pex pipe at home depot and used that to remove 2 nests myself. I hired a guy named Alberto (516-343-6419) for the critter guards and he had no issues and didn't need a safety harness. He charged only $600.00, then said he could do stainless steel leaf guards for $300. All done in less than 4 hours.
