Really good pizza. Their curbside pickup system seems fairly well organized. The staff I interacted with was very friendly. The Parmazeti pizza was really good. Would definitely order that pizza again. Also tried their pickle pizza which was interesting. Just ordered a personal size to share so everyone could try a small slice. I would order the pickle pizza again, but would still just get a personal sized to share with a few others. A little goes a long way. read more

They told me wait was gonna be an hour. That's fine, I waited the hour. They told me driver was like a quarter mile away and took another 10 minutes. Was a little frustrating. Was charged an additional fee when using one of the dinner specials and was never told. Granted, bacon is listed as a premium ingredient in the menu (along with half ofthe menu) but yes partly my fault for not looking, but was a little frustrating to not get notified. But then I receive the pizza. It's lukewarm, tastes pretty sub par, and the best part is the bacon I paid extra four must have been 4 dollars for 4 teaspoons. There's just a tiny little sprinkle in the center. I'm not a guy who goes out of his way to ask for different stuff for restaurants, or leave reviews either, but this was totally ridiculous. My son & I decided to order dinner at BC Pizza In TC last weekend-a worker took our order at the door. I ordered their Turkey grinder - asking for bacon added - no tomato & for them to add extra lettuce in place of no tomatoes. Had to wait about 20 min-that was no big deal- But I wish I had looked at the grinder before driving home to eat it- I was charged $2 for a very small amount by of bacon PIECES that would be put on a pizza & VERY LITTLE LETTUCE ( which they come with lettuce as is - but this was a lesser amount than what a sub would have to begin with) PLUS - I was charged an extra .50 for "extra lettuce!)So - needless to say I was quite dissatisfied & disappointed with the sub/grinder I had received. My son's pizza & cheese sticks were fine - but I was was overcharged for what I had ordered. I haven't ordered a sub/grinder- definitely not what I 'dvordered. Greasy pizza. Hard to grab a slice, they don't cut it all the way through. The buffet felt dirty along with the surroundings. The decor was old and dingy, but they had great amenities for Kids. Overall it was good pizza for the price. read more

Please don't come here if you are gluten-free, I don't think is really worth your time. But if you are not gluten-free, go ahead and come over and get some Buffalo chicken pizza, don't expect a small container of red sauce on the side unless you plan to pay for it. The place gave me the creeps the buffet had no pizza on it except for a couple of slices that look like they had been there a while. The place was just dumpy, we had to sit and wait for pizza to go on the buffet and they only Pizza they put out was the one that I wanted and ordered. Won't go back! Tried this place for the first time with a $19.99 coupon special that ended up costing me almost $32.00. We weren't told that BACON is an up charge?!?!! Who charges extra for bacon on pizza? She swears she told us when we ordered. we would have skipped it an gone somewhere else. Plus, when we got home the pizza was way over cooked. It was terrible. I placed an order last night with your Traverse City location. Ordering 2 pizzas (build your own) and 1 cheesy bread - our bill was $95. Please in the future please train your staff to indicate upcharges on extra toppings especially when the ingredient charge is over $3 each. I am very disappointed in your company. I too work with the public and try to be as up front with people as possible when it comes to our charges. Your staff neglected to give me the courtesy of even a warning and never gave me the total on my order. When I asked for more feta - your staff charged me 3 times at $6 each, I could've gotten another pizza. It may be of little consequence to you but I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I have ordered here a few times and always picked it up, the food has always been good and the employees were friendly, until tonight. I placed an order for delivery to King's Court, literally a block away. The previous address they had was my Brother's on the other side of town. I told them my new address and made sure they knew where it was. The girl on the phone told me it would be 45 minutes, I acvepted it as the general timeframe they give everyone. After an hour and ten minutes I called back, they told me they were just leaving with my food, the guy then asked me if I was at King's Court and I said yes. I was irritated by this and decided the tip wouldn't be happening. After waiting another ten minutes my Brother calls me saying the delivery driver was at his house. I was pretty angry by then and he told me that she would be here in a few minutes. I called the store back and told them to refund my money. They were extremely unprofessional on the phone and dismissive. I called back a couple hours later to speak with the manager to make sure my money was put back on my card. He assured me it was. I then asked him how long it would take and he says "I dunno, could be a day, could be two weeks." Do not order from here. This level of unprofessional and stupid behavior is unacceptable. I ordered pizza online. It said it would be ready in 20. I came in 25 min later. Wasn't even started because they didn't see the order. The guy told me to give them 10 minutes. I gave them 20. They messed the order up and had to start over on the cheesy bread. So 10 minutes later I finally had everything. They did not discount anything. Will not be back. Love the spi rolls! They are addictive! The buffet was great, food was plentiful and buffet well stocked. Staff is great! Very friendly and eager to make sure you get your order. They go the extra mile to make great pizza. No skimping on toppings or quality. I cant say enough about this place. I love pizza and I like to be able to say that I've tried them all. BC was out of my neighborhood but I finally got to try them out. I like the my old favorite - pepperoni and sausage on my half. My wife doesn't eat meat. They passed my first test of getting the two halves made correctly - not getting my meat on my wife's side and vice/versa. The crust is the good kind that doesn't fill you up. I also like that it's the style of pizza where the cheese doesn't slide off the base. Overall, it passes my pizza test - right size, thickness, cheese, and crust. I'll go back when I'm in the neighborhood because they're a little far to deliver. read more

Friendly staff, the buffet was okay, but found ourselves cleaning our own table I think they expect this -- very different.

My wife had placed an online order at 6:40pm. The online ordering system said that our order would be ready for us to pick up at the store in 20 minutes, so at 7:00pm. My wife showed up at the store at 7:00pm at they had not even started on our order at all. Occording to the 3 young teenagers (approx 16 years old) that were left alone to run the store our online order never printed up on their computer. Their manager was out on a delivery run and he was the only one knew how to retrieve the online orders! My wife asked them since they can't seem to to pull up our our online order can they just re-take our order as a walk in order. At this point they took down our order but them there was a problem because we had a "buy one get the 2nd one half off" online coupon and no one at the at the store knew how to apply the coupon! Instead of calling the manager or cooking the pizza the employees decided it was best to let my wife sit and wait until the manger got back from making a delivery to find out what they should do!!! As my wife was getting ready just walk out the manager came in and told his employees how to print out our online order. Just after 7:45pm my wife left the store with our pizza and a quick "sorry about the wait". Then the manager left again on another delivery! I would not recommend going here! The employees here are incompetent and they don't seems to care very much about their customers. We live just up the street and will not be going back after this visit read more
