OK pizza. Not the best nor the worst. We were In the area so gave it a try. Service was pretty good. Lot of staff on duty.

Wings are amazing, ice cream is great for kids, pizza is top notch for families, and you cannot beat the beautiful sunset on the bay!

We picked up a pizza to go. It was ready when they said it would be. The pizza was delicious. Nice hand tossed crust which was crispy and tasty. We ordered the Hawaiian pizza. Nice slices of ham with chunk pineapple pieces. Would go again if we're having n Traverse City. read more

Pizza was good, wings were great. But most importantly the owner/cook was very nice. They had a huge order ahead of mine so that delayed mine. He was very apologetic and even tried to give me something for free to make up for it. Issues happen but it's how your response that matter. 10/10 will be back. read more

This place is a gem! We stumbled across it last night looking for a place to watch the sunset. This place is a must-visit! Stop by to taste the most delicious ice cream, grab a pizza, have your picture taken with a couple amazingly crafted life-sized characters of Groot from Guardians of the Galaxy. The decor is adorable and the sunsets over the bay are gorgeous! Watching the boaters and paragliders was an entertaining treat likewise. This is the same business as Woodland Sweets and Eats. They are open 11:00 am - 11:00 pm every day in August. read more

This is the Absolute BEST Pizza in the Traverse City area! The toppings are generous and flavor-full. It is conveniently located inside Moomers Ice Cream. Plenty of parking and spaces to eat inside or out. Beautiful view of the water at east bay. read more

East Bay Pizza under its new ownership is in my opinion the best pizza in traverse City. The owner is very friendly and an absolute perfectionist when it comes to his food and customer satisfaction. He uses fresh ingredients. We like Hawaiian pizza and he hand shaves his ham and cuts fresh pineapple daily. No canned junk here! They also have a good variety of Moomer's hand dipped ice cream. Truth is... the Moomers ice cream is what keeps this place afloat... and it's the reason I stopped.

For a quick, unplanned stop for pizza and ice cream, this place was pretty darn awesome! The atmosphere was family-friendly and quiet and also gave a nice view of the water. It had both indoor and outdoor seating and was very clean. Staff members were all on the younger side and at times seemed more interested in their phones and chatting with each other, but otherwise it wasn't a bad wait for a fresh pizza. We got a large veggie pizza that was pretty killer - complete with all fresh veggies including tomatoes, olives, peppers, etc, etc. The crust was just the right crunch without being greasy or soggy. The pizza was pretty good but not quite good enough to deter me from trying some other local joints. To top it off, of course we had to have ice cream! This way by far the best part. I had cinnamon ice cream that was a-mazing and the portions were more than generous. They had a huge long list of flavors and they allowed you to try as many samples as you wanted. They staff were all friendly and fast to help us- luckily we just beat the line because like 40 people came in right as we left! The line was out the door for this local made ice cream!!! read more

Must go!!! If you like pizza you need to try the Nacho pizza! The salad and ranch size was amazing a huge for only $3.50!! Not only does this have great pizza but it had amazing ice cream too! There is a a playground, teepees to hangout in outside and a huge swing. Check this place out!! read more

Disappointment ... my wife and I stopped in for a shake and a cone at Woodland Sweets and Eats, first of the season. The poor woman in front of us tried to get a small cup of water for her young son, nope had to buy a bottle. Then I tried to order a shake on the thick side, mistake, the young lady was not sure on how to do that, obviously very new and no fault on her part. But the manager said the cost would be double then proceeded to lecture me the difference between soft serve shakes and hand dipped shakes. At my age that was insulting. Settled for a scoop of Butter Pecan, albeit a ridiculously small single, which I confirmed was not a kids size. At least it was Moomers, very tasty! Fortunately, there are other places that serves Moomers. read more

It was Fourth of July, we were pooped and hungry. On a whim, we decided to come here as we wanted to give Moomar's ice cream another shot (we had it last year and found it to be pretty bland). We saw that they served pizza so we ordered up a pie with the intent to have ice cream afterwards. We ordered the East Bay Special which had Sausage, Bacon, Pepperoni, Ham, Mushroom & Onion. The dough was a bit salty but it was still very good. We nearly ate the whole thing in one sitting (I do think we only got a 12" though). We also didn't wait that long, maybe around 10 minutes for the pizza. Afterwards we got in the every growing line (which moved fast) for some ice cream. We both got 2 scoops each in a cup and tried the various Cherry flavors. My opinion is the same as last year when it comes to Moomar's. The location is right along the water so there are some great views whether you dine in or out. read more

Great ice cream, rude service. Enjoying a beautiful day, we thought we would stop in for some ice cream. The girl serving us was very rude. She seemed annoyed to even take our order then Handed us our sloppy ice cream cones. When it came time to pay we handed her a credit card, the magnetic strip was not working. We asked if she was able to manually enter the card, she said yes, looked at the computer and handed the card back with out typing anything in. She then asked for another card with a snarky attitude. If you want a classic pizza with some amazing ice cream to finish your meal, this is the place. They had a special for a large 16" pizza with one topping for $7.99, which is sufficient for 3 girls. The pizza came out with a beautiful crispy cheese crust on top and golden brown sausages. Imagine non-greasy pizza, and cheese stretching with every bite. IT WAS SO GOOD! Then to finish off the meal I had a single scoop of moomers mint oreo ice cream on a waffle cone for dessert. This was perfect!!!! read more

Just got pizza here last night about 30 minutes before they closed. Pepperoni and mushroom stuffed crust, and yum! We didn't expect too much, just because there are tons of pizza places in the area, but we were impressed! Gooey, cheesy, fresh, perfect! Would i recommend it? If you are looking for a nice, friendly place for a quick bite and good ice cream, yes! If you are looking for really good pizza, no. Im not saying the pizza is bad at all, but i have had better. It is decent though. They have a nice set up inside with some stuffed wild animals. A great selection of ice cream, and friendly staff. I was visiting Traverse City and thought I would try a pizza here based on reviews. Tried a nacho pizza and regretted it. Very greasy. It took several napkins just to soak up the grease on top of the pizza. Very hot with lots of jalapeños, and a tasteless crust.
