The team handled everything professionally and efficiently. One of the most impressive parts was watching them use straps to safely lower our bed frame down to the first floor--they made a difficult task look easy. They came fully prepared with all the necessary moving supplies, including wardrobe boxes, and even provided protective materials for our delicate tiles, making sure everything was properly covered and protected. Every item was handled with great care, and everything arrived without a single scratch or issue. Artem, Kemel, Arthur, and Alexey K were hardworking, careful, and incredibly skilled. The team was efficient, respectful, and understanding of the hot mess of a move we had for them - lots of packing help with not a lot was ready to go, plus some unexpected furniture moving that required disassembly/reassembly. They came right about 15 minutes after the end of the arrival window which actually worked out well so we could prepare more for them, but overall everything was faster than they/we estimated which is great when you're paying by the hour. They used supplies we had bought from Home Depot and Amazon, plus their own for the wardrobe and other big things. One glass jar was broken in the unpacking process and they were quick to apologize and clean it up the best they could. While they ask customers to leave a review (totally understandable), I appreciate that they don't incentivize for them nor do they demand 5 stars. We'll be calling for them again, no doubt. The two movers, Tim, the crew leader, and Sergei, were both very professional, courteous, and took great care with all of my possessions. I had a lot of furniture and 85 boxes and a long stairway for them to go down, and they were very careful with their hand trucks on each step. Nothing I own was damaged. Tim also disassembled and reassembled a large dining table I was concerned about. I left some items curbside for LA Sanitation "Bulky Item Pickup" (I had previously arranged the pickup) to pick up the next day (which they did), and both movers cooperated with me every step of the way. They were also careful moving items into the hardwood floors of my new apartment, reassembling the table, lamps etc. in my new place. I chose Trek because of their very favorable reviews on Yelp and Google, but what really sold me on them was the way their Customer Service people Arthur and Andrew handled my initial calls. I called several movers, but both Arthur and Andrew at Trek were outstanding communicators and from the first call made me feel confident and well informed regarding my move. They were very helpful throughout the 3 week time period from first contact to move completion. Trek's strong commitment to full disclosure and transparency was evident from the beginning. I give Trek Movers the highest possible recommendation, and will not hesitate to use them for any future moves.
