Primarily a korean bbq joint, I think this is as good as it gets for kbbq in this area. The meat is cooked over hot stones so it gets a fantastic smoky flavor and the waitresses cook it for you and make sure it doesn't get over cooked. They have pork, chicken, and beef. They're currently having a galbi (marinated beef short rib) special for 12.99 a person. This is WAY cheaper than any other restaurant in the area. Another great thing about this place is that it has Shabu Shabu or hot pot. It's basically a broth that you boil and you can cook vegetable, eggs, noodles, meat, and seafood right in front of you. Usually hot pot comes in a large pot to share but they do individual portions here which is awesome and you get a ton of food! On top of that, they're open late, which is a plus for all you college students out there, and they have really good snacking/drinking food. Their seafood pancake is spectacular and their cheese ddukbokki is definitely something you should try. The place is really clean and the staff is attentive. Fantanstic!!! First, easy to park and keeps clean environment inside. Recently I visited this place with my friends. We ordered a bbq set this time. The service and food were fast and nicely neat. The amount of the set was huge for three of us. I had plenty of experience of Korean food. Can't find any nice spot. Last time I had hot spicy noodle soup here, it was the best soup I have ever tried. This time, bbq. It was also so delicious and waitresses were so nice and kind. My friends loved it, which made me feel good, too. On a single order of bbq, we could taste 4 different kinds of meat. All of them are distinctive and good. I know some Korean places around this area. But this place was almost new and clean(it's the most important thing to me. ;-)). Lately, they opened a sushi bar and expanded their list on the menu. so next time I will try some rolls and different kind of dishes. They said the new dishes go well with drinks. I got the rib soup and my friend got the hotpot bibimbap. I thought the food was okay. The side dishes, however, were very blend and was not very good at all. The service was also okay, not superb. I went around 4pm and the restaurant wasn't busy at all, but the servers and staffs were pretty slow in getting the order, bringing out the food and the check at the end of the meal. I also tried their bbq meat couples weeks ago when they some specials going on for grand opening. The meat was mediocre but I thought it was interesting that they cooked the meat on some kind of stone. It was something I haven't seen at any other bbq place. That filthy insect jumped in our desk and my daughter jumped and got out of her seat and I thought I had through it to the floor with my hand so it wouldn't go on me and the lady saw it and she said we're is it we're it went I said I don't know and she asked me do you want me to make her an new dish to your child she didn't even apologize or did any thing .
