Awesome food, super sweet owner, and quick turn around time. We frequent this truck at Food Truck Fridays in Elkridge. I love their Japche and Bibimbap. I've tried most of the meats and I like them all and I love that I can add eggplant to get some extra veggies in my life. The flavors are great and the quality is consistent. If you pay in cash you get a free drink. The owner is always super welcoming to me and my son and one time gave him free cookies. I'd honestly go there just to support him.

So good!! The food truck came to our neighborhood and it was the best one yet! I had the bibibop bowl with bulgogi and my husband had the bibibop bowl with spicy pork. They were both amazing. You have to get the egg on top too. The bowls come with a nice spicy red sauce on them and they give you more on the side as well. I thought the sauce was nice and spicy but my hot loving hubby said it was mild. I will definitely keep an eye out for this truck again next time. So good!

This food truck frequents the Crofton Farmers Market and the Food Truck Fridays in Annapolis. The employees are so kind and friendly. The mandu pork dumplings are my favorite. They're hot and stuffed with filling and the edges are crispy. I also enjoy the Koko bowl, which is fried rice with your choice of protein. They offer bulgogi, steak, teriyahi chicken, spicy chicken or pork and have vegetarian options like fried tofu and eggplant. You can add on items like mushrooms kimchi, fried egg and more for an additional price. They offer three different styles: bibimbap (red cabbaged, carrots, lettuce, radish, squash, bean sprouts cucumbers, white rice, sesame seeds, oil, K sauce), rice bowl (white cabbage, carrots, onions, green and red peppers, white rice, sesame seeds, K sauce), or japchae (Japchae noodles, green and red peppers, spring onions, white cabbage, carrots, white rice, sesame seeds). The food is delicious and the service is always great.

First time, and it's absolutely delicious. The owner was so sweet and explained the dishes to me. Highly recommend they have other options so please give them a try. This dish had red and green peppers, with cabbage

Nice to have an occasional Bi Bim Bap option around here! It's realtively cheap, the food is good quality, and you get a good lunch sized portion of food. The meat was (bulgolgi) was particularly tasty. My only complaints: it's an add on for an egg in a bi bim bap, and it comes fried instead of over-easy. There is something magical about the egg yolk running through a nicely made bi bim bap, but it is to-go from a food truck, so I might be asking too much. Either way, good meal, and I'll be going back if I see them around.

Koco markets itself as a Korean fusion food truck that sells bibimbap (Korean rice bowls with meat and veggies) and burritos filled with kimchi fried rice and Korean style meats. When I went they unfortunately weren't offering the burritos (not sure if this is permanent or not) but the bibimbap was quite satisfying. I tried both the bulgogi (sweet soy sauce marinated beef) and the spicy pork bibimbaps and each were packed with flavor. The service was also fantastic despite the decent sized line that had formed. It would have been nice if the portions were a bit bigger and if the marinade wasn't as sweet but overall I felt it was great quality for a food truck. Definitely recommend stopping by for lunch! Also they offer a free drink with your meal if you pay with cash.

The bulgogi bowl was tasty and lots of flavor and veggies. I felt you got a lot of food. The service was really friendly and fast.

This food truck offers one of the most authentic Korean bibimbap I've ever had! The sauce that goes with the bibimbap is delicious And the price is affordable! All the ingredients are fresh. And you get a free cold drink if you pay in cash!

Thursdays this place is parked at Baltimore and Greene St, right on the UMMS Campus. It's a food truck, so don't expect anything other than a really pleasant server and good food. This place delivers on both. I got the Bulgogi Bibimbap - $10 for a LOT of food. There was only one person in the truck, and he was nice as could be. This is a great spot for Thursday lunch. The food lets you know, that everything will be okay and the weekend is coming. I will most likely be a regular here. Also, this place is cash only so plan accordingly!

K burrito $9 tofu, eggplant and bulgogi
    Jill W.

Based on experiences elsewhere, I didn't even like bulgogi, but when I sunk my teeth into the moist, marinated, thinly sliced, dark laces of bulgogi in my $9 K-Burrito, I realized there's such a thing as REALLY GOOD bulgogi. Texture matters, and they mastered this somehow even more than restaurants. They did not overstuff it with rice--a big plus. As a result, the rice did its job to showcase the bulgogi, tofu, and eggplant (they were totally cool with mixing the options, another thumbs up). I can see this being a viable option for low-carb/picky eaters needing to request that everything be made into a salad or something. You know those people. It's great for vegetarians too, since you get a variety of veggies from the bowl option, and can pick from egg, tofu, and eggplant. I tried it for the first time around 1:45pm on Thursday (which I hear is their day to be in front of the UMB hospital out on the Greene St & Baltimore St. intersection). I will need to eat the other half for dinner because I just finished the first half and I'm completely stuffed. You could split it with a friend and it will only be $4.50 per person which is a deal.

This past Friday it was really chilly and my work colleague wanted some hot tofu soup. The wait staff was really nice and inviting. They were very knowledgeable about the various food options. It was really cool to hear catchy K-pop songs playing as week. The food is fire hands down. I went ahead and got the Teriyaki mayonnaise Cup Bap( rice bowl topped with the korean fried chicken, teriyaki sauce and mayo). So delicious, my friend got he soft tofu soup with seafood and we split a hot sake to share. I am still mad at myself that I have not come here sooner, I will definitely be back. In the door the place was clean and well lit. Our server was attentive to us in the very beginning b I t did decline. Menu choices to me were a little odd to include everything is ala carte, you dont even get rice with a meal. We were a party of 8 so we all ordered something different. For me the food lacked flavor and the fried beef was like eatting beef Jerry. We had some children with us who dont eat with chop sticks and getting regular utensils seemed difficult. Our server filled our waters in the beginning but that was it, after that finding her for anything was not happening. Finally, they attached a automatic gratuity which i have an issue with, I am a great tipper but if service sucks then it should be my decision on how much to tip.

A delicious bowl of steam eggs came with the meal, wish they would at least offer two bowls for a party of 6 and surprisingly no rice came with the combo. We had to add an extra order of steak and seafood pancake since no one was really full with the combo. I would say this place is for those who have high expectations of fresh & premium meats.
