DosiRock is located inside The Lexington Market food hall. My wife and I had a quest to try every food vendor inside this Market because we loved to support the local business stationed here. For this visit, I tried this Korean fast food stall for lunch. I went with the pork bulgogi bowl with white rice, noodles, and egg strips. I was surprised with the large amount of pork bulgogi. I was even more surprise with the tenderness and flavor of the pork. It was evident that the pork was marinated well. The glass noodles was seasoned with I presumed was sesame oil. The noodles was so good, I could eat a whole bowl without any protein or veggies. Next time, I will ask if the noodles can be brought a la carte. My wife kept eating off my bowl because she loved it too.The cost of the bowl was $13.99 which was an excellent deal. Employees were friendly and efficient. This stall definitely worth a return visit.. read more

The food is made to order, and I decided to get the Koba Dosirock platter which came with chicken katsu, choice of bulgogi, rice, japchae, mandu, and seaweed roll. This is a good spot for lunch if you just want a quick taste of Korean food. It's located on the top floor of Lexington Market. Ive gotten the Shrimp Tempura bowl as well as the Bulgogi bowl. The tempura was pretty good, I liked the way the it was cooked, I'd go back and get another one. The bulgogi bowl was okay, it wasn't terrible but I wouldn't reorder it. In markets like the Lexington market I typically goto the more flashier stands whos foods are very photogenic and popular on Instagram lol because if I'm making the drive it's gotta be worth it and I feel like asian take out is pretty usual at food courts and markets like this but I took a chance on DosiRock and I'm so happy I did. It is truly one of a kind. Just a symphony of textures and flavors. You can tell alot of thought was put into these bowls. This place has phenomenal offerings. I absolutely enjoyed the bento platter which included bulgogi, katsu, dumpling, fish cake and rice balls. The food came out nice and hot under 15 minutes and the guy was really nice. The helping was pretty generous (had half for lunch and the other for dinner) and it reheated very well. This place is inside of Lexington Market which has been recently renovated so it looks pretty nice. Parking is metered out front and across the street and is usually available throughout the weekday. We have great Korean food in Baltimore, which is why it's my favorite cuisine to order in this city. DosiRock doesn't blend in with the other great Korean restaurants in the area, but it offers something new, interesting, unique, different and exciting. I've never come across this particular platter they offer which includes chicken katsu, shrimp tempura, bulgogi, shrimp katsu stick, chicken dumpling, seaweed roll, japchae noodles and seasoned rice. This dish offers a great variety of options and flavors that keeps the taste buds guessing, which makes your eating experience exciting. My only complaint about this dish is that I'm not a huge fan of the seaweed roll, and there's no real veggies besides the cabbage underneath the chicken katsu and scallions sprinkled on top. One suggestion is offering kimchi without having to pay extra for the add-on. We also ordered the galbi bowl which offers a good amount of galbi (see photo). The galbi is thicker than what I'm used to. I think it lacks a bit of flavor, but it's still a very good dish. We've ordered from DosiRock a few times now, once at their location inside the new Lexington Market and the other two times through delivery. The staff was very friendly and easy to communicate with, which is always appreciated. Their booth is organized and clean. I definitely plan on ordering from them again in the near future. read more

I ordered Beef Galbi on June 27, 2025. I've ordered this dish several times in the past. It's usually fresh. Today, however, the noodles were cold. Not only were the eggs overcooked, but they were cold as well. It was almost as though I was given food that had been sitting around. I am so glad this place opened up. I looove Korean food. I've been here twice now and I get the Koba platter which comes with a lot of different things. I'd highly suggest it. It's super filling and you get decently large portion of bulgogi, rice, and katsu. Ofc I have to get chilsung cider on the side. The people who work here are super nice and it usually takes about 10 mins (pretty quick) and I just eat it in Lexington Market and walk back to work afterwards. I was so excited when this place opened up in the new Lexington market since there's no walkable Korean food in the area. I decided to try their KOBA DoSiRock platter which has some grilled bbq beef bulgogi, chicken katsu, fried dumpling, seasoned rice balls, seaweed rice roll, and japchae (korean clear noodles). Everything was so delicious! I loved how the bulgogi had that smoked grill flavor unlike most places that sells bulgogi. Initially I thought the portion might be too small just looking at it but it was perfect. The place is having their soft opening right now so the platter was $12.99 (originally $13,99). The only complaint I had was that some of the rice from my rice balls were undercooked. BUT, I will add that right after I put in my order, there was a fire drill and everyone in the market got kicked out for a bit. I'm definitely coming back to try other items on their menu and will be updating my review accordingly. I can't wait to see their full menu! read more

A great and unexpected treat in the NEW Lexington Market which looks great! I got the Koba Platter which is basically a Korean bento box. Bulgogi, chicken katsu, a dumpling, a small pile of japchae noodles, rice balls and a small fried seaweed roll. Everything was fried crisp but not greasy. The japchae wasn't oily like some places and the bulgogi was tender. I saved part of my lunch for later but was plenty full. I'll definitely be back to try some of the bowls. My only complaint was that the rice balls were a little firm and dry. I would have been super excited to have just gotten a bigger pile of japchae! At peak lunchtime the market was crowded. We managed to find a table but there was also plenty of space on the benches lining the main staircase. The next time I go, hopefully Taharka Bros ice cream, located across from Dosirock, will be open for dessert! read more
