They were both incredible and went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and getting the most of our experience. It's been a while since I've flown Southwest into Terminal 1 at LAX and I really love what they've done to the place. I've spent many hours in the old terminal wishing that it had a massage station and it now does. Be Relax was one of the highlights of my recent day trip to LA. In fact, I treated myself to a neck, shoulder and back massage on the way out and a feet massage on the way back. The ladies (Ashley and Vanessa) treated me well. They even let me use the amazing massage recliners (they not only do the normal back massage but also do your glutes and feet as well) while I waited for my treatment. The longer back massage included the use of the massage gun which was an awesome experience. Definitely left this place relaxed. Prices are what you'd expect for an airport massage experience. This review is for Regina and Earl. We flew in to LAX very early and passed by this place. We were greeted by Regina. She was great. Not only was she cleaning up the space and dusting, but she was greeting everyone that came by. We had such a great experience that we came back when we flew home in the evening. The evening experience was very different. Earl helped us as much as he could but I asked for a polish change and a hand massage. The lady in the platinum hair was very rude and asking if we checked in, said there is no polish change at this time, etc. We have two priority pass memberships. We used one in the morning and one in the evening. Earl had already checked both my husband and me in and had the chair started for my husband. This lady was insanely rude and said we can only do 15 minutes each because it was a 30 min session for two guests. I said that's not how it was this morning and she started arguing that we can only use the priority pass once a day. OK, but we have two different passes. Like really, lady? She's making up rules as she goes. She's standing around and doing nothing. Scrolling on her phone. If it wasn't for Earl, I would have left already. 5 stars for Regina and Earl. I have done the lounges in the US/International through the pandemic. It kind of sucks. With the premium cost you pay to get these access, service is not back to normal yet. Centurion lounge gave out crappy food, others were closed, or had restricted hours. This was a great surprise for the quick massage before my flight! Bring cash to tip these hard working staff. Dude with long hair was pretty rude to me and my wife tonight. Kept telling us no - they didn't have any chairs when 2 were open. I asked if I could just sit in one without massage and he kept responding 'I'll call you when it's open' - I said, I never gave you my number and I don't need a massage, I'm happy to just sit with our priority pass usage. I am lucky enough to enjoy a massage every now and then and this masseuse today at Be Relax was unlike any other. Shawn was his name and if you have the same luck as I did, do not hesitate and treat yourself. There are chairs that have a plug in massage and there is also a gentleman on staff for a manual massage. I had my head and neck and shoulders and back for about 25 minutes before my flight. She was extremely rude to me as soon as I got there for no apparent reason. She kept saying she was on a break and basically used that as an excuse to refuse service.
