Saw several other people mention the rude lady with platinum hair. Her name is Larissa and unfortunately she is the only one providing the polish change service. She was extremely rude to me as soon as I got there for no apparent reason. She kept saying she was on a break and basically used that as an excuse to refuse service. Well due to a flight delay and just ran a marathon it was perfect to amble in this busy massage and pedi place. Greeted by Mike and he took us thru the choices. Chair massages either with the stool style or the big comfy chair with rollers. We choose the foot and calf massage in the massage chair. Regina who is also a cosmetologist did my services. They both got us comfortable in the massage chairs. The squeeze from the foot pod was perfect. Also had the rollers doing my back. They wrapped our feet in hot towels. Very soothing. And then started the massage. Worked the calves and the feet very well. Both of us got relaxed and felt the stiffness from running 26.2 dissipate. One of the great benefits immediately seen was no swelling in my ankles. The warm oil felt good. And they wiped down the oil at the end. They were both very professional and pleasant. Stopped by the spa at the airport this morning. I waited about 10 minutes and the woman working never even acknowledged my presence. I finally asked if there is a wait list or if there was an estimated wait. She replied completely incomprehensibly and with such attitude. Since I couldn't hear what she said, I asked again, and she basically shouted at me to put my name on a list with my number. I came back after about 30 minutes, and there was another person there waiting politely and not being acknowledged. When she finally asked, the woman basically yelled at us to out our names on the list but we weren't getting in (even though there was only one customer and it was the same one as 40 minutes earlier, and there was nobody else on the list). This is such a great concept, but the customer service was so awful I won't come back. read more

Lazy and lazy. Its 1:30 pm on Friday Sept 22. I signed in at 12:45. The that was on duty was in the middle of a massage. I sat across from this place and watched. He finished with her about 1pm. Then fiddled around and wasted time. I walked back over at 1:25 and he had just put out a sign that said be back at 2pm. My flight is at 220pm. So he has someone else will come at 2pm. Noone else on the list was called. The man was unapologetic and had an air that he could not give a shit. The employer should be looking at the cameras and see this laziness for themselves. Located on the second floor of Terminal 1 (departures) - Southwest Airlines. My neck and shoulders were in dying need of attention prior to take off. Stopped by for a quick deep tissue massage for 20 minutes by Aly who gave my neck and shoulders some TLC. I am someone who needs an aggressive massage and Aly delivered. She was consistent with the pressure from start to finish and made me feel alive again. She hit the pressure points and loosened up my muscles. Felt so relaxed after. Only downside is the noise. You can hear luggages rolling around and people are constantly talking around you. But hey, you're at one of the busiest airports in the nation, what do you expect? I have never in my life been treated the way that this place treated me. I arrived at the airport 4 hours early and decided to get a pedicure. I stopped by this location to enjoy and relax. I was met with a woman that spoke continually about herself, Non-stop. and then began speaking of black bigotry. Ultimately it ended up her belittling, beguiling, and insinuating that I was insulted, drunk and a racist. I am sickened by this behavior and left crying. I am currently sitting in the terminal crying. If this woman isn't fired it would be a dis-service to humanity because she has embarrassed herself, her culture, and this world placating to the division in this world. read more
