I particularly love the Osea and SpaRitual lines, which I only know about because she included many of these products in her complimentary event grab-bags. I cannot recommend the SpaRitual hand serum and lotion more enthusiastically. I love that I can book appointments and pay for all transactions with the easy Vagaro app. It makes organizing my appointments so easy! The decor and atmosphere are serene and well appointed -- natural wood floors, cushioned armchairs (rather than the horrendous looking motorized pedicure chairs), portable foot baths, fresh flowers, essential oils, tasteful and serene music, all whites and neutrals. Be Rosy is the opposite of the hurried nail salon experience where technicians peck at you to upsell massages or add-ons. It is a serene, upscale oasis. I am so sorry... I'm not a client, but I was looking for a good nail salon and a friend of a friend recommended me to Be Rosy. She spoke so highly of the owner, fellow staffers and the quality of their services. I did a google search, read the reviews, looked through the photos and could tell this was definitely my vibe. On Tuesday, just as I was about to schedule an appointment for Thursday (January 9th) as we all know fires had broken out in Pacific Palisades that eventually destroyed an entire community. I felt compelled to write this review, because the young lady who referred me: (1) her nails looked amazing and (2) she spoke so highly of this Nail Salon, that her energy was contagious. Came in today after I booked an appointment via Vagaro for the Beyond Rosy pedicure with Sarita. The website was super easy. I found free parking on the side of the elementary school and walked right over! The salon was beautiful! It's very warm and homey with all the wood and chic fresh country style decor, and the smell of essential oils in the air. The ladies there were very welcoming as soon I I walked in and offered me something to drink. I decided on the chamomile tea, which they went to go get as I choose my Orly nail polish. They had such pretty array of trendy colors, and I got a metallic rose gold for the holidays! Then I got to choose my essential oil for my feet scrub. There were several kinds and I got to mix lemon and lemongrass. The session was so relaxing and soothing, and Sarita was kind and friendly. It was the perfect place to be pampered! Cat is Fantastic. I am new to the neighborhood and I had a really good experience at this salon. Cat is professional, easy to communicated with and a gifted technician (as well as small business owner). Also the products are "non-toxic" which helps me feel better when I regularly get my nails done, and is a rarity in the industry. note: although they are "clean" color vibrancy is not compromised! My go to place for nails in the palisades :) I have had the owner, Kat, do my nails and some of her lovely employees. My nails were in terrible condition from years of abuse and they we very kind explaining to me how to move forward to heal them and get them strong again. I'm very sensitive, this is definitely the place if you are afraid of someone hurting you. Also can we talk about how cute it is and the decor?!!! So relaxing and earthy, very clean. So chic. Pros: the place is clean and beautiful. The selection of essential oils is really nice. The callus and cuticle work was good as well. Cons: very expensive and not worth it in my opinion. The massage was very minimal for the price of the be rosy manicure and pedicure. Also, my pedicurist spent most of the time telling me how she thinks that COVID is mostly fake and has only killed 6,000 people. The ladies at the salon were kind, polite, asked questions to inquire if we were comfortable, and detail oriented. The nail salon was clean and there were plenty of nail colors to choose from. All the polishes were in good condition-- no crusty or old polishes were on display. The salon also followed covid safety procedures. They all wore masks and we wore our masks. I saw them disinfecting and wiping down chairs before usage. There are clear plastic dividers to prevent the spread of germs.  The tools were in sealed packages (so sanitized) and the tools were opened in front of us. The pedicure came with a nice leg massage and after the manicure, we got a back and neck massage. I will definitely be back next time. read more

I went into this beautiful shop like no other to get my nails done. The decor is like very fresh and modern not like your typical salon. I had a gel manicure and pedicure. First of all, you sit in a big comfy chair. They stick your feet in a copper bowl which is really neat. Then you get a spa like experience between the pouring of the water down your legs, the scrub, and the massage with a specially made essential oil (that you get to choose ) is incredible. Then they perfectly apply the polish that last for 3 weeks thus far. My Gel manicure was also very luxurious. What is lovely about the polish is that it is considered a green product with out any harsh chemicals. The hand massage put me in a very relaxed state and the technician almost put me to sleep with the massage she gave me. It was really lovely and I had a terrific experience. Well done! Whether you want gels, gel-x, regular polish, they always deliver. Cat and Sarita are the two I see regularly but all the technicians are great. I paid for a full manicure but instead got a less than mediocre manicure. The mail tech, Amber, approached me with a bad attitude and instead of "hello, how are you", she came out with a sigh and said she's gonna have to do my nails in a rush because she has a client after me. Wonderful! While all the other ladies were making conversation with me she had to bash my color, my style, and just try to embarrass me with her very audible and rude comments. Be Rosy tried to compensate me with a manicure but why the heck would I ever want to return here and pay $200 + tip for a rushed mediocre manicure and verbal harassment. Amazing customer service! Serita is so nice and lovely. However, this is a very pricey nail salon. I arrived on time for my appointment and had to wait 20-25 minutes. I got gel mani done. They have a very limited color selection. My gel mani started chipping off within 48 hours of getting my nails done. The polish was put unevenly. I walked in requesting this mani and ended up with a totally different mani. The fact that they use all clean products is amazing but not worth it. read more
