This salon is in the heart of Brentwood Village and is my favorite nail salon. It's the best. I've been consistently going to Dream Nails for my manicures and pedicures since 2018. They do an incredible job. The ladies are all very professional, skilled, and very nice. Jinny, the owner, is very friendly and accommodating. The salon is clean and have tons of nail color choices. Everyone is very friendly and nice and you feel good being there. An added perk this salon does is feed your meter while you're being pampered. The parking in the immediate area of the salon are all one hour meter parking and if your treatment is over an hour, the ladies will take care of it for you. Outstanding job by Masha!!! I came by to this plaza and had NO idea they had this nail salon tucked away. My nails were long over do and I didn't want them so thick so Masha recommended regular gel and it looks so much more natural now. $55 for gel manicure, I'm super happy and I found a spot closer to my home. My new go-to spot! This is a nail salon has built a warm, small community with their clients. They greet you immediately when you walk in and are on a first name basis with many returning customers; some even hugging their nail techs goodbye. The nail techs also really care about their work. The other day, I was getting a manicure and the nail tech wasn't satisfied with how my color was coming out and suggested doing another that would look better/brighter. It was thoughtful she was even thinking that! Even though it took more of her time, she wanted to do it. My parking was then expiring so the woman at reception went and adding more time to my meter. Talk about customer service! I truly believe that most 1-star reviews here are from people who truly believe the world revolves around them. I've been going to nail salons for 20+ years and the process on how things are done are always the same (accommodating walk ins, nail techs switching out, etc.). I have awareness and patience to understand that this is just how this kind of business operates. I just wish more people were like this! Pros: Good color selection and accommodated a last minute appointment. It looked like some people came in for special nail designs so that appears to be a nice speciality offering they have. Cons: I came in for a last minute dip manicure and pedicure and left with bleeding cuticles. I'm not from the area and needed my nails cleaned up ASAP for an event so I paid and left knowing I wouldn't come back. I was seen by the owner who was so extremely rough that I winced through the hour an half it took her to do my nails. The nails look good but paying $130 dollars plus tip for a very basic dip manicure and regular pedicure shouldn't require me icing my hands the next day. I didn't see any pricing listed anywhere either, with the exception of a menu of pedicure pricing so I was shocked by the total. They also don't take credit card - just Venmo or cash only so you don't even get an itemized receipt and have no idea what exactly you just paid for. I understand these are Brentwood prices, but my simple manicure was 30 dollars - so I was expecting even, pretty nails. I asked for " shorter nails " and she decided to cut them literally as short as it can possibly be. The nails are cut uneven. The polish isn't even. I don't leave reviews often but I felt I had to. I wanted to like this place. I needed a last minute appointment, I saw it had mostly positive reviews, and hoped for the best. Pros: The staff was pleasant. The color selection for gel was great. They had tons of glitter gel options (I've seen other places use legit glitter and charge extra for it). Cons: Parking is $2/hr nearby the salon. My technician didn't trim my cuticles at all though they needed it. She left the edges of my nails unpainted. She seemed to rush through the last part of the service (even having me put both hands in the machine at the same time) so I thought maybe they were closing at 6pm. However, when I came on here I saw they close at 7:30pm and called to confirm that. At the end I asked how much so I knew what to tip and they told me $50. Pretty pricey for what I got but fine. I told them I booked through classpass and then they told me it was $5 more for removing my old gel polish, which they hadn't mentioned originally but again fine. I brought my own nail stickers and the technician put them on for free, which was very nice because I thought there would be a charge. But they turned out to be terrible quality (which is no fault of the salon) but I wish she'd have just told me it wasn't going to look good. Instead she rushed through applying them and put top coat over them leaving me with weird ripped stickers and raised clumpy polish. Pro tip: the parking around this place costs $2 per hour (1 hr max) so not the best place if you wanted to get a long afternoon of pampering! This place is located in a really cute plaza in brentwood. I got a color french manicure. Prices for gel nails: $35 for gel nails + $10 for french design. I was impressed by how well Pam shaped my nails into coffin and painted the french on perfectly! She also took her time to clean my cuticles and fix my nails from a previously badly done manicure. The only reason this place doesn't get a 5 star is I think it's a bit pricey (nails ended up being $60 total when I could get a mani pedi for $60+ elsewhere) and they charged me for gel removal $5 which I would not be charged for elsewhere. read more

WOW!! I would recommend this nail salon to everyone and can't wait to come back. I got a gel mani and pedi and in each coat and step they took their time. My nails came out flawless and my feet baby soft. The prices are also great, as a college student I can still come here and expect great nails for a great price. The service is also so much superior than other nail salons I've been to! I felt so welcomed, cared for, and everyone is so kind :) They're also very covid cautious and each chair has a plastic shield! I needed my nails done ASAP considering I received a botched job in the palisades. I called frantically to get them fixed here at dream bc one of my friends said they did amazing gel manis and pedis. I called and they squeezed me in within thirty minutes. I came in, sat in the chair, and immediately my gels began to soak off and a woman began my pedicure. Once she finished the cleaning portion of the pedi she jumped up and started to work on someone else. They seemed super busy so I understood. A new lady came to me and began to work on my pedi again but it seemed like she just was touching up the filing and cuticle trimming which I appreciated. I love when people are detailed oriented when it comes to my pedicure. Through the pedicure the whole process took about an hour and I waited another thirty minutes to get started on my manicure. The girl who works at the front had to refill my meter. Finally someone began my manicure. She did a really awesome job I'm very happy with how clean and perfect the gel mani and pedi came out. The total for both was $110 which I don't think was justified considering 1. This was just your average/typical nail salon. 2. The average price for a gel mani is $30-$35 and a gel pedi $35-$40. I had a VERY bad experience here. 1- the upselling for everything imaginable is ridiculous. Faster drying polish, paraffin wax and who knows what else was up sold to my sons girlfriend before I sat down and could warn her against it 2- quality of work on the gel mani was horrible. I had my nails done with gel mani back in April at my normal place and it lasted until late May.
