The callus remover tool they were about to use on my fingernails still had visible dead skin on it, which was very concerning from a hygiene standpoint. I had to ask for it to be changed, which shouldn't be necessary. Additionally, it was frustrating that they switched nail techs in the middle of my service. The manager seemed to be rushing the original technician because two walk-ins came in, which I totally understand, and ended up taking over herself. However, it felt like she was looking over his shoulder to finish faster which didn't make it a relaxing experience personally. read more

Tom was really helpful in guiding me on what's best for cat eye effects. Ana did the gel manicure and was super detailed and thorough. She was also a pleasure to talk to! Natura has been my go-to salon on the Westside. It's on Wilshire between 9th and 10th streets with ample parking out back. You won't find a cleaner salon anywhere (they disinfect their tools and discard anything that has touched another client). I shudder to think of what I used to do with pedicures and sink bowls. What keeps me coming back are the amazing nail techs (Anna, I'm looking at YOU!) and the owner, Tomas, is committed to make sure you are a stark raving fan. Very expensive! For gel x nails and a gel pedicure it cost $160 without tip! I went in hoping to get a French manicure. 2 hours into my apt when she was finally getting to the painting portion she said she could not do French becuase it would look weird. I have had French manicure gel x extrensions done before that looked great so I was confused why they could not do it. (She also said it looked old school traditional) she wanted me to do the chrome nails that cost $15 more. At that point I just wanted it too look good and be done. I was surprised it took 2.5 hours and when I left I was a bit bummed with the price. I saw my toenails and felt they did not look cleanly done. I wouldn't recommend their services for the price. Also the nails lasted me about a week, at other salons nails have lasted me around 2 weeks so this was a bit disappointing. read more

My coworker recommended this nail spot to me. She always comes in with her nails ON POINT. My regular nail spot charges $120 for regular pedicure + GelX manicure (not including tip), and I needed a place with better pricing. I think I found it!! I actually like the GelX nails here over my old nail place. After calling the salon in the morning, they were able to squeeze me in same-day. I was able to find parking on the street, but I think they also have parking in the back because I saw people walking through the back door. When I arrived, they were able to seat me right away, and they took their time with mani/pedi while being efficient. The manager at the front desk is a breath of fresh air, he was really nice. I showed the nail ladies a picture of what I wanted, and they were able to match both the color and design no problem. It was one of the few times I walked into a nail salon with a photo, and they replicated it pretty well. My previous salon would say things like "Oh well, the color looks different on the picture because of the flash" lol It's been almost 3 weeks since I got my nails done and they're still looking great and in pretty good shape. Sadly didn't have a great experience here: - She buffed my nails down way too much to wear they hurt when I was done with the manicure - They charge extra / separately for literally everything - $5 or $10 'extra' to clean up cuticles? That should be part of any manicure. - They also upcharge 5% on all services because they are short staffed. I feel for them - but my mani pedi was $135 + plus tip (dip mani + gel pedi) and I wasn't thrilled with the results. - Started chipping pretty soon after and eventually two nails broke. - Guy who did my pedicure wasn't gentle at all and was pulling on my toes - Told him it hurt and he didn't stop. - Wish they had real pedicure chairs - Would've made the experience a lot more comfortable - felt like I had to lift keep my feet lifted up for him and it was an ab workout lol. read more

O M G. Once again, I needed to find a new nail salon after my last place gave me a new acrylic set 2 weeks ago with crooked nails, which they did not care about. Goodbye. I did a thorough search online for a place that was near my work and I found Natura Nail Spa in a very convenient location. I had a pedicure with gel polish and an acrylic fill with manicure, gel polish with design. The pedicure was fine. Cathy (or is it Kathy?) did my mani/fill and she did an AMAZING job. I have severely dry cuticles with FAST growing skin (yes, I use all the products made to take care of my cuticles at home - doesn't do any good) and typically, the nail stylists do not really care about this portion of the visit, and I will often leave a nail appointment with ragged skin and cuticles... ugh. Not this time! Meticulous attention was given to my manicure and I was so happy! Then it was time for the acrylic fill and shape repair. 10 out of 10! Cathy spent so much time making sure that each nail was exactly the way I had originally intended them to be. The gel polish was applied beautifully. Tom (a true artist and creative designer by trade) did the autumnal design and I LOVE it! The atmosphere is very nice, chairs are comfy. I enjoy that there is plenty of space and no one is jammed in like you typically find in nail salons. Thanks everybody - Mom and I will see you in 2 weeks! read more

Very bright, very clean, and the chairs were nicer than the chairs I have at home, ha! The staff was incredibly kind and helped me through the process, as it was my first time getting a pedicure.
