Great deals on packages. I pay way less on the monthly packages to use any level bed I want per month then buying smaller packs of like 5 tans. The beds are clean, they give you a towel, and some of the newer beds even have speakers in them. Love this location and how convenient and close it is read more

Honestly not even 1 star, I go here for the convenience but am going to cancel due to the absolute rudeness of employees- there is not one nice one- there's this one chick who always has a major attitude. Multiple times I am waiting for them to finish a text message or finish chit chatting before I can get any assistance. I have had a bed shut down on me and stop working- they did not even apologize or seem sincere at all- she asked if I wanted to go back into the same bed (that now only had half the lights on) I declined and wanted another bed- they put me in another bed at half the time so I had lost minutes. Place is extremely dirty I bring my own wipes to clean the bed. Floors are definitely not cleaned, I've seen the same tanning drops on the floors from days prior. And they switched to cashless- another reason I dislike them. Honestly don't waste ur money here read more

I literally never ever leave reviews- but I got a spray tan for the first time ever, in my adult life, and I was very nervous. They truly made it such a comfortable experience for me. They answered every question, they reassured me along the way, they made sure I was happy and comfortable throughout the process and the spray tan tech Bella did a great job. They were not pushy in any means to sell anything extra or do anything addition for the sake of business and I appreciated that as a first time customer! read more

GO TO THE LEVITTOWN ONE.. This was was horrible.. I get the Mystic tan. I have been Getting this done for every spring for about 5 yrs.. I decided to give this seaford one a shot. I know what should and shouldnt be there. Everything that could go wrong, DID. I walked in after it was set up, I go inside, close the door (to the room) to find NO towels, NO lotion (bottle was completely empty), NO WIPES, GARBAGE WAS LITERALLY OVERFLOWING. I stepped into the machine to find the floors SATURATED .. so even if I had the booties on, which wasnt there!!! anyone can fall down.. they only had the hair cover. Basket was empty for more items. then I come out after getting sprayed and with no towels, I looked into the basket and I see one SATURATED TOWEL WHICH was so wet looking.. I had gone home but regret saying anything. This isnt acceptable.. when I had gone back to the Levittown one, I saw their room and how perfect it was and I said something to the worker, about the Seaford location. She said she would make a call for me. I hope she did. I wont ever go back to Seaford location again because of this. read more

Wow wow wow, if I would of known that the beds have old or burnt out lamps, I would have never bought the highest level package!!! Diamond level is expensive and usually you get what you pay for. Not here! Last week, I asked if there were any beds had new bulbs and the girl suggested a titanium laydown (she said on her screen it says HOT HOT HOT). The bed was not hot at all and I can't believe I WASTED a paid session on it. Today I chose a diamond bed k9 in my package and most of the bulbs were out!!! Before I got out to literally end it and tell her to give me another bed, I thought maybe it needs a minute or two, but no, the bulbs never went on! I own a business myself and I would be mortified. I'm attaching a picture... another waste of money! I hope East Meadow and Levittown have a diff manager/owner because I will never come back here! read more

Came in here on a Friday night and was immediately greeted by a nice girl at the desk. She was patient and took the time to explain the different levels of tanning and their spray booths. Ultimately I opted for the spray booth. She led me to a nice clean room and explained how to cover my feet, nails and hair. I had a very nice experience and will be back. The spray tan itself lasted about a week, I opted for an extra liquid that is suppose to help the tan to last. read more

I have never been so disappointed in customer service. I walked in for a spray tan, and impulsively purchased a teeth whitening package for $37- as I was sitting waiting for my booth to be ready I was reading the whitening box to figure out how it works. The box said the content included several items including an applicator, travel bag, etc. It felt light. Out of sheer boredom and curiosity I opened the box to check if all contents were included. Turns out- it was missing the travel bag listed under contents on the box . I went back up to the register to exchange it for a different package that had the full contents. I opened another box - it was also missing the bag. Opened another - this box had the bag but not the mouthpiece. A young girl comes over and says I may NOT open boxes. ( there was no protective seal) I explained to the girl that, in that case, I would like my money back because I'm not keeping an incomplete set. I paid for the full contents of the box. She called her manager who said I may NOT trade it for a complete whitening set. I was told, several times, that I must keep the first box I chose. I was FORCED to keep an incomplete set with no chance of a refund or exchange.... simply because I picked the wrong box. I will NEVER walk into that place again and give them any of my money- and I will fight to get my measly $37.00 back on the sheer principal of it alone. Buyer beware !!! read more

Buyer beaware. I've finally had enough of them telling me that my tanning packag doesn't have an expiration date and when I go back in they tell me it expired. Horrible customer service. Unfortunately, I am not able to leave a positive review. My first visit no complaints. The spray tan tech did a great job. Went back 3 weeks later, requested the same tech but found out she was filling in from another location. But this information was very difficult to receive, also they could not guarantee her name. Second visit not nearly as good as the first was left with darker lines on both legs and arms. Thought I would give them one more chance, since their location is perfect for me. Third time was the last visit. I was left standing there with huge streaks running down shoulders and chest. Tech told me they will wash off. Tried to blot with a towel no luck. Hours later, I looked ridiculous. My legs were orange, half my arms were sprayed, and the other half were white, and my hands had absolutely no color at all. Called the salon to complain and they told me, I could come back and get sprayed again and have the tech who messed up the first time fix my color. Ya not happening. For what you pay, they should have someone who knows how to do a decent spray tan or pay the first tech more money to train your employees. Sorry but customers should know. read more

Olivia couldn't have given me a more horrible experience at beach bum tanning tonight. I actually asked for a refund politely and was told no, a couple moments after the transaction was processed. She was incredibly rude to me, my friend and, another customer that came in. After she denied this customer her spray tan and the customer left she continued to gossip about the customer. It was honestly horrifying to watch and I have to come onto yelp and share my experience that's how bad it was. Safe to say I got store credit and I'm gonna go to a different beach bum. read more

Of all the locations, this is the best. Because they have the best staff! Even when i am in a town with another beach bum, i will still go out of my way to go to seaford. Everyone is very helpful and kind. The manager Kristin is the absolute best. She always goes out of her way to take care of all customers. I have always been a member of the Oceanside Beach Bum but I now go to the Seaford location because of one amazing woman named Anne! I will follow this girl until the end of time. She started me on my Airbrush tans and I will only use her! She is so sweet and professional. Each time I have gone to her I've been more than happy - I'm a new woman when I get an airbrush from her. She gives me the exact color that fits my skin type and request. My whole family now uses her as well and I would recommend her to anyone !!!! She makes you feel so comfortable and I never have to worry that I'll wake up the next day looking hella scary. She recently got promoted and completely deserves it- an angel :) read more

I kinda love this place. I haven't been to many other tanning salons on Long Island but I always come back here. My airbrush tans are always done so nicely and last a good amount of time. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This may be because I am a clean freak but I think they should clean throughout the day. The dust bunnys in the corners/ around the beds bother me. This is my first Yelp review. I went to beach bum in seaford for a spray tan. I was sooooooo nervous. I've spray tanned before however this was my first time since having my daughter (so I'm obviously not comfortable with how the body is looking). I walked in and was welcomed by a lovely girl then was introduced to Alex who was doing the tan. In my mind I was like "oh god here's this young, super cute girl..THE LAST person I want to be naked in front of." Not the case at all. From the moment I stepped in the room to be tanned to the moment I left Alex made me feel so comfortable. We talked about things from being a new mom to how wild my husband and I were in college. Such a sweet girl. She made me feel beautiful. Thank you Alex! I will definitely be back next time I need a spray tan! read more
