They are on the pricey side for dessert but soooooo good. The bingsoo has the right amount of sweetness, not overbearing and feels somewhat light. My kids love the cookies and cream. They love the marshmallows on top. My personal favorite is the mango. We also had to try the mochi waffles. In the family, everyone had their own personal favorite. I liked the cheese one and the ube waffles the best. The sesame peanut was interesting and worth a try. The nutella is a classic. Service was great. The people creating the desserts do a great job at presenting instagram-worthy bowls of deliciousness. Seating is not that much, but never had an issue finding a table (maybe had to wait a bit once). Parking is easy. I suggest parking in the garage.

Strawberry cheesecake ($9) - This consisted of some shaved ice, strawberries, a few pieces of cheesecake, and a small scoop of ice cream on top. To me it didn't feel like things went well together. I had much better shaved ice in Hawaii and the few cheesecake pieces in the dessert were a little light and airy. Red bean mochi waffle ($8.50) - The waffles seemed soft and soggy with some read beans in the mix. Cappuccino - $4.75 - It was a smooth tasting cappuccino but didn't have the rich and complex coffee flavors one finds at Italian coffee spots. It wasn't bad, and probably the only drink that interested me on their menu. Overall I thought my experience here was just OK. The desserts didn't impress.

I really wish Heybings had more locations outside of Orange County! I used to be an Oakobing girl,…read morebut this might officially be my new favorite spot. The shaved ice here is unbelievably soft, infused with condensed milk, and absolutely delicious. We shared the Mango Paradise, which came with mango purée, fresh mango, and vanilla ice cream and it was so good. My husband usually avoids dessert for health reasons, but even he made an exception and happily shared both the shaved ice and the chewy ube mochi waffle with me. Yum! I was honestly still so full from lunch that I couldn't finish my corn latte, but it actually tasted super refreshing the next day after sitting in the fridge overnight. I'm definitely coming back to try more flavors. And I'm bringing my pup so she can get a Woofaccino too!

I got the Black sesame chicken fried rice which tasted really good! It was on the oily side though because of the sesame oil so I'll probably try their other options next time. I also got the popcorn chicken rice which came with the braised pork sauce (which I got on the side). Flavor was great, chicken was nice and juicy with a thin layer of breading. Service was great too, we got served rather quickly and food came out promptly as well. Their drink selection is still the self serve, and you can still ask for sample cups to try. I believe they also brought some drinks from Ever After to here as I didn't see them before. I'm excited to come back again and try their other menu items. This place definitely got a much needed upgrade after the renovation!

LMAO just look at the picture…read more.. needless to say this was not what I was expecting but gave it a 4 star just for the memories when I was a kid okay gaddam the rating might have to go down because I'm still digging into the ice block after a solid two minutes my rating fell again because the amount of toppings they gave was atrociously little compared to the BLOCK of ice

This week were herbal tea samples! :))) Meet Fresh is a Twainese dessert chain focus on shaved ice with red bean soup desserts and boba. I stopped to try their matcha dessert along with a Hong Kong egg waffle, and both really hit the spot. The matcha latte was not overly sweet, with that slightly bitter, earthy taste you want from good matcha. That said, the Thai Ice tea is good but desserts feel a bit watered down compared to what I remembered. The base prices seem reasonable at first, but once you start adding toppings or upgrades, the total climbs quickly and can be a little shocking at checkout. The HK matcha egg waffle was fresh, warm, and had that perfect contrast: crispy on the outside and soft and airy on the inside. It's a simple item, but when done right like this, it's super satisfying. Honestly, it pairs really well with the matcha desserts. There a several tables to enjoy your teas.

Came here the other day to catch up with a friend and we both really enjoyed it. This spot is located inside an Asian market next to a dumpling place, and they had so many different desserts to choose from that I honestly couldn't decide I ended up playing it safe and got the bubble waffle with red bean filling. The waffle itself was really good.. crispy on the outside and soft inside. I just wish the red bean filling was a little more smooth and pasty instead of having whole beans, but it still tasted really good either way. My friend also got one of their pudding-style desserts and we both loved it because it wasn't overly sweet at all. Perfect balance of sweetness and super refreshing after eating. Definitely planning to come back to try more of their desserts because everything looked so good. Thank you for the yummy sweets ... you've officially gained a forever customer
