Pretty yummy!…read more Ordered the pork belly bowl from DoorDash and it was pretty delicious! The pork was reaaaallly good. My main complaint was that there wasn't a lot of it. I loved the soy and honey glaze dressing. Everything tasted good dipped in there! All the veggies were delicious as well. I love mushrooms, but wasn't a big fan of these mushrooms. Not sure if they were canned? Or maybe a different type of mushroom, but perhaps this was my own personal preference Overall, fresh and yummy food! Just wanted more protein.

I came here for lunch by myself and took my food to go. The staff was friendly and offered a few top menu items. I ended up getting their Jidori Chicken Salad Bowl which had chicken breast marinated in lemon, garlic, rosemary flavors over romaine mixed greens. It was around $19 and it was OK but the chicken was super salty! I also got a side of duck bone borth 16 ounces that was around $10 and it was bland and also too salty. I was contemplating adding hot water to dilute the salt but then it would be more bland. I have to say it was a bit disappointing experience for me as I read all the reviews before coming here. I think next time I will dine in and see if they can customize their salt level. I know it is hard with broth but we will see.

If we remove the pricetag from the equation, I'll say that this is the best Hawaiian food chain that I've had. The company follows the Chipotle "slop bowl" model, but the bowl honestly looks quite elegant. Big Hawaiian Bowl Grilled Chicken: It's the best Hawaiian grilled chicken I've ever had. Soft, juicy, and it's not an overly aggressive flavor profile. It doesn't follow the cookie cutter flavors found in other Hawaiian chains. Chicken Katsu: It's battered chicken. What's not to like? The ranch sauce also complemented it well. White rice: Rice is rice. Assorted vegetables: Normally, this is relegated to inherit the drippings of the meat. Not this time, even the vegetables are amazing. Macaroni: It's the best Hawaiian macaroni that I've had. Coleslaw: It's okay. I may have picked the wrong sauce for it since it was kinda sour. Picking a different sauce if there is a next time. Service: I just picked it up in the ghost kitchen. It was ready by the time I got there. Ambiance: It's a ghost kitchen. The ambiance is people coming in and out. Nobody eats there.

Over priced, over hyped take out food…read more We ordered from Newport bento, pasta sisters, and Hawaiian (forgot which one). Every dish was take out quality. Not like restaurant take out either, but fast food take out. But the prices were definitely sit down prices. For example: bento tastes like something I could find as Tokyo central. Priced like sit down. Pasta sister was ~$20-$25/dish but tasted like something I could make at home. Besides quality the quantity didn't make up for this price discrepancy either. Definitely skip

Out of state visiting family and a quick visit here provided me with Lunch/Dinner. I was very satisfied after cooking my meal which was fast and simple. Super clean store. Helpful Staff. Great Options for all dietary needs; Proteins, Carbs, Vegetables, Seasonings, Snacks, etc. They have protein shakes available too. I chose Shrimp with Smokey Chipotle Seasoning along with Zucchini & Cauliflower. It was all delicious. I don't have a pic of food but it was $16.49. I figured it would cost at least that eating out. Definitely recommend.

This Huntington Beach concept serves up pre-cooked and seasoned meats, veggies, and starches by the ounce. I visited for the first time this past weekend and stocked up on three meals as a tester. My picks were the chicken meatballs with teriyaki sauce, sweet mashed potatoes and zucchini, the ground turkey with super greens and brown rice, and the honey ginger chicken with super greens and diced potatoes. While I wouldn't expect your grandma's cooking, the meals have been great so far. Quick and easy, healthy options, while also keeping me well fed during a busy week. I'd love to see this concept bring in a juice brand in the future! Having pre-made green juice would be another helpful item to knock off my list before the week.
