Needed Brunch ideas... close to my area. Tried this place and it was good. Tried a lil bit of everything.... The marinated steak tips were cooked well. Egg perfect, the hash browns were a lil on the oil taste.. grill taste Lips pancakes were exceptional you can taste every flavor separately. Strawberry chocolate and the cream cheese!!!! Knocked it Out of the park with me!!! I am not a sweet person with breakfast and I'm forever a fan!! Fruity pebble French toast seemed like it had been reheated great taste, but very rubbery. Biscuits and gravy ehhhh. Gravy missing a punch. The hot chocolate is excellent just be ready to get messy...lol The restaurant is small but inviting. Service was very good never low on water and the coffee was refilled pretty often, they checked on me and not interfering with the table convo.... which is a plus Great spot worthy of more visits... Will be back soon

So I ordered the Elvis peanut butter banana pancakes with eggs and bacon on the side and was very excited to try it . Once I received my food one pancake was burnt and the other pancake wasn't cooked all the way . I would've had a picture of it but I became nauseous, once I entered the bathroom I became more nauseous because the bathroom is disgusting as you guys can see from the photos . The only positive was the gentleman's service. Besides that this place was pretty bad.

The service was quick and efficient. The server was a sweetheart and so attentive. It was not busy when we visited but there is ample space for dining. We tried the waffle, coffee, steak skillet, and eggs Benedict's. The waffle was the hit it was so buttery soft and delicious. The

Been going here a few times already, I always order the CFS and eggs, which always satisfy my CFS craving, portions size is decent for me, I also tried the lemon blueberry pancake with whipped cream cheese, it was delicious. The Service was attentive and fast. The ambiance was nice and the place was clean. Always a pleasure eating here for breakfast!

Cinnamon Toast Crunch French Toast was literally amazing! Jaw dropping amazing! If you're a fan of sweets and comfort food and childhood nostalgia, this is the place for you! This is such a gem hidden in this strip mall on Durango. I absolutely loved the food and Jamie was so kind and so lovely. The vibe was definitely like a nice brunch location or a great place to bring the family! The food service was quick and the food was delicious! Will 10/10 come here again :)

Stopped in here on an off chance for lunch. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a friendly guy who invited us to sit where we wanted. He then brought over menus and took our drink order. The restaurant was cute, very colorful with string lights and quiet music was playing. My husband and I couldn't decide between sweet and savory so we each got a sweet and savory dish to try. My husband ordered the Elvis short stack as his sweet a they were interesting with bacon cooked into the peanut butter pancakes they tasted good but I didn't love the bananas with it. He absolutely loved his savory dish, the western skillet. He said it's hands down best breakfast he's had in America. I ordered the meat lovers scramble which was really good, I loved the ham in it. As a sweet dish I ordered the Lips short stack and honestly I'd come back just for those they were so good!

We came here for breakfast to visit a friend from out of town. Very quiet and unassuming place even on a Sunday morning. Our server was friendly. But the food was just OK and the prices were really high. There are plenty of breakfast options out there that have better quality food for the same or a lower price point. In particular, the skillet was dry and the potatoes were undercooked, while the red velvet pancake was overcooked.

    My husband cleaned his plate!

Food is absolutely outstanding. I ordered the Carne Asada skillet and my husband had the meat lovers omelette. I don't know what kind of ingredients they used, but it was definitely well worth it plus more. I'm leaving this review because a gentleman that served our table really loves his job. I look forward to seeing you whenever you open up your new restaurant. Your care about another person's business definitely shows within your work. And you will be blessed with another opportunity again with your business. But most importantly overall, you guys deserve more than a five star. The setting was fantastic small but yet comfortable for us locals.

Stopped by another local breakfast joint on my last day in Vegas with my family before heading back home to LA. Food did not disappoint and the price was just perfect. Even got an extra order of a single pancake on the house. This place is a nice small locals joint. A must return place for me when back in town.

What happened to this place? I ate here pre-Covid and it was great. Now. Not so much. I'm pretty sure they're not winning any Best Breakfast awards anytime soon.

try them again! i've been twice within the last month and it's been 10/10

Do they have outdoor dining with misters?

Two outdoor tables didn't see any misters.

    Are they still in business?

    Yes

A friend recommended we stop here for breakfast or lunch on our way to Zion, Utah. We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

Bacon Nation slaps slices on just about everything but French toast, and even that can be topped with bacon butter and bacon-infused syrup. The build-your-own omelet is a worthy breakfast, stuffed with two veggies and two meats of your choice. Cheddar, diced onion, and two types of bacon inside three eggs was a winner. Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal. And unlike those anorexic slices that fast food places put on their burgers, you can actually taste this bacon. Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., they serve lunch too and if you're in 'growling stomach mode', try the Boarrito but be forewarned - this is a pork-fest of a monstrosity that's not designed for consumption by weight watchers or thoroughbred jockeys. A large tortilla filled with ham, sausage, bacon crumbles, pulled pork, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo is then wrapped on the outside with countless slices of more bacon, smothered with cheese sauce and sour cream...now I need to take a nap just thinking about digesting it. It's a massive meal and I feel like the waitress could have positioned me on all fours in front of a feeding trough in order to graze on it. Bacon Nation is located on the D's second floor inside a very clean and bright dining room with lots of booths, a counter, and an ultra-pleasant hostess named Angel. In summary, a well-earned 5 oink review is deserving because their food is that darn good. "Everywhere there's lots of piggies, living piggy lives.
