Have not been here for a while because it's so amazing here that sometimes it's hard to get in. Luckily we got in quickly and the food did not disappoint. You sit down and they have so many workers, you are never neglected. Drinks, refills, anything you need, you get it. They bring you crackers with 3 homemade jams while you wait for your food and they are yummy. You can buy their jams and they are awesome. I decided to try the Pastrami Burger and oh it was good. The pastrami was tender and seasoned well and was just amazing on its own but to add the burger, it's excellent. I've never had a bad meal here, the place is awesome, all the staff are friendly and helpful. I believe Lou's is the best diner in Vegas.

Let me just say. We've been going to different diners to try in Vegas and this one was truly impressive. EST. 1960 off Decatur don't let the location fool you. As you walk up you are greeted and ask how many in your party. There is a waiting area outside. It's summer here in Vegas and at 930 am 93° but the had a portable AC outside as we waited. And this diner was packed. Waited less than 4 minutes. As you go inside everything was a throwback for the yesteryears. So many photos and nicknacks. And for the regulars they have BYOM Wall. Bring your own mug wall. One of Lou's most cherished traditions. On your next visit, leave your favorite mug in our care and they'll be sure to have it clean and ready for your next visit. Super cute! The one thing that makes Lou's stand out is their homemade items from Freshly made Jams, pies, cakes. As you sit down and look over the meal they starts with drinks and samples of the jams with crackers. Truly delicious. And they are also sold along with desserts. I came with a party of 4 and as we always order different you will see from your basic breakfast "Me" haha to those that go out of the box. Their breakfast was amazing hands down. From a 1 out of 5 I give it a 5 without a doubt. Our waitress was Andrea and was great. She answered all questions and steadily came to check on us. And before you go the bathrooms are a must! You will see in my photos. It will crack you up. So if you've lived in Vegas for so many years or just moved here. Lou's Diner is a must. We will be back!

O-M-G! What a find! If I would have found it sooner I would have eaten here every day it was so good. Definitely a local spot. Luckily, we didn't have to wait for a table since we arrived just after normal lunch time. All the staff were friendly and pleasant. Decor of the restaurant was A+. They even had cute posters in the bathroom and hallway. The give you crackers to try their fresh jams. Wow. . .they are so good I ordered some to ship home. Pro tip* they gave me toast to try the jam and it was even better*. Ordered French toast breakfast. French toast was made with thick Texas toast, sausage was well seasoned. They even put the right amount of cheese on the eggs. My dining partner ordered the Salisbury steak special. . . i had a taste and it was amazing.

Went with part of my tribe ( friends that are family). Ample parking incredible Service, and smiles care concern. We decided to split the secret menu item was it super incredible. Sloppy joe grilled cheese and onion rings with a diet soda n unsweet ice tea. Amazing old school sloppy joe ground beef delightfulness. Perfect with great onion rings and great service. The star of the meal was the three homemade jelly and club crackers free on the house starters . This is for sure the real deal diner comforting food yummy on the tummy. Great price point good food exceptional Service. Amazement.

Such a great mom and pop diner. I got the omelette and it was perfection! The perfect amount of food. My cousin got loaded tater tots with cheese and some other toppings and it was so yummy and gooey.

This hole in the wall was a hidden gem. I had some of the best breakfast in Vegas at this place, everything was cooked to perfection and the employees seemed to all work as a team. My server was Pickles and he was awesome and knew his job very well and made ordering easy. The place isn't but so big but they have a hostess outside of the entrance which helps the spot not get overcrowded. He was really helpful eland energetic, my service was good from being to end while dining here. If you're in Vegas and tired of all the bs on and near the strip then this is your spots.

Happy customer! I'm a big diner fan and this one right here is going to my top 3 favorite. Shannon our waitress and Corey and the front host were so welcoming and badass. Very personable people which made the experience unique. The food is so delicious I got an item from the secret menu and my husband got the egg and sausage plate. They offered us their homemade jams to try and I ended up buying 3 of their jams. The place was very well kept we sat in the counter to see how the show is run. The workers are fast to get your order and make sure your tables are cleaned while you eat. The walls were filled with antique items and the bathrooms were fun to visit. 10/10 recommend

We love Lou's Diner. Hadn't been there since we moved to our new house 4 years ago. As we expected, super busy for breakfast on this first day memorial day weekend. It's a very popular place with great food and wonderful people. The place was loud with Conversations but I was able to hear the good music they play. Meatloaf was playing, Nazareth, good Ole rock N roll. Our food was spectacular just as I K ew it would be. Amy was are super sweet waitress. What a gem, that lady. I could go on about lou's but if you've ever wanted to have a homemade meal at a diner, you gotta go to Lou's on Decatur in Las Vegas. Thank you for another great meal

Was visiting Vegas from Los Angeles for my birthday weekend and really wanted a down home diner for one of the mornings. I have known of Lou's Diner for quite some time because it has been open since 1969 and is quite famous in Vegas. As you would guess it's mostly known for breakfast and lunch and they have a huge menu filled with all sorts of American diner classics. There is also a large free parking lot attached in front and we only had to wait about 10 minutes for a Saturday breakfast for a party of two. Inside is quite large and they have many different types of seating options from booths to tables. Our server was extremely polite and everything that we ordered came out very fast. When you sit down, they bring over some complementary crackers and homemade jam and the jam was some of the best that I've had a very long time. I especially liked the raspberry and strawberry. For my breakfast, I chose the Chili Cheese Omelette and added chorizo and avocado and absolutely loved it. It had great flavors and everything about it was just perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting or living in Vegas for a great casual breakfast option.

Andrea! The Best fun server around town Loved the food quality and price point was perfect We waited 20-25 mins to get a table but it was worth the wait

We went on Memorial Day around 10 am, of course we already expected a wait. We only waited like 20 minutes, wasn't bad. The host he gave me bubbles to play with, felt like a kid again! We were seated at the bar area, greeted and took our order by a nice female (forgot her name) I ordered one biscuit and gravy with a side egg, bacon and sourdough bread. My boyfriend ordered the eggs Benedict, unfortunately the egg was fully cooked and he was bummed cause he likes the egg runny. But he still enjoyed his food. Before we got our food, they brought us a plate of three small jelly samples with crackers. All flavors were yummy! Def will be back.

Perhaps the only thing better than a home cooked meal. Is a dining style meal with homemade jam. Jamming with the oldies. A literal reference to the dining experiences including mom and pops. And their style of music and homemade decor.

Stepping into this café feels like taking a warm trip back in time. The old-school charm is everywhere, from the vintage décor and cozy seating to the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee that greets you at the door. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, making it the perfect spot to slow down and enjoy the moment. This is a must stop before leaving where it may be. Don't forget to order a cinnamon roll because they may sell out, and they will. Can't forget about warm great service.

    A fun classic diner experience.

The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

They had a steak on the menu and the flavor was great, one of the pricier menu items but it was a good share. My wife ordered a burger without the bun. She said the patty was well over-cooked and so it was pretty dry. They don't offer gluten-free buns or bread - bummer. The service was generally prompt, but seemed uncoordinated at times. For example, it seemed our waitress was also handling a very large party outside on the patio, and randomly the hostess would bring us a drink refill (hostess stand was right beside our table). That's good in a way, they are all a team, but she also picked up my plate and silverware after only the first appetizer - mind you they bring everything out as it's ready, so don't expect the whole table to eat together, you are expected to share! When I asked if she could replace my silverware, she grabbed a fork and knife and handed to me, but they weren't rolled in a napkin or anything, just barehanded me some silverware... anyway, I thought that was odd. Overall, the food had some bright spots and perhaps worth a lunch if you are downtown. I probably wouldn't seek it out again, but I'm not mad about the meal we had either.

I sometimes mosey into the 'D' Casino for some gambling and nitrates because the thought of…read moreblackjack and bacon makes me grunt so happily. Bacon Nation slaps slices on just about everything but French toast, and even that can be topped with bacon butter and bacon-infused syrup. The build-your-own omelet is a worthy breakfast, stuffed with two veggies and two meats of your choice. Cheddar, diced onion, and two types of bacon inside three eggs was a winner. Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal. And unlike those anorexic slices that fast food places put on their burgers, you can actually taste this bacon. Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., they serve lunch too and if you're in 'growling stomach mode', try the Boarrito but be forewarned - this is a pork-fest of a monstrosity that's not designed for consumption by weight watchers or thoroughbred jockeys. A large tortilla filled with ham, sausage, bacon crumbles, pulled pork, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo is then wrapped on the outside with countless slices of more bacon, smothered with cheese sauce and sour cream...now I need to take a nap just thinking about digesting it. It's a massive meal and I feel like the waitress could have positioned me on all fours in front of a feeding trough in order to graze on it. Bacon Nation is located on the D's second floor inside a very clean and bright dining room with lots of booths, a counter, and an ultra-pleasant hostess named Angel. In summary, a well-earned 5 oink review is deserving because their food is that darn good. "Everywhere there's lots of piggies, living piggy lives. You can see them out for dinner with their piggy wives, Clutching forks and knives...to...eat...their...bacon." Beatles, 1968

Bacon Nation was a must-stop on our Vegas trip--everything was absolutely delicious. The portions…read morewere huge, so big that half our group couldn't even finish their meals. It was super filling and exactly what we needed to recharge. Service was a bit slow, and our bride-to-be didn't receive her food until several minutes after everyone else. We also waited quite a while for the check and were met with a little sass, which felt off. Overall, the food was great, but the service could definitely use some improvement.

My cousin found out about Therapy from TikTok and so I made reservations for today at 2:30pm in advance. We made sure to be on time matter of fact we arrived 30 mins in advance since we had to catch a cab and traffic seemed heavier today. Once we entered we were greeted immediately however we were taken upstairs 20 mins later from arrival (no big deal still before our reservations) but there were no available tables. I spied a table getting ready to leave on the first floor and asked if we could wait for it and the hostess happily agreed (thank you)!! Unlimited mimosa 10/10, music 10/10, our personal service 10/10 (she tried and I don't even think she was a server but was very friendly and accommodating) however customer service/wait times/morale 2/10 because I'm typing this right now and it's 3:39pm 11/16/24 and I just got my wings still waiting on my fries. Reservation made for 2:30pm made it at 2:00pm just now have wings no fries and my cousin still doesn't have her food at 3:40....and to Christopher I've read your replies and you're disgusting!!! So let me help you with your response...I'm NOT broke, I DON'T need anyone to sponsor or fund my activities when I'm on vacation...DO BETTER!!! However the lemon pepper wings and fries (second request first were cold) tasted delicious. Therapy has potential if the customer service from Chris was better and food arrived in a timely manner. Also witnessed multiple tables abandon their orders due to excessive wait time however ALL the staff is amazing!! Update: actually met Chris after our food came and he is a complete jerk in person too. Drugs are bad people! Save your money and eat elsewhere I will never support this establishment again.
