Service was excellent the whole visit, attentive and quick. Food was outstanding across the board. I got the veggie omelette with sausage, plus egg whites, hash browns, and sausage gravy on the side -- everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. But the real standout was the chili. Hands down some of the best diner chili I've ever had, rich and hearty with great depth of flavor. The food and service here were great! I can't remember the waitress name right now; but she was so amazing. She was attentive, and very sweet. Her aesthetic was giving 50s diner vibe and it matched perfectly. What's better than a real diner breakfast? This one was perfect, and the portion sizes were huge! Way worth the price. My mom ordered the bacon and eggs breakfast that came with home fries. Which were amazing! I ordered the corn beef hash with cheese eggs and potato's and that was also really good. I didn't even finish half of it because it was a huge portion. The prices were perfect, and we had a great experience. Everyone was nice and welcoming. If you're looking for good diner breakfast in Vegas that won't cost an arm and a leg, give them a try. It's a bit off the strip but worth the uber. I have found one of the best coffee shops/diners in the world. Everything was perfect. The coffee was amazing. I had trout and eggs delicious. My wife had corn beef Pass and she gave me an eggs and she gave me a bite best I've had in years. If you're in Las Vegas, you should come here for simple reason it's a classic. We were greeted warmly and the servers were very good. The place itself is so cute and entirely pink which was definitely a selling feature for me. The food was good but very basic. Everything we had was cooked well and the eggs were clearly very fresh and good quality. The top negative for me was the syrup. It has a really weird taste to it and made my French toast taste weird. I miss the nostalgia of a good diner, the food, the welcoming atmosphere, the feeling of community and friendly service. Vicki's does a great job with all the above. We were four; mom and three 19 year old kids. As for food: we had a stack of pancakes, biscuits and gravy with an egg on the side, a Greek omelette with sour dough, the breakfast special with pancakes, eggs, sausage and potatoes and a Spanish omelette with sourdough toast! The male, son in my group has a Huge appetite! Everything tasted great, and the kids really enjoyed the ambience, food and the decor! It's a trek for us, but totally worth it. I look forward to dining here again soon and promise to take pictures of the food and adorable interior. The only issue...I wish the jukebox was working. read more

As fate had it, Ms. Vickie was my welcoming committee. The atmosphere is welcoming, you'll see local regulars, travelers like myself, everyone and anyone is welcome here. The decor reminds of you of a retro diner, with ample bar seating and dining room space. The menu is extensive and daily specials greet you at the door. My first trip was a memorable one, seating behind a local who's been visiting for 30years. Great convo, great food, Ms. Vickie's hospitality reigned surpremed as she wouldn't let me cover my tab. I walked to Vickie's from the Conrad for a local diner experience. When I walked in, I was warmly greeted and asked for a seat at the counter. Sophia quickly attended to my order and answered all my questions. I then took in the extreme cleanliness and overall friendly demeanor of the staff and the customers. The good-natured service and the family atmosphere is most-welcome in these current times. I witnessed the server's mother and sister saying 'thank you' and they would see her later, as well as the owner's granddaughter and her father sitting next to me at the bar for a quick breakfast. If you're looking for a Vegas staple--that relocated from downtown in 2020-I recommend putting Vickie's on your short list. The French Toast was light and fluffy, eggs cooked to request, and the bacon the perfect amount of crispy. This is one or our favorite 50s diner where we always take out of town guests. It is located off the strip near The Composers Room which use to be a deli that the Rat Pack hung out in the day from my understanding. We definitely love breakfast and lunch here with so many special and menu options, cool decor, great food and prices, and excellent friendly and attentive service (always and consistently refilling you coffee). You can easily miss this spot if you don't really know where this is. This seems like a very local diner which we loved!! We were seated instantly and the main color you see when you walk in is neon pink! Very cute and very on themed with a Vegas dinner. They have a small and easy menu to choose from, which is amazing! Came here for thanksgiving dinner. Which you do have to reserve and they are only open until 2pm. So we got a table for 1pm. && It was delicious! The service was fast our waitress was super sweet and attentive. The owner was sweet as well! Greeting everyone , which I loved. The dinner was 50s theme super cute and clean. We got the turkey special which was delicious and it came with a turkey soup soooo good. I'm not a fan of pie, but the pumpkin pie was amazing, like I just want to order a whole pumpkin pie! So soft and filled of flavor. I also ordered French toast so fluffy and delicious. The sausage patty was tasty as well. I ordered a tuna melt that came with a potato salad. Omg so good and fresh! What a wonderful relief from the money grubbing strip casinos. Excellent Value, quality and care of food, and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. The "gourmet restaurants" in the casinos could learn a very valuable lesson here. I probably should also comment on the quantity of the servings, bring your appetite. read more

I stopped here for breakfast after a stop I made on the Strip. I have gone by Vickie's many times when I've come to the Historic Sahara Commercial Center. Vickie's opened in 2020 in this new location. It had been in The white Cross Drugs on Las Vegas Boulevard since 1995. I was seated in the main section. There is a lot of pink in the place but it's all good. The server asked me if I wanted coffee when she seated me, and I soon had a mug of hot, get me going coffee. I then ordered a ham and cheese omelette. I enjoyed the surroundings--the historic photos on the wall are great to see--as I waited which wasn't long. This was not a busy time just after 7 AM. The omelette came and shortly she came back with my rye toast,. The omelette was good but the way it was made was a bit disappointing. Putting two slices of what looks like Kraft Singles on top of the folded omelette and melting it wasn't what I expected. The omelette was good but the cheese omelettes I make at home are much better looking. My coffee was refilled and I finished it a leisurely pace. When done, I walked to the counter and paid and saw the Flamingo Hotel pay phone. Walking back to the car, I noticed one of our Walk of Fame stars (The stars for the Walk of Fame in Las Vegas are not in one place. They are put where it has historical meaning. I had the pork chop and eggs and comes with breakfast potatoes and toast..I think it was all of $9.50. Pancake, eggs and bacon-$8.75. Reminds me of pre-Covid pricing. We actually went twice during our stay in Vegas, The food is good, the prices are great BUT I think the second time, the waitress gave my diabetic husband regular syrup, not the sugar free he asked for ( I should have been suspicious that it came in the little pitcher rather than the little containers or the bottle you usually see) His blood sugar SKYROCKETED to 400. Everything about Vickie's is an A+! This was my favorite diner in the five years I lived in Vegas. The food was tasty and well prepared. I recommend the Greek omelette for breakfast and the open face roast beef for lunch. Great value and the coffee is always good. I recommended Vickie's to riders coming into Vegas.
