Best breakfast in town! We tried the pancakes, Greek potatoes and a spinach broccoli omelette. All the food was prepared quickly and tasted amazing. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. They offer outdoor seating but it was raining so we opted for inside which is beautiful. Our waitress Polly was the best. So friendly and was helpful making recommendations for the food as well as activities offered in the area. We are already planning to go back tomorrow to try out something else from the menu! read more

Outstanding service and the quality of food impeccable! A treat to meet Ed the cook. The environment is calming and aesthetic. Indoor and outdoor seating. They also have a garden where some food is grown. Linda personable and gave great advice on the drinks. I had Turkish coffee it was strong with sweetness not too sweet. This was my first time ever at the Beach Cafe and I am told that its rather new to the area by my relocated family. We popped in for a spot of breakfast as my time with them on this vacation drew closer to ending and its a very nice space with an outdoor patio for those who wish to eat outside. Personally speaking with the heat that Myrtle Beach, SC can get, I don't feel the need to be eating outside unless I am at the beach or the club by the pool but I digress. The place was not too filled at the hour we went, it was on the early side and we were seated quickly by the friendly staffer. The menu was rather loaded and there is a Greek Diner vibe to it which you can tell by some of the dishes and the photographs of Greece that adorn the walls. My breakfast was a simple Corned Beef Hash Omelet and some coffee and a juice. There were hash browns with this and those resembled the tater tots I love so much but were cubed. This is not the most traditional hash brown to me but I liked them and really enjoyed my corned beef hash omelet. I've had that stuff before but never inside an omelet. I might try to make this when I come home. There was a free WiFi signal for me to check in but I wouldn't get around to doing the Yelp until I was back home and settled into my normal routine. I'd go here again and maybe I will try a lunch or dinner service the next time. This is up to the family who govern the schedule when I visit and there are plenty of other places to try down here. I recommend this and thank them for a good meal. Two thumbs up. read more

I had the chipotle caesar wrap which was amazing, and my boyfriend had the caprese baguette, added chicken, and he said it was the best sandwich he's had in a longgg time! Wanted to love this place, the menu has many tempting options, but the service was so slow we had to leave before even ordering. 20 minutes after being seated, a table that was seated before we arrived still hadn't received their beverages and we hadn't been greeted. Another table who was seated ahead of us had yet to be greeted by wait staff as well. Staff seemed very friendly based on an overheard conversation, but don't come when you're already really hungry! read more

We drove all over this morning looking for a breakfast joint that wasn't so crowded and accidentally turned in to the parking lot of Beach Cafe to actually turn around but realized where we were and there was no line so....in we went. Servers were so friendly, menu had a great selection and the prices were really reasonable. Food was really great quality and delicious. If you are looking something that's not just a pancake house, this is a must try. While we always are looking for new places each time we go out...this is a definite try again spot. read more

We had a fabulous breakfast at the beach cafe. As out of towners on Thanksgiving morning finding a place for breakfast was not easy. Luckily we saw the open sign blinking at the cafe and pulled in. We were seated immediately by a gracious waitress. The service was prompt and attentive. We had three different omelette that were all delicious and generous portions. We sat on the lovely patio. Do not waste your time, very nice place, very close to the beach. we decided to go here because the menu you looked decently good but the food was horrendous.. the burritos were supposed to have eggs in them but it was just chicken and bacon. . hash browns were very soggy, and the fruit cup had old fruit in it. only positive thing about this place was the waitress, she was very nice..but still paying for food that we did not eat is crazy. so save your money and i suggest a different breakfast spot read more

We just happened to come across this place as we were looking for a breakfast spot. Our usual spot had a long wait so when we saw this restaurant, we decided to give it a try. Im so glad that we did. They had a great breakfast/brunch menu and the prices were reasonable. The omelets and pancakes were great. Be sure to try their Greek potatoes if you are a fan of feta cheese. We definitely plan on hitting up Beach Cafe again read more

I had the California Crepe - avocado, bacon, spinach, scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese. Ordered the hollandaise sauce on the side for $13.50. One of the best breakfasts outside of my own kitchen I've had in a long time. Our server, Polly, was personable and made sure we had everything we needed. Have been a regular here for awhile, today we paid our bill with a card and tipped our server with cash (20% on $100). Got chased down in the parking lot by the manager I think? She had our credit card slip and asked why we didn't tip and if our service was not good. I told her we gave our server a cash tip and she said "oh yeah well then where did you put it" we gave it directly in our servers hand and she put it in her apron... manager said "mhm" no apology or anything. I've been a server my whole life and this was so unprofessional, nasty, and just rude of the manager. Won't be going back ever again. read more

This place is super clean and everything inside new, nice granite table tops, nice chairs etc. I really liked the big windows allowing you to see outside with a view of the Golf range and the Par 3 Course. Came across this cafe after going to the NY Deli next door. The sign on the door says take out only yet there were a couple of people who eating at 2 tables. When asked if we could sit down the woman at counter danced around the question. With a final "I guess so". B4 sitting down I asked her about her pastrami. She then says the name of it and I never heard of it. She holds it up and I said no thank you. Anyway, this wonderful Beach Cafe was next door. Very nicely decorated and the hostess/server was very pleasant. We split a turkey club and glass of wine. It was really good and reasonable. They were open for breakfast and lunch. First let me say...food was really good. Breakfast came quickly and was hot. However, service was super slow. They only had one person tending to the 5 or so tables in the restaurant and it was overwhelming for her. I get that and we were certainly patient. We waited over 15 minutes before getting drink orders or even a hello. After that, all was well as we had few needs. Definitely a place to try for breakfast...as long as you have time to spare. read more

I asked for a regular Gyro not a wrap just a regular lamb Gyro. The girl gave me a wrap I asked for well-done fries and I didn't get well-done fries and when she served me the wrap and my friend had a regular Gyro that look great they brought me back whatever was in the wrap on a piece of Gyro bread it was the worst Gyro I ever had and it looked nothing like the one they serve my friend and now I have diarrhea, so they probably put soap on it because I sent it back beware read more

This place is unassuming and tucked off the road, but it is awesome! Full menu of sweet and savory breakfast choices- there's something there for everyone! Came on a Wednesday around 12pm. There was nobody else there but us so I wasn't sure what to expect. Lots of seating, suitable for big groups. Waiter was very attentive and friendly. I got the Caesar chipotle chicken wrap and my partner got eggs, bacon and hash brown. I had potato salad as a side, everything was good and filling. The food was on point! I had the Parisian Benedict and it was really good as well as the hash browns. The waitstaff were all nice and our waitress Suri was very nice and attentive (kept my half asleep mom supplied with coffee) the only thing is they made a couple mistakes on our orders but it was still a great experience, would definitely come back! read more

Over the years I've gotten pretty familiar with their menu which precludes me from my more usual, detailed review. To the point...Croissants is and always has been a five star place for me across the board for food, service, ambience, and everything and anything else in between. Trust me. When I walked in there was people standing by the register, I figured they were waiting to order,…read morebut they were just blocking the way. I was standing there for about 8 minutes and no one said a word to me. I asked people at the kiosk if I order something with them and they said I order at the register. So was a few more minutes until someone asked what I wanted to order. There was a lot of employees so Im not sure why it takes so long to address or acknowledge a customer. -Lemon tart-This taste is more like vanilla custard with a hint of lemon as if they literally just put some lemon zest in there and call it a lemon tart. I ate the custard part and threw the shell away. Pass on this one. ($5.95) -Cannoli cream macaron- cookie was raw in the middle, didnt' taste anything like cannoli. ($2) -Irish cream macaron-was fully baked but wasn't that great ($2) -Egg bacon cheese croissant sandwich was ok The egg was kind of like a omelette texture. ($15) -Deviled eggs- very good, a tiny kick and a lil liquidy but very tasty. Pricey at $4 an egg ($8)
