Big big big fan of Sunrise Café and all the lovely friends and faces that work here and make it…read morefeel like home. I don't think there is one bad thing on the menu..it has a plethora of sweet breakfast treats, savory breakfast items and even a whole selection of lunch staples - like sandwiches, salads, wraps and burgers. If you are ever stumped on what to order, just take a look around the walls inside and see all the amazing photos of their dishes hung up for display. Some of my favorites over the years are the S.O.B burger (pretzel bun, tasty sauce, crispy jalapeno bacon, yum!), the snow caps (such a fun take on eating a traditional bagel - lightly dusted with powdered sugar on top), a grilled blueberry muffin (ever had a blueberry muffin melt in your mouth? well order this and then you can say yes), the crunchberry French toast (sweet and filling, mainly to share with a friend or few) and the Tijuana turkey (but as a wrap!). Aside from those, another standout item - if you're a benedict fan - is the brisket burnt ends benedict. It is perfect and every bite makes you love it even more. If you're an OC and been visiting Sunrise for some time, they've been offering a featured menu of dishes they used to carry way back in the day for all your flavorful memories. For our most recent brunch visit, we decided it was an omelette day! I ordered a build your own omelette and my lunchmates got a Greek Omelette and the Turkey Taco Omelette. All were so tasty and fresh and with forkfuls of potatoes in between each bite, they really hit the spot. They have outdoor seating if you'd like to enjoy the weather and bring a furry friend with you (and water bowls for them too!), indoor seating at tables and a handful of higher chairs at a small breakfast bar. Keep in mind, though there is a decent sized interior for dining, most tables are set to probably seat groups of 4-6 though they may be able to accommodate larger parties. They are open every day of the week, with exception of some holidays, usually from 7:30a to about 2:00p and usually very packed on the weekends. With over 1.5k reviews on google and thousands on Yelp just under five stars, Sunrise has been around and in town for the past 20+ years for many good reasons. If you haven't visited Sunrise, met Angie and Andrew or any of the other lovely faces like Troy, Kelli, Carlos, Matt, and all the others, you absolutely need to. I hope it becomes your new favorite breakfast spot as it is for myself and many locals in town!

The Springs Cafe, run by a subsidiary of the Wolfgang Puck food world when it opened, has had different operators since the Puck contract was ended. My wife and I went years ago and enjoyed sitting on the patio so much. In the ensuring years, we weren't customers very often. After the last change of operator to the Bronze Cafe, I was going to go back but the days of operation were cut after reopening from Covid and the timing didn't work out. I was at the Springs Preserve to see the exhibit on dinosaurs with the plan to have breakfast or lunch after seeing the exhibit. Entrance to the cafe is either from the preserve itself (an entrance fee required) or you can enter the cafe from the parking lot with no charge. It's on the second floor of the building with the lovely patio looking toward DTLV and the Strip. Since it was only 95º, I decided to sit on the patio. After ordering near the entrance, you get a post with a number for your table and they bring it you. I ordered the turkey sandwich and an iced chai made with almond milk. The chai was brought first and later the sandwich. The chai was an absolute failure. It was likie drinking iced almond milk. There was little if any chai flavor. I didn't finish the drink but tossed some of it into the garbage. When I got home, I made my own iced chai from chai I purchase online. Then the sandwich came. It looked like I ordered a mixed green salad sandwich. If you look above some of the greens,on my photo you can see some sliced turkey. The amount fo greens made the sandwich a bit difficult and messy to eat. The menu describes the sandwich as turkey, avocado, spring mix, tomato, shaved red onion, basil aioli, and lemon vin. The lemon vin, which came in a small cup, just made eating the sandwich messier. The bun was a bit tough which made the whole experience less than pleasing. This will be my last trip to the cafe when I'm at the Preserve.

Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The French toast was perfectly cooked, not overly sweet, and the scrambled eggs were light and fluffy. The bacon was crispy, and the fresh salad was a nice, refreshing addition. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and a great place to relax, whether you're starting your day or taking a break from the Strip. The service was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Another great experience with Coffee made by Robelo We'll definitely be back!

We waited maybe 15min? You order your food and they give you a number. They'll bring the food out to you. I got the green rose matcha latte and the vegetarian huevos rancheros burrito. The matcha was light. Not the best. Probably equal to what you find at the grocery. The burrito had an interesting flavor profile that became too much for me after a while. It also seemed mushy, not many other textures. My sister got the Spanish latte which wasn't strong on the espresso at all. The glass for the coffee was pretty large! Bang for your buck! She also got a prosciutto and cheese panini which tasted pretty good. It does seem like the food in general has different flavors and ingredients. I saw a lot of people wasting food, as in the food looked hardly touched. Plates of eggs and even French toast. Not sure what was going on there. The baked goods might be the selling point here, so I do want to try those next time! But I do think this place is a bit overhyped.
