Our second time here with a bigger group than 6ppl. Disappointed on trying to get a table prior to getting there. We had 9ppl and tried to call numerous times and no one picked up. We even added our name to the wait list for 6ppl, max you can waitlist for, and was given a 40mins to 1hr wait time. When we got there, there were ample tables and our friends got there 5mins before us and got a table for 9ppl with no issues. This is for a Saturday at 11am. Why make it that you're so busy when it wasn't as when we arrived. That's frustrating. We did go ahead and ordered and enjoy the food with our group. No complaints and decent food. Carbs galore and we did leave quite full. Service was good. The restaurant did hey busy but waitress did her best to keep up with all the ppl. Parking is ample as it's in a big plaza.
We love this place! The Ube menu is delicious no matta which you get. My friends and I choose a place every month to go to brunch and this month it was here. My friends and I went for brunch and I couldn't believe I had never reviewed it. It's pretty small so you wanna get on the waitlist before you go. you can do that here on yelp or you could give them a call. It's very cute. Our server was funny and very nice and very accommodating even when I sent back my food he brought me out exactly what I wanted. We had a good time. My mom loves the bacon jam.
Finally got to try this place! Easily located off of eastern and 215 the place is cozy and homey. Great for families and groups. There wasn't much of a wait on a Saturday morning for brunch. Micah was our server and she was amazing! Everything that we ordered was fresh and flavorful. Will definitely be back again!
Everything looks better in the pictures unfortunately:(. Not sure if dining in id have a better experience but i ordered for take out and it took about 45min, nbd because i ordered during prime brunch hours, but food was disappointing and borderline inedible. Truffle fries 1/5 - some were good and most were sour. Not sure where the sour flavor comes from but it was inedible. Matcha pancakes 2/5 were okay, there was some cream/matcha in the pancake which helped but it was a little dry. They also skimp the sauces so you can't even salvage the pancake with sauces. Ube waffles 1/5 so dense and dry. Also the sauce ratio is terrible. The butter and ube cream cheese, condensed milk provided would be sufficient for 1 piece of waffle. There's also very minimal ube flavor in the waffle itself, it's just a purple waffle. I'm assuming most of the ube flavor comes from the sauces that they skimped on. You can't really tell from the pic but they gave 2 ube butter (not filled up in the container) 1 ube cream cheese and 1 condensed milk. Pork belly 3/5 - probably only edible thing we got. It was a little dry but after you get through the outer edge the inside is tender and juicy. If you do take out ask for double or triple the sauces or just dine in. Fries might be a fluke not sure how they could be so sour.
The restaurant setting is cute a few antique decor and lots of cute pig ones. Not too crowded just enough space to not have to tell your neighbor to move as you try to get out. The staff were very nice especially the lady at the counter sorry I didn't catch her name. She was very pleasant and well as the server. Food was delicious. I had the pork belly omelette while the others had steak and eggs and a side of Mac n cheese which was also really good. The steak was cooked perfectly and very well seasoned. I was too full to try anything else but will come back to try the ube pancakes for sur
The food and service were great and the staff were all very friendly. We had the steak and eggs, UBE Horchata, strawberry mochi pancakes and Bubba's big breakfast. The strawberry mochi pancakes were excellent and so was the UBE Horchata. The only issue was the UBE Horchata was about 75% ice and so it doesn't take much to finish the drink in less than a few minutes. The sausage in Bubba's Big Breakfast was also great and the garlic butter on the ribeye steak made it so good! One minor issue was that the steak had a lot of fat on it so it made the steak smaller in size since I had to cut most of the fat off. We also ordered their signature Spam fries and tried the Silly Gang wings but both were just ok IMO. Overall, the food was good and would come back to try their other dishes but would definitely order the Strawberry Mochi pancakes again!
Stopped for lunch after touring Hoover Dam. Nice cafe located in a large shopping plaza, plenty of parking. They were able to seat us right away, a very eclectic and interesting menu but the special was house made loganisa tacos in a cheese crusted corn tortilla, sonhad to go for that. wow it was so good. Great crunch but the sweet and savory pork sausage was the star. Friendly wait staff and I hope to be able to return soon to try the other menu items.
Last meal in Vegas on the way to the airport. Love that they have a whole ube menu - pancakes and waffles and French toast, plus horchata and other stuff!! I tried: + Ube French toast - omggggg. The cream cheese filling was incredible. Get this + Spam fries - also perfect + Bangers and hash - great + Fruit cup Also got some items to go: + Ube crinkle cookie - excellent + Happy tummy sandwich - great Overall one of my favorite restaurants of the trip. Also, Robert is the best!
Please make a reservation because this place is so packed and very busy. This was a first time trying the location since I was visiting Vegas for the weekend and it was early enough in the day to have brunch. My friend and I decided to share everything since we wanted to try different menu items. We ended up starting with pigpen fries - which I HIGHLY recommend. The fries were perfect cut of crunchy corner to soft center and was loaded with a creamy sauce, pico de gallo, chicharron, and steak. We also ordered the ube pancakes which were dairy free (my friend can't have dairy) and the simply BLT. That BLT was magical cause it also had a delightful bacon jam. The head chef is a woman and everything that came out of the kitchen looked fantastic and everything was delicious. They did not have any alcohol on the menu so it's a nice brunch spot that you can enjoy without having to worry about sending that "WYD" texts after bottomless mimosas at 12 PM. The interior is adorable with beautiful floor to ceiling paintings and cute little cafe chairs of various colors. The staff is constantly moving around tending to the guests so when you want to pay your tab you may have to wait a few minutes. All in all, I definitely recommend!
The food here is AMAZING. You have to try the silly wings (aka their take on Sinigang glazed wings). These are the best take on Sinigang wings that I've tried so far! The servers are the best and have great personalities and the restaurant itself is a great brunch vibe. I would say this is the ideal spot for brunch for locals and even tourists who are willing to venture out.
Don't sleep on the silly gang wangs (basically sinigang honey on chicken wings) or the sinful tots. Always check if they're serving the longanisa sammich and get it if they are! I look forward to my annual visit with high school besties in general, but even more so since we've been meeting here for breakie! Truffles n Bacon doesn't miss and Ms. Cherry is an absolute peach.
Food was Fantastic! Very delicious Ube Drink, and amazing Breakfast Mac. Only reason I give it a four is due to price, I think there are equal level places for a more affordable meal here in Vegas. Especially off strip. It was also a bit confusing getting checked in. They had a kiosk to manually check in and some folks were waiting by a sign that said "please wait to be seated" instead. This is a place I would return if it wasn't so expensive. Though I may check out their sister location Barrel and Bacon in Seattle.

one of the reasons we love coming here is their kitchen is constantly experimenting and have something new + off the menu on special every time today, they were making an ube-bread pork belly sando with the highest quality pork belly we've had in a very long time. the egg salad they make too, should be sold in refrigerated grab and go packages because it is fantastic + i scraped as much of it i could off the plate it also happens to be memorial day weekend and bts is in town, so they also are making purple and red bts pancakes, topped off with their (classic) ube cream and honeycomb that has just the right amount of sweetness as to make it not too heavy to finish i wish we came here with more people because even though we left super full, we were still eyeing some tots + the breakfast mac, but decided that'd be irresponsible, even for us, even in vegas thank you for all the great meals throughout the years; definitely looking forward to the next time! read more
Truffles N Bacon was a huge surprise! Not only are they close by my house, but they serve some of the most flavorful and inventive dishes I have seen in a long time. Located right off of Eastern northbound past the 215 freeway and make a right at Pebble and then a left into the shopping center. You have to maneuver around a little bit but it is definitely right there and you can't miss it. This place has a very great and cool vibe. When you enter in. The wait staff makes you absolutely feel like home. Very chatty and friendly, and eager to help, and keep the table well serviced. Our waiter told us about the specials of the day, which was these amazing nachos. Now I know what you're thinking, nachos for breakfast? Yes, nachos for breakfast! We had that as a starter, along with coffee which was absolutely fantastic. Those nachos were so well seasoned! I could have eaten three times the amount. For breakfast we ordered the ube egg salad and pork belly sandwiches which were so off the charts! I'm serious, it has been a long time since a sandwich has surprised me, and this one definitely blew my socks off. We also ordered the tri-tip omelette, and that was an amazing experience. The bottom line with all of their food, is they really take care in making sure that the food is well seasoned, so that every single bite is an absolute delight. Bottom line? When it comes to food, location, service, and just overall dying experience, Truffles N Bacon Is right at the top of my list. Do yourself a favor and go check this one out ASAP! read more

I was pleased to find this gem. The service started out great, our server Robert was very knowledgeable of the menu and made very delicious recommendations. We order the Longaniza Tacos, Sisig Chicken Wings, Mini Mac n Cheese, side of Bacon and eggs, and Ube Pancakes. All the choices did not disappoint one bit, everything was decadent, exploding delicious flavors and super filling. They also serve LaVazza Coffee which is a ++ on my list. The ambiance is very cool and hip, the decor is beautiful and feels partially like a large dining room in a house. The entrance had a couple of custom Stanley cups which is cool and can make a really cool gift for someone or yourself. I definitely will be back here for brunch because the menu is big and delicious!!! read more

Loved this place!!! A bunch of different food vloggers and 'best in Vegas' lists dragged my NY butt off the strip to try this place. I had the ube French toast which I really enjoyed, one of my friends had the chicken and waffles which was delicious, another friend had an omelette. We all enjoyed our meals, and bonus that the server was also from the same area of NY as my friends and I, which was a pleasant surprise! Overall will def be back next time I'm in Vegas! read more

Another one I found on Instagram, and DAYUM. This place was friggin' fantastic. While the pork belly could be slightly more tender I'm not even gonna knock it down, it was tasty. The Ube French toast was just straight up "damn." And the truffle tots were KILLER. The best thing to dip the tots in was the sauce that came with the Spam Fries so if you are skipping the Spam Fries at least get the sauce for your tots. And anyone who follows my reviews knows how I feel about a diner with lattes, and these lattes were killer. You got a 5/5 from me Truffles N Bacon, and I'll be back with my kiddos next time. Great work. Gotta say also our waitress, was one of the most friendly on our entire vacation. read more

The food here is unique and delicions. The cozy location makes it a great spot to relax and enjoy a good meal. Make sure to listen to the specials--I did, and ended up trying the ube mochi pancake, which was amazing! (Tip: ask for the extra drizzle if you've got a sweet tooth like me.) Just a heads-up, cash and card prices are a bit different, so it's good to have some cash on hand. Overall, the ube mochi was delicious, and I'd definitely recommend this place! Next time, I'll suggest to do a family style type of eating with my friends because the portions are huge and so that I am able to taste the different dishes! read more
1st time here cute place not busy wanted to try the Spam Fries. Unfortunately they want you to sign in on a Kiosk that requires your phone number and email. Didn't see the point when staff was available to seat you right away and tables were available. This is a small restaurant and sometimes you just want personal service not electronic sign in on a tablet during a slow period. Unfortunate the food looks great. read more
This was my third time here in the past couple of years and sadly one of least favorite experiences. The service was sub par. We only received the water we requested at the beginning of the meal in the last 10 mins there. They ran out of wings and longanisa which were two of the orders we were planning to have. The saving grace were the truffle tots which are constantly great. As for the food we ordered - we all enjoyed the brisket grilled cheese, the breakfast skillet, the ube french toast, and the side of pork belly. However, we wish we were able to try the dishes that this place is most famous for. read more

My second time coming here and it will not be my last. This place is amazing. Truffles n bacon is a predominantly American breakfast/lunch spot with Filipino/asian influences. It has such cozy vibes with some yummy coffee- one of the best ways to start a morning. We ordered the pork belly omelet and the ube French toast. Pork belly omelet (5/5): the best pork belly omelet I've ever had. And it's set on top of a bed of some of the best hash browns I've ever had. The chimi churri sauce on top pulled it together so well. And the tortillas made it so fun to eat. Ube French toast (5/5): a monster of a breakfast. But so so delicious. Despite how intimidating it looks, it isn't as sweet as you would expect - which I appreciated so much. The toast was crispy but also soft and the cream paired so well. Lastly, the staff is so sweet and always takes good care of me and clearly all the rest of the patrons. read more

From the vibes to the food- everything is solid!!! Service is awesome, you feel like family. The owners son works there and is so great to talk to. He made some great recommendations with food and coffee. I had the ube horchata with shots of espresso- that was perfect! Get the quad shot which was his style too I got the pork belly omelette and that was fire! Hubby got the ube pancakes which looked fluffy. Check out this place Vegas! And for visitors, not far from airport- make the attempt! read more

I've been here about 3 times before and always had a decent experience, but today was disappointing. This was now my second encounter with the same older gentleman who was dismissive and unfriendly, and honestly, twice was enough. When we came in early this morning, he didn't greet or acknowledge us at all. I understand he was busy behind the counter, but a simple greeting goes a long way. Even on our way out the door, he didn't acknowledge us either. Because of that interaction alone, this will probably be our last visit. On the positive side, the lady servers were pleasant and welcoming. The food and drinks were still good, but prices have definitely gone up since our last visit. It's unfortunate because this place had been one of our regular breakfast spots. read more

Finally made it to Truffles N Bacon for breakfast--a spot that blends Filipino flavors with classic American comfort food. Gotta love how Instagram reels you in... that's exactly how I discovered this gem. The menu is packed with tempting choices and rotating specials, all accessed through a QR code. I had my eye on the pandan pancakes, but ended up going for the ube French toast with a side of crispy bacon--zero regrets. My partner ordered the pork belly omelette, and let's just say... flavor explosion! Portions were generous, flavors on point, and we definitely left full and happy. Our second visit and we're continuing to explore the menu. SPAM fries are a hit and that's the driving factor for our visit. We tried the following this visit: Chicharron Cobb Salad Yummy but recommend slightly smaller pieces of chicharron scattered through the salad. A crispy bit in every bite. OMG rainbow pancake I enjoyed the fact that the edges were slightly crispy. I ate the edges. My niece at the interior. Classic Burger This was a GOOD burger! I would order this again! My friend and I had a wonderful brunch on mother's day. We shared the ube pancakes, corn ribs, and tater tots. Sherry hands down got our attention with the corn ribs elote, as we sat down another table had them brought over. We also ordered a side of mango habanero bacon. Look forward to coming back well worth the drive to the far side of town. read more

04 January 2026: Came for Sunday brunch with a party of 4. Joined via Yelp Waitlist and got seated fairly quickly. Menu is digital with a QR code to scan at the end of the table. Most of us were not super hungry so we ordered the pork belly omelette, pigpen fries, and silly gang wings. Service was below expectations. Service: Right when we sat down, our server gave us our utensils. Our server verbally shared some "special" dishes with us, but we asked for some time to look at the menu. Server then said "you're not going to find this on the menu." It felt condescending and as if we had to rush to order these dishes. We ordered 2 appetizers and 1 dish so we could all share with small bites. Our server said, "That's it?" in the same condescending tone. When the server came to us with our drinks, the server held out the tray and told us to grab the cups off. I felt this was odd, since usually servers place cups at the end of the table and we all pass them down to each other. (To each their own, I guess.) Food: - Pork belly omelette: 6/10. Standard omelette with good portions, but not $19+ worth. - Pigpen fries: 4/10: The fries are drenched in the cheese sauce, chipotle ranch and sour cream. Usually I wouldn't mind this since I love loaded, saucy fries, but it was definitely unappealing at first glance. Could've used more steak bits. (My stomach had an adverse reaction to this a couple hours later.) - Silly gang wings: 1/10. Wings flavor was very sweet and sugary. I know it's to caramelize/make their "sinigang" sauce thicker, but if this is supposed to be a modern twist on wings with that classic sinigang flavor, it wasn't as expected. I don't even think it came with a side of their "silly dipping sauce" after looking at other photos. Areas of improvement: - For special, limited-time (e.g. weekend only) dishes, have a physical menu or print-out instead of the server verbalizing it right when we sit - Utensils/napkins laid out before seating - Put quantities of items in menu (e.g. quantity of the "silly gang wings") - Flavors and portions of the above food items and how it corresponds to price - Better tone among some servers Willing to come back to try different food items. Everything was amazing here. There was a 20 min wait because huge parties come here. The server was very friendly and asked us about our trip and how it was going and our plans. The food was amazing and so filling. Would definitely be back when we come back to Vegas. read more

This was a very pleasant surprise for us. Went in to have a simple breakfast and we ended up with fantastic food. Our server told us about their wagyu special which we ended up ordering and it did not disappoint at all. We also ordered the pork belly omelette which was also fantastic. Will you ever bring back the longinisa melt? It was my favorite thing on the menu, and we would drive all the way from aliante just for it?
It is generally available on our menu. However, we have only a limited quantity available everyday so we cannot guarantee availability.
Open for christmas?
We are not open on Christmas Day, the 25th, but will be open normal cafe hours on Christmas Eve, Saturday, the 24th.

The entire menu is available all day, except when we are out of items.

Do you do delivery to hotel?
We use Grub Hub for any delivery orders. You might want to contact them directly to see the distance they service. Thank you.
Do you cater breakfast food for 10-11 people?
What did you have in mind? We don’t have a fixed catering menu but we can certainly customize something. Please let us know whya you we’re interested in doing.
Are pets allowed?
Licensed service animals are allowed to come inside the cafe with their owners. We have an outdoor patio for guests who want to bring their pets who are not service animals.
Do we currently need reservations and is breakfast/lunch served at specific times?
The times have changed and you don't need reservations. I would call for hours because it does change day to day
Do they have gluten free options?

Our entire breakfast menu is available. However, some items which are popular can run out faster so please check with your server to see availabilty prior to ordering.
It's outdoor seating available? Are small dogs allowed?
Actually I saw an outdoor area. I just think it's not open for the season yet.
Are the hours incorrect on here or are they incorrect on the website? are they open tuesday or not?
Historically they have been closed on Tuesday.
