Their bathroom has been like this for 7-8 years at least .... Too cheap to even swap the trash bag out

I haven't been here for 3 years for a reason , I own 2 cars and have them cleaned weekly and I stopped coming here as they always try and up sell u .... I pull in explain quickly what I want then the guy runs his finger over my headlamp 2024 full size Range Rover and Begins to try to tell me about sap etc my car was parked for 2 weeks in my garage so zero sap ..... just a con man trying to con I shut him down in quick time , I walk into the bathroom and its still gross and not fixed as it has been for 7-8 years . Pic attached . The owner hates to spend a dime other than on himself and it shows ... it's run down beat down and scruffy ..not a shocker that business is slow for him .... Don't come here please go to sepulveda car wash fresh clean remodeled bathrooms no up sell just good HONEST guys

I've been going here for almost a decade and at this point I think I'm better off leaving my car out during a rain storm than paying this place for whatever they are calling a "car wash" these days. Today they tried to upsell me to a $150 car detailing because of a little dust and standard bird droppings on the car. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I let them know I only wanted a regular wash the guy had an attitude and proceeded to barely wash the car.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I paid $30 with tip and the car was barely vacuumed, still had bird droppings all over it and streaks absolutely everywhere. Complete waste of money. I went home and spent 10 minutes with some Chemical Guys spray and the car looks good as new. Five minutes at a self-service car wash and a little bit of elbow grease is 20x better than whatever they're pretending to do at this place. Do not bother coming here. Will not be back.

Save your money and don't come here. When you're paying for a service, you expect a certain level of professionalism and attention to detail as they are charging you a hefty amount yet that's exactly what's missing here. The quality of the detailing felt rushed and careless, with noticeable areas completely overlooked and others done inconsistently. It honestly felt like corners were cut just to get through the job as quickly as possible. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had to tell them multiple times where wax residue was visible and wax on the black trim.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]What made the experience worse was the lack of accountability. Instead of taking pride in their work or trying to make things right, they act like they did nothing wrong and their response came off as dismissive and indifferent.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Good customer service should make you feel heard and valued, but here it felt like the opposite.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall, the experience was disappointing. I hope this helps future clients.

BEACH CITIES CAR WASH DAMAGED MY CAR AND WILL NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY

Car was damaged when their attendant drove over a cone slowly which was lodged under the car and stripped the paint off the bumper. All employees on site at the time acknowledged the damage and completed the incident report. Management who was not present at the time of the damage: "I've been in the business many years at many carwashes. I've seen the video. Never have I seen a plastic cone damage a vehicle at that rate of speed. Furthermore your bumper had preexisting damage. Your claim has been denied." Be warned, zero accountability here.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is awful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would have rather just left my car dirty and waited for the next rain. Had to wash the car again elsewhere. Do not go here!

Horrible. Payed 40 dollars for nothing. They literally did nothing. I went home and had to wash it myself afterwards.

The technician (Jay) said he would call me back to explain what he'd do to fix it but never did. UPDATE: Revising to two stars as the technician did call me back, offering to fix it by polishing further (for 3pm the next day). However, he insisted that a clay bar was not needed before polishing, and the lack of a clay bar was not the reason for those new micro swirls. This is contrary to established practice, where decontamination by clay bar is routinely done before polishing so bonded contaminants don't cause additional swirl marks. Clay bar is always recommended practice even for a Stage 1 polish. (Sadly, I had to learn this the hard way.) I am partly to blame for taking his word for it and not paying for the clay bar. But equally, I trusted him to know better than me -- and not recommend a polish without a clay bar. Eventually, I ended up declining the appointment to fix the issue, as I had by then lost confidence in his approach. I will be taking the car to another detailer and paying extra to remove these new micro swirls... He was a nice guy though, clearly with good intentions, and I wish him all the best.

I should have asked why (totally understand the banner may be outdated, but it was a sizable increase over the list price and the attendant did not mention it - just gave me the payment slip). You pay in the little taco shop next door. I am still unsure if I was a sucker for paying that much, or if it's truly what they charge everyone. Hence my 3 star review versus 4 or higher. There were steady customers, but it wasn't too crowded. Took just shy of an hour. I'm not overly particular and they did a good job. I had a ton of pet hair on the passenger side floor mat that they made disappear. Was it worth the almost $200 with tip?? Ehhh... It felt a little high, but it was convenient. I'd probably try a lower # service next time ;)

First, as usual, pushy salesperson upsells to get some specific wash. This isn't new but has gotten more aggressive recently. Second, they knocked my seat button off my car and it was sucked up in a vacuum. Thankfully I had to adjust my seat before driving and realized it was missing. It took them 10 minutes but they did find it in a vacuum. Fine. Last, my partner gets in the car in the passenger seat and SITS ON A RAZOR BLADE. The person who dried my car must have dropped it out of their pocket. I get a need for a razor to peel things off a car but this cannot happen. We have small children. What if that happened in the back seat? Sorry handy. You've officially lost a customer over this.

Had a great experience with the wheel deal!…read more Very impressed with the service, I got the royal detail package and it took him ~3 hours. I get my car detailed every couple of months from a detail shop so I know what I'm looking for, but I didn't know what to expect with a mobile detailer (you always hear horror stories). This wasn't the case at all. First, this is a family owned business by a couple Giancarlo and Sierra. I got to chatting with them and found out Giancarlo has been detailing cars for the last 6 years at detail brick and mortar shops but decided to start his own business, so he uses all the same techniques and methods. When I came to pickup my car, it was sparkling clean but somehow I had gotten some orange residue (maybe paint?) on the car from driving. Giancarlo worked his magic and spent extra time to get this residue out. They also gave me an air freshener as a nice touch and my interior was amazingly clean. In terms of where they do their service, they can come to if you have a driveway or space for their van to clean your car. In my case where I live in a building complex, I went to them in which they operate out of their house. They also answer the phone or text message for booking. Very happy with the service- they provide a lot of value for half the price of shops and it's great to support a local business.
