I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Victoria Guest House! The location is across from the park and within a couple blocks of good food markets like Pearl St Market & ice cream at the Woohoo and hardly even one block from the beach. My room was cozy and had everything I could need- comfortable bed, large closet, nice updated bathroom, cable tv, windows you could open for a breeze or AC unit that was more than sufficient to cool the room with outdoor temps in the 80s, linens and bath towels provided. Judy and John were so kind and accommodating! They really have thought of everything you could need during your stay- breakfast included served on the porch, coffee and tea available all day, water bottle refill station, beach towels, beach chairs, beach tags, AND bikes available for daily use at no extra cost. There is a pool on site as well (and no kids under 12). I was impressed that they even have a half bath in the main house and outdoor showers available for your use on the day you are checking in and out which made it very comfortable to extend my stay on those days. I will definitely be staying at the Victoria Guest House again and have already highly recommended to my family members that were staying at other less desirable hotels for the same price if not more! read more

Victoria Guest House was phenomenal. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with grace and positive energy. They seemed happy we were there, which only made us happier to be there! We stayed for a girls trip, just a quick overnight and wish we had stayed longer. The amenities were beautiful and plentiful. The pool was well maintained and the property was gorgeous. The porches were our favorite part, and we spent our evening reading outside with a beautiful breeze. All the other guests seemed happy to stay here as well, which made for comfortable conversation. The room itself was nice, bed was very comfortable and room was clean. They provided beach towels, a beach bag, beach passes, beach chairs and umbrellas. You really don't have to pack much! The breakfast was nice as well, coffee delicious. Breakfast was bagels & breads, delicious homemade pastries and lemon bars, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs and yogurts, and pancakes our morning (although the hot entree changes daily). Definitely will be coming back & recommending to friends and family. Love love love! read more

We've been going to the Victoria Guest House for going on 25 years now and have had nothing but great experiences each time. Judy and John are fantastic hosts who provide a consistent and exceptional experience every visit. The rooms are comfortable and clean and and the Victoria provides everything a guest can need; beach towels and chairs, badges, free water, bicycles and even a pool. The location is a few hundred yards from the beach and shopping, restaurants and entertainment are all within walking distance. And the daily breakfasts on the huge wrap around porch are always fantastic with healthy options available. We can't wait to return again next year! read more

My friend and I have been doing a girls trip to LBI for years. I promise once you stay at the Victoria Guest House you won't book anywhere else. We've stayed in many different rooms over the years. They are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and they are always immaculate. John and Judy are the sweetest, friendliest owners and their breakfasts and baked goods are made from scratch and each meal is better then the next. Make sure to pack bigger pants for your last day there because after you indulge in all their treats you are definitely going to have trouble buttoning your pants. My husband and I went here for Memorial Day weekend and it was our first time staying in a bed and breakfast. We loved Victoria Guest House and will definitely be back. It rained our entire stay but we still enjoyed our time there and they had plenty of movies to keep us entertained all weekend. The food is delicious and they have so many accommodations. Heated pool, bikes, and a fridge/microwave/water station/coffee maker/plates, cups, utensils to use in the main house. John and Judy were so friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. Definitely felt like home and much more comfortable than a hotel. We will be back! read more

This was our first visit but will not be our last. It was such a great, relaxing experience. John and Judy were so welcoming, and their food is amazing! We stayed in one of the cottages (Ocean Side) and although small, had all the room we needed. Listen, we had the heated pool and outdoor showers right next door to us. Sweet! We may upgrade to a larger room next time. The entire property is beautiful. Highly recommended; and for us, the "no children or pets" rule is the way to go if you really want to relax (and don't have kids). FIVE STARS! read more

What a wonderfully quaint inn the Victoria House is! The hosts are so amazingly accommodating. Judy personally prepared (and served) a delicious breakfast, accommodating all my food allergies. I was blown away by her care and skills in the kitchen. The location is perfect! It is nestled right between the center of town and the beach. The pool is clean and inviting for the days you don't want to sit on the beach. They even offer bicycles to ride around town. I loved my stay there, and will definitely be back next year. read more

Home away from home visiting family from the beach. This was my first time here and my wife and I loved our stay. Clean room and beautiful home. Perfect sized pool privately tucked away amongst the bright flowering landscaping. The breakfast and baked surprises were just amazing and recipes that we plan to try available on their website. Have stayed at Victoria Guest House in Beach Haven on Long Beach Island, NJ many times which shows I have a high regard for the establishment. The owners run a fine B&B and are very responsive to their guests' needs. The rooms are immaculate as are the public spaces. It is well located across from a park so when there is a concert in the park it is really pleasant to sit on the porch and listen to the music. Nothing but superlatives for this gem of a B&B. The location is great (1/2 block from the beach) and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Went there in mid September. My girlfriend and I always wanted to do a B&B. She had seen this place many times and wanted to try. Originally we were going to stay 1 night and 2 days and it turned into 3 nights 4 days. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the hosts were OUTSTANDING! The Miller's are the perfect host. Their home is centrally located in beautiful Long Beach Island. Park your car and leave it there everything is in walking distance. If you decide not to walk they have bikes available as well. The home is clean and the host are so easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this bread and breakfast and I can't wait to return for another visit. read more

We had a lovely stay this summer. The hosts had every precaution taken for Covid-19 and we felt very safe and comfortable. It's our third stay at Victoria Guest House and it continues to meet and exceed expectations. The location is wonderful, next to restaurants, shops and beach but is very private and quiet.
