I've had 4 projects at this shop, some with insurance claims and a personal one. I wouldn't take my body shop needs to anyone else. Do yourself the favor by going elsewhere. They are unprofessional, don't give you time to explain what you get yourself into. $200 daily storage fee is absolutely outrageous. Their so called teardown to have a simple estimate is at their own discretion, it can take days or weeks. Racking up so much storage fees that it's impossible to take your car somewhere else for an estimate. Don't fall into this baiting game they do to customers. BAIT AND SWITCH stay away from this place I was referred here by a friend to go get an estimate for my Hyundai sonata. Upon arrival I walk in and no one is in the front desk not a big deal I'm not one of those that complain about details that has nothing to do with the business. I was then asked by a gentleman if I had been helped I told him that I haven't been helped and needed an estimate. He turned me over to the most unprofessional and scandalous estimator I've ever dealt with in my life Mina Rezk. Upon asking for a two doors quarter panel and pillar repaint because my paint is coming off on a pearl white he hands me an estimate that is not probably written and so low balled at 800 and when I told him ok if that's the price then I'll do it. I knew it was not the price because Hyundai was making me get 3 estimates and everyone was around the 6-7K mark I proceeded to tell him that I wanted to get the job done if it was only this much because my friend dealt with the owner Mike. He told me it's not the price it's like 10 times more word for word. I asked him why won't he write an estimate to take off the handles he literally said pay me 800 for tear down. Mind you in CA law states that tear down is needed on collision and not paint work. I am not sure how the bureau of automotive repair has not shut this shady operation down due to estimators that demand 800 for a written estimate. Mike the owner should know that people like Mina is why me and my friend will never give our business to beach collision. I went .4 miles away to caliber collision on apex and they were wonderful no issues whatsoever. They told me the price was set and that it was obvious repaint and no tear down needed. read more

Needed my work van repaired. Met Michael the owner and explained to him that I need the van working everyday. He and his crew did that! They took my van in took it apart for insurance inspection and put it back together for me so I could use it while the parts came in. The guys there had my van 2 separate days and my work van was down for a very little time. Each time my van was returned it was cleaned top to bottom! I was recently rear ended and had my Subaru rear bumper repaired. I was very happy with the service provided by Beach Collision. The day I dropped it off, I was given a ride home. Today my car was done, and I could not be there to pick it up, it was dropped off for me. Joe was in charge of my claim, and he was very responsive to my calls and questions. He worked with my insurance adjuster to get the claim taken care of. The only thing was that it took a little long to get my car back due to a delay in getting my claim approved, but again Joe was patient and worked with my insurance to get the initial estimate and supplemental claim approved. I was starting to think customer service and quality work was becoming a thing of the past! Today, I picked up my car in pristine condition! Sooo happy ! Beach Collision really went above and beyond to get my car back to me as fast as they could, handled my car with precision and found things that were broken from previous service visits from other shops and were able to give me the facts on what was malfunctioning--in addition to the repairs that were needed--which turned out to be simple things that I was quoted large amounts of money to replace, elsewhere. I received excellent customer service and The attention to details was refreshing! I have been a Tesla owner for about 6 years and I've seen it all! Is been a roller coaster, with service/repairs/accidents , to say the least. The best comparison of service I have is when my Tesla was in the shop for the first accident I was in and I went to Tesla's preferred shop that they had closest to me at the time which was Cerritos. Service on Tesla vehicles was downright treacherous at the time--still not great --and I understand they were going through growing pains but it didn't make the process any less brutal. Taking it to the preferred shop I was recommended turned into a 5 month headache and recovering from my accident injuries was next to impossible since I was in and out a rental cars, with a hurt neck and back. I also had to point out damages that were not there from the accident that had happened during storage/repairs. ...literally, paint on my steering wheel and chipped wood grain on my center counsel from being pulled apart. I would've got it back in worse condition had I not noticed these things. It's interesting though because both of my reviews during this time were posted on yelp and neither one are here for you to view so there it is again. :( Note to Tesla owners: DON'T GET INTO AN ACCIDENT ...but if you do...take it here! read more
