Ariel was God sent to me. The way Ariel memorialized my little sassy girl Cutie was more than I could ever imagined! Ariel engraved all four of her paw prints in a heart shaped terracotta stone along with her tail which gave it that extra special unique touch. The ability to feel her feet and hands by tracing my fingers along each anatomical groove brings a smile to my face. Cutie would often times take her front paw and wrap it around my finger and now I can replicate that feeling over and over thanks to you Ariel. Ariel inked my Cutie's paws, nose and whiskers too! When I saw the prints it brought me back to when I use to touch her nose and she would look at me and I could just feel her smiling at me with her eyes. Ariel made me a special ink design with Cutie's tail curved forming a half heart with her back paw in the middle. I don't have tattoos but if I were to ever get one this would be perfect! Ariel created so many personal touches for Cutie's send off to heaven that she had me crying tears of joy. She is a well experienced and trained groomer technically, and she knows what she is doing. When we have taken my dogs to other groomers we always notice a huge difference in her coat and cleanliness and how long my pup's cleanliness lasts, meaning my dogs were cleaned throughly and with extra care. She is not the most friendliest person (she maybe having some health issues specially lately??) but she always does a great job cleaning my dog and I will probably continue taking my dog here forever as it is hard to find quality grooming service I can be happy with.

We got there early because we would never be late for an appointment and we've been waiting now for over 45 minutes with two dogs sitting in the car outside. This is the disgraceful. Oh to my dogs need anxiety medication to go to the vet. I obviously had given my dogs. The people at work at this location. I'm guessing it's just a factory next door please cause there was no consideration given to my pets. I'm now here over an hour past my appointment.

However, after a few short, 3-6 day trips, we left our dog for 2 weeks while we went on our honeymoon in June, and things went poorly. To start with, Morgain made us wait 15+ minutes outside her home (which is in Van Nuys and not in Studio City as Yelp claims) and claimed she had "no idea" what time we were dropping off. Of course, I could have pointed out to her that I had put the drop-off time in the initial booking email AND the follow-up confirmation email, but I decided to let that go...But it was frustrating because we were on our way to the airport and hadn't anticipated such a delay. During our vacation, we didn't get very many photos of our dog, while we were away because she claimed her phone was broken. And then when we came back to pick him up, Morgain again made us wait outside for 10-15 minutes, despite the fact that I had emailed AND texted a half hour before. She didn't apologize but gave some excuse, and then proceeded to hand us our zip-lock baggie (clearly labeled with our dog's name) that had some other dog's kibble in it that looked very different from our dog's food. She rushed us away, but when we got into the car, we noticed our dog had a scab and a patch of missing fur on his nose. Clearly, his nose had been cut and had bled because the scab was dark red dried blood. I texted Morgain to ask what happened, and she claimed she "had no idea" but maybe he scratched it on some bougainvillea in the backyard. Basically, my dog had a gash on his face, and she claims not to have noticed him bleeding. I understand dogs are like little kids and can get scrapes and cuts, but the fact she says she didn't notice and didn't bother to tell us about it is upsetting. Luckily, my dog healed and his fur grew back weeks later. Since that incident in June, we have found another a dog sitter on Rover who has a big yard for our dog to play in but is much better about sending daily photos and keeping a close eye on our dog.

Perhaps the biggest green flag was that not one, but three different people completely unprompted the first couple time I was there mentioned how much their dogs love coming for daycare. They separate dogs by size so there are two play areas and they have plans for grooming. The temperament test and first day of daycare is free. There's a huge parking lot behind the building and the lobby is large, which makes drop off easy. Sometimes they send photos from daycare too!
