BEWARE !!! Check the BBB before you shop. This place is a nightmare. Every problem, excessive oil consumption, Multiple electronic issues, hood, etc. etc. . were all called NORMAL Dent in car. scratch on bumper, seatback not put back properly. During a multipoint inspection , at about 2700 miles the Aviator was down 1 1/3 Qts. and they didn't top it off. It had 2 recalls and I think only one was done. Refusal to service or repair dent etc. ON and ON. As of July/August 2021, shuttle driver not vaccinated or wearing a mask. If you have COPD, like me, or another high risk ailment this could be important. Called Ford Customer service, who gave me other dealers. Tidelands said take it back to where I bought it. Conway Ford said not certified for 2021 Lincoln's. Sold car at about 2800 miles at a loss.

Tale your belongings out of your vehicle before leaving it for service. They will steal things out of your car.

On April 19, 2025, I brought my vehicle to Myrtle Beach Chevrolet due to a check engine light. I…read morewas told I needed a 100,000-mile service, which included spark plug replacement and a fuel injection service. I agreed and was charged nearly $900. After the service, the check engine light went off for a short time but soon began coming back intermittently, and eventually stayed on consistently. This clearly showed the underlying problem had not been fixed. When I attempted to return for service, my confirmed appointments were repeatedly canceled by the dealership -- on May 26, June 3, and again on August 29. During the last cancellation, staff even suggested I "go to O'Reilly" for diagnostics instead. Following their advice, I went to O'Reilly, where diagnostics revealed the very issues I had supposedly already paid Myrtle Beach Chevrolet to repair. A trusted independent mechanic later confirmed that the spark plugs had not been replaced and the fuel injection service had not been performed. This is not a simple oversight -- this is fraudulent billing and a serious consumer protection violation. Charging customers for services that were never done, while canceling multiple appointments and leaving a vehicle unsafe to drive, is unacceptable.
