I had wrote a review unfortunately this "honest" plumbing company took it down as they don't want to be exposed for reckless and unprofessional behavior. Driver had his feet up in dash while driving causing him to not view his side view mirror and also smoking what smelled like marijauna while driving. Paul, you've done so much work at my house over the years, and obviously I've kept coming back. But in the last 4 years or so you've really let me down. I've had to work hard to get you to come back to address problems with the jobs you or your staff have done (dishwasher incorrectly installed so door won't open properly; washing machine flooded laundry room; shower stub leaks; new faucet out of alignment; new water heater thermostat failures). Main problem: HAVING TO HOUND YOU WEEK AFTER WEEK AFTER WEEK to schedule necessary followup with no response from you. I give up. A month after you said you'd realign the faucet you installed, and MANY texts and phone calls to get you to schedule it, I have no choice but to warn people not to trust you to do the job right the first time or fix what you get wrong. Very disappointed jn your treatment of a loyal customer with legitimate concerns, Paul. Beware this plumber who seems to have lost interest in running his business competently. read more

I needed 2 bathroom faucets replaced including valves. Paul had been to my house several times and always did great work. Ben and Jacob arrived on time. They removed their shoes coming into the house which I appreciate. They took their time to complete the job-faucets were stuck and required some extra elbow grease. Our kitchen sink was backed up for a few days and our HOA contracted plumber was going to charge us an 'arm and a leg' to get it cleared out. Slightly frustrated, I called Paul Hineman Plumbing and was able to speak with Paul directly. After texting him some details of our issues, he said that he could come the next day. Called this company right before Christmas to fix a toilet that had a small leak. The toilet had to be removed because it was missing a part in the tank. Total cost to add the $30 part and reinstall was $485!! This is way overpriced. I could've purchased a new toilet and had it installed for 1/3rd that price. I hired Paul to unplug a simple toilet stoppage in a 3" cast iron pipe. He used a power snake with an unconventional steel arrow shaped tip instead of the normal plumbers " Wire Pig Tail Screw Type" tip that easily follows the curves of the pipe. His custom tool saved him time in unblocking the pipe, BUT resulted in poking a hole through the under slab pipe creating a 3K - 4K new problem for me.
