Matt also reminded me that I was due for a tire rotation, I was actually overdue and he didn't try to rip me off. I also had some other questions in regard to my car and he took the time to personally to look at the car himself to see if he could fix it even though I was only scheduled for just an oil change. At the end of the appointment, Matt reviewed all recommendations for what my car needs done in the upcoming months. He explained everything thoroughly and provided clear clarification. On a sidenote, Matt has great energy and always had a smile on his face. I plan to use him as my service coordinator in the future when I go back to this dealership. Their Shuttle driver, John, is awesome. That makes their slowness to fix a problem tolerable.

Despite being under warranty, they seem unwilling to fully repair the issue or take the time to ensure it's actually resolved. Instead, I keep getting sent away with the same unresolved problem. This has been incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, especially when dealing with something related to vehicle safety. I expected better service, communication, and follow-through. I would not recommend this dealership if you're relying on them for warranty repairs.
