Great experience! This is my 2nd time here and my hubs brought his 2018 BMW M3 with around 6k miles on it. Owner is very knowledgeable and clearly understands specialized cars, which made him feel confident bringing his vehicle in. We also appreciated how easy it was to bring in his lowered vehicle -- no issues at all. The service was quick, professional, and honest. It's not easy to find someone who really knows their craft, but he definitely does. I highly recommend this shop if you want reliable and knowledgeable smog service. Don't bother going to the other one in YB on imperial. I've been there 2x and he's a complete fraud! Every time I've been there apparently his machine is down. He sends us to another shop next to rose auto. My hubs even went to another smog in Brea and they thought he was an "undercover agent" because of his car and very low mileage, which is absolutely RIDICULOUS! I came here for a smog check - the first time, the car didn't pass, because the battery died which resets the sensors after charging it or replacing it. The gentleman there didn't charge me anything and told me to drive it around and come back. He was super nice and honored the price when I went back and it passed. Thank you Imperial Smog! This year I got the dreaded notice that I need a smog check, and this was the closest smog check station to where I live. It was a little difficult to find at first, but there are signs directing you to come around to the back. I didn't have to make an appointment and they took my car almost immediately. There is a waiting room with comfortable couches and a TV. The whole process only took about 20 minutes and I paid $50. Not too shabby! The person servicing my car was nice and helpful with any questions I had. Would recommend!! read more

I sent them a message and got a response super fast with pricing and availability and was able to schedule an appointment for later that day. The service itself was super fast and convenient. They also have a nice quiet lounge to wait in with a fridge full of drinks. With small kids, any kind of vehicle maintenance task is always so annoying to deal with but they made things so quick and easy for me, and pricing is very competitive. Walked in today to get my Jeep smog checked. Not my favorite task every other year haha. I've tried almost every place in the area, but by far this is the best of them. Not only are they the best priced ($40 with certificate included, and no hidden fees), Adam was very quick and got everything done in under 20 minutes. Their waiting area is also super clean with free cold drinks and snacks too. Will definitely return to get my other car done here. Note: the shop is hidden and not visible from Imperial.
