Upon returning for five nights this past week, I like it just as much as ever. The staff is still great, the sweeping view of the ocean is wonderful, and the units are continuously updated by their owners. It's reasonably priced, conveniently located halfway between Lincoln City and Depoe Bay, with a nearby grocery store. All the units have identical layouts with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a well-outfitted kitchen, a comfortable living room, a dining table, a fireplace stocked with wood, WIFI and cable TV, an ocean-view balcony and access to the beach. It's all I want for a restful stay.

The location is near perfect (between Lincoln City and Newport) and has a beautiful beach. The house is about $275 a day to stay and it is totally worth every penny. The owners have excellent tastes and they have anticipated everything that you may need to make your stay just like home. We have a family of 4 and we find this home just the right size. We have 2 daughters 5 & 11 and they sleep together so they are able to share the 2nd room. From the Viking oven to the 4 star bed linens this place is heaven I cannot say enough amazing adjectives to describe this beauty "Isabella". The only negative is the property management. Unfortunately you have to go through a company or more accurately a person whom in my opinion does not represent the warmth and beauty of " Isabella" please don't let that stop you or turn you away from staying here, it is merely a detail that is easily forgotten once you walk through the door. I have referred many people here and everyone loves it. Just a magical place.

There was dog pee on the carpets, holes in the two story balcony, leaking dishwasher, broken molding, gum under tables, stained furniture, rusty furniture, bathroom ceiling fans had exposed wires with no covers, dirty floors and hardware that was falling apart. You can also only access 4 closets out of the entire home (5 bedrooms). The rest are locked for the owners... PROPERTY MANAGER; has false advertised the property. The listing states game room and garage. There is no game room and the garage is locked. We also had check-in issues with the manager. Our invoice was also incorrectly stated. When questioned we were thrown to the side. When trying to cancel due to COVID we were told no with no explanation. With all these issues I have spent over 10 hours to reconcile with the booking company and the property manager but I have received no more than I am sorry. Bella Beach should be ashamed of their standards to let a listing be false advertised and to list a home at such bad condition, with no remorse to the renter.

The property is beautifully tucked into the Oregon Coast landscape, surrounded by towering trees and greenery, with inviting little sitting areas and quiet nooks throughout the resort. It's the kind of place where you can fill an entire day with activities--or do absolutely nothing and still feel like you had a perfect day. The staff has consistently been warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Dining is also a highlight, with everything from quick, casual bites at Provisions to an outstanding dinner at The Attic. We've been impressed by both the variety and quality every time we visit. There is also an incredible amount to do. Our family loves searching for the locally blown glass floats hidden around the property, listening to live music, riding the on-site bike trails, borrowing bikes to explore the grounds, golfing, hiking, and relaxing in the warm and welcoming pool and spa area. Salishan is also pet-friendly, which makes it an especially great destination for families traveling with their dogs. One of our favorite things about Salishan is its location. There are beautiful trails right on the property, and you're perfectly situated for exploring the Oregon Coast, including some spectacular nearby hikes, beaches, forests, and waterfalls. What really sets Salishan apart, though, is the atmosphere. It doesn't feel like just another hotel or resort--it feels like a place you actually look forward to coming back to. There is something incredibly peaceful about being here, and every visit seems to leave us wishing we had booked another night. Salishan has become one of our favorite places on the Oregon Coast, and we will absolutely continue returning as often as we can. If you're looking for a coastal getaway that combines beautiful surroundings, great food, outdoor adventure, relaxation, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere, this place is very hard to beat. It is more than well-equipped for cooking at the house and had plenty of space for all of us. The view is amazing and the deck or perfect for our dogs and little kids. This is a multi-level home so if you're handicap or have trouble going up and down stairs, this would not be a good house to rent. They had tons of beach toys, games, and puzzles (although some were missing pieces, which wasn't surprising). The kitchen, although VERY WELL EQUIPPED, was small and difficult for more than one person to cook in at a time, but it was workable for us. The propane grill worked great and they had tons of deck chairs and side tables to use on the deck. One of the only downsides is that there is no bathroom upstairs and the stairs going up there are steep and narrow. That's a challenge if you have to go potty in the night. Lol. There are two full bathrooms but only one has a shower (the other is a tub only). Also, you cannot access the beach directly off the property. You must go down the street to get to the beach and the access there is very steep and slippery. In fact, even though it was totally dry out we still struggled to get footing on the way down, as a result my mother ended up falling and breaking her leg I can't imagine how slick it would be when it is wet. We later found a beach access south but it was a lengthy walk, or you had to go across private property to get to it. It was worth it to go that way the next time we went to the beach to avoid anyone else getting injuries.

Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking supplies and spices. We enjoyed the fire pit every night and walking down to the water. Outdoor seating was nice had a descent view. My favorite part of the house was the hiking path that was within walking distance of the house. TV was small so don't stay here if you are planning on watching a lot of TV. Also be aware that house is not on the ocean but a very calm Bay which we were aware of and did't mind.
