Chelsea was responsive, flexible with my schedule and she did a great job on my hair! She did a better job than the expensive salons I went to in Chicago and was reasonably priced. She had a hot towel on the sink for my neck and even gave me a little head massage when she washed my hair. None of the expensive salons I went to had done that. She is also non judgmental, which is important to me because I get my hair done very infrequently and have definitely had people be a little judgey about it. Chelsea has been doing my hair for at least 3 years now and I have never received so many compliments in my life on my hair. I naturally have very thin delicate hair. Over the years Chelsea has kept my hair healthy and growing. During trims she never cuts too much and she does a treatment when she dyes it to make sure it doesn't damage it too much. I'm brunette and she was able to go very light without making me brassy and that is the most common question I get when people wonder who does my hair, "was it brassy at first?".
