The waitress didn't bring water for a few of the guests, but was fast to jump my sister for the drink tab (and she hadn't even had a drink!) when we were departing. The water never arrived. Held an engagement party in their side room. Up to the party, Noelle event coordinator and chef Chris did a great job communicating. We came in an hour and a half before the party started - the food table was set up and they were cool about us swapping out the table cloth. We decorated and had everything ready 15 minutes before people arrived. Steven, Chris and sorry I forgot the other names of people helping were fantastic. They were cleaning up plates and the food was always available. We over ordered sandwich wraps. Steven was nice enough to wrap it up to go. The food was excellent and hot. Wings, pizza rolls, wontons and pretzel sticks were all nice hot appetizer. We also had wraps and veggie trays. The fried pickles were also great. Everything was perfect! My wife loves their ribs and I think I found a place that has a real burger not a thin smash burger.

The food was mediocre. Ordered hot garlic parm wings crispy - they were neither spicy nor crispy. The Big Bang chicken was to come on a brioche bun with pickle onion and carrot topping - no brioche bun and very little topping. The heater burger was to have habanero jalapeno relish but just had a bit of chopped jalapeno and the condiment was not chipotle mayo. Fries were tasty but cold and a bit soggy. Their menu has a little of everything, which can sometimes be a bit of a red flag in restaurants, but for this one it's not. The whole menu is quality and delicious. This place does get busy, so you may want to reserve a table. It's got the sports bar vibe with TVs on the wall, which is a nice addition to the atmosphere. The staff is friendly. One of my favorite bar & grille's in Northeast Ohio. The chef is outstanding and there are so many options on the menu. I have been going here since it opened in 2012 and i have never had a bad experience. It can get loud at times but it's to be expected. The entire staff is very attentive and friendly. read more

Dining during the pandemic is always a bit interesting, but Pickles n Pints is doing a great job! We chose to eat on the patio (which overlooks the strip mall parking lot- just pointing that out in case like us you saw this on a list of Cleveland's best patios and were hoping for a scenic view lol) and our server was amazing. She was so kind and checked on us multiple times. I had the wings- in Wednesdays wings are very low priced, and delicious! The Cajun dry rub were my favorite. Really like this place! Service is always quick and efficient. The Monday Burger specials are really a great deal, and they have a wide variety of draft beers. They are great about seeing when your mug is getting low! I'm always impressed at their "better than average" menu options and specials. There is a true chef back in the kitchen whipping up some pretty exotic and yummy treats! I'm always surprised by the unique specials offered. I had the Roma Hero last night - fresh ground beef, smoked mozzarella, salami and a garlic aioli. It was messy, but delicious! Our server knew that and brought extra napkins! Always wanted to try this place, so today I did. Enjoyed the ambiance. I had 1/2 slab of ribs with fries & slaw. The slaw was dry. The ribs were smokey barbecue, which I'm not a fan of. First time here, but won't be our last. One of the first places that was outstanding from the walk thru the door. Food is awesome!!!! Fresh and delicious. Server was best I've seen in a long time. I've always wanted to come here but I was pretty disappointed. The pasta dishes we got were $15 each and really bland. I love pickles so we tried the fried pickles half dill and half habanero, they were good but the breading fell off really easily and wasn't enough for $8. The absolute best thing I had and would recommend was the sweet potato fries. The servers were nice but it took forever to get our check. There were 3 cups of pickles served with pita bread. They were alright. I love pickles, though they werent the best. I ordered the polish boy burger. It was a very average burger. Not memorable at all. The only thing I can remember about it was that the kielbasa was gross and I picked it off. My two dining companions had another burger and a wrap. Tried this place last month after doing some shipping nearby. Been hankering for some fried pickles since leaving our last city we lived in. We wanted to start with the pickles and a drink before ordering lunch. After ordering and tasting the pickles, we opted NOT to order anything else and decided to bug out. The pickles were just not good. The batter fell off the pickles - the dipping sauce nothing special. My wine was (gasp) was $7.00 so I am really glad I didn't order another. I think with the 1 beer, wine and an order of pickles, the bill was like $23-25. Won't be back. We'll stick with the place we go in our area. read more

Nice place with good atmosphere. We've eaten there multiple times and we once had a small event there. They were kind enough to reserve an area for our event. Solid beer list, great menu for lunch or dinner, and terrific service. These are the best words to describe my first food experience with pickles and pints. Two bars, a good amount of seating and tvs, plus sports on! The menu has a lot to offer from stuffed peppers or crab cake appetizers, to wings, or a wide variety wraps/salads and burgers, even pasta. I was pleasantly surprised to find my favorite season beer available, fat heads' hop juju, which is hard to find in beer stores let alone at a bar. We ordered the fries pickles, traditional wings with buffalo sauce and a side of fries. The fries pickles come in two flavors, garlic dill or habenero, we got half and half. The habenero wasn't spicy enough to burn your pallet but I would recommend the garlic dill. The wings were exactly what you want, meaty, well cooked and just enough sauce. Traditional and boneless are the same price which surprised me. The fries were on point, but after seeing the tots with someone else's dish I would definitely give them a try. Some people we were with ordered the asiago chicken sandwich and the buffalo chicken salad. Both looked great and were filling portions. Our bill could have easily been $10 higher at other restaurants. I also have to give a Shout-out to The bartender/server/one woman army named Heidi. She was the only staff there on a busy Saturday lunch rush and not only made sure everyone got drinks and food but was able to stop and talk with the guests. read more

I'm disabled and placed an order for pickup, Friday the 19th on March for 6pm, our home health aid was there to pick up at 550. Someone came out to ask aboit the order, and never came back! 605 I called the bar, and at 610 someone else came out, my aid told him of the order, amd after another 10 minutes je brought it out, wasn't nice to my aid, and on the way back in, he said something to a groupof guys, the then all looked at my aid, and started laughing. She is African American, and the guys were all white. I called Monday the 22nd to speak to the owner, who never called me back. Great way to run a business! read more

So glad I tried this place. We came for a late night dinner. The place was slower, but still inviting. It is seat yourself. The food was excellent, mostly a 5 star food. We got the fried pickles which were excellent. The sauce with it was thick and lacked flavor. We asked for ranch and while it was thick it had great taste. For dinner I got the Wahoo burger which was great, but slightly greasy. The tatertots were the best I have ever had. My husband got shrimp rissoto which was amazing. The beer list was lacking. I was excited because they had Pauliner Hefeweizen, but my husband was sad there was nothing exciting. Service was ok. Because it was late, the bartender was also serving. Because of that, she was rushing. The decor was boring and expected. The food was excellent and we will be back. They also have cool specials for people to check out. read more
