Leah recognized us from 3 weeks ago. She brought water in glass, not plastic, remembered our food allergies, split our 14oz steak onto two plates before serving, and split our bill down the middle 50-50. Steak was perfect thanks to the chef, real mashed potatoes like homemade, and green beans weren't drowning in processed oils. Caught happy hour: diet Dr Pepper + ice cream with rum for dessert. Solid move. Danced the whole first set. Came back to an empty table -- purses still there in plain sight, plus six tall glasses of ice water, one full cocktail each, and one partially drunk Palermo each. Should've been a clue to the busser we weren't done. Spoke with Christian, the manager. Professional, pleasant, and made it right immediately. Ambience is above average: great lighting, defined dance floor, and a jaw-dropping koi pond. isn't Michelin-star, but it checks most boxes and is in my top 10 go-tos. Ambiance is great. Indoor, outdoor and bar seating are all comfortable and clean. Service was wonderful. We had an incredibly attentive waiter. While my friends loved their food (Buttonhole salad for one and Reuben for the other) my "Zapper" burger was just not good tasting. Bottom bun was completely soggy. The meat tasted off. Sadly, since I'm the reviewer, I'm giving restaurant a 3. If the burger had tasted good this would be an easy 4. The fries were crispy and great. This place is huge! There is plenty of seating inside and large spaces outside as well. It was raining on our visit so we were seated inside and felt like we had plenty of space. Our party was large and they were easily able to accommodate us. The menu has so many options and everyone was able to find something they could enjoy. Hubby and I met sone family at Redhawk Grille for lunch and even though the weather outside was cold and rainy, it was warm and inviting inside. They had a table already so we were seated right away. Ir wasn't packed, there were quite a bit of people in the bar dining room watching the game, but in the main dining room they had plenty of tables and booths open. Everything was clean, and looked inviting. Our waitress Valerie was so pleasant and attentive. I couldn't make up my mind between two dishes and her recommendation for the Chicken Marsala dish was spot on. A couple got Jambalaya and said it was amazing. Portion was so big they took half of it home. My sis in law got a Reuben needed gluten free bread and they were all out of one kind but had a substitute. She said it was a little too sweet with a hint of cinnamon and didn't mesh well with the Reuben so she ate it without the bread. It was good despite that. Nephew got a burger that looked like a skyscraper, he gobbled it up lol. Everything tasted great and we left happy and satisfied. we waited 30 min just for drinks, out of 15 people one person said they liked there food. it was cold and unseasone. I had to wait almost an hour for my 1 year old to get a drink. we will never do this again! very disappointed. our server ignored us when we tried getting her attention. read more

Worst service ever. Had a table with 10 on the patio. Kim H was slow to great us. Once she did take our order, food came out and we had no silverware. Asked her to get us some and she said alright and then proceeded to wait on 3 other tables on her way back to get the silverware. She then walked back at a snail's pace. Because we had 10 people, automatic 20% tip added on the bill so no incentive to treat us appropriately. It showed. Will never go back... Thank Kim H for that management. read more

The back patio is AMAZING!! It's huge and there's so much seating and a bar and a pond with koi fish and a screen that played the game. We've eaten here many times, always on the patio in decent weather. Food has been well above average and service is generally very good. The patio is gorgeous! Our waitress Courtney Z was wonderful. This time we were astonished when a group of 4 men were seated nearby and all lit up cigars! Holy cow, who can enjoy their food or drink when inhaling cigar smoke? I immediately went to the hostess station to complain, only to find that cigar smoking is absolutely acceptable on the patio at Redhawk. YIKES. I understand that most places allow cigarettes on their patios but have NEVER heard of a restaurant allowing cigar smoking. Other patrons seated nearby were complaining too. I don't understand this but wanted to warn potential customers of the possibility you'll be "enjoying" cigar smoke while you eat. read more

Overall my trip to Redhawks was great. The food was all amazing, the pretzel bites were great, the fries were crispy and tender on the inside, the Tiger burger was great and had lots of different flavors (it was a bit messy though). Our waitress Courtney was great, brought drinks our without being asked and they had a good sense of humor. Also the atmosphere was pretty solid as well. We decided to stop at RedHawks Grill for a late lunch after running errands. The service was absolutely horrible. Waiter brought our drinks and never returned. Someone stopped at our table after a half hour waiting to have our order taken to see if we needed a refill on our drinks. I asked for a manager at this point. Manager obviously didn't care. I wanted to like this place, but the food was incredibly mediocre. It's nice inside and the booth my wife and I sat in with our out-of-town friends was cozy, but we found the food to be very disappointing. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap that came with fries and my wife ordered calamari. I thought my wrap was flavorless, even with ranch dressing, and my wife's calamari was WAY overcooked. She said it was chewy and unpalatable, doused in too much sweet chili sauce, the breading was dark brown. She couldn't finish it because, in her words, it was 'gross'. Our friends both ordered salads because they were going to dinner later, but those seemed to be very plain and mostly composed of iceberg lettuce. They never said anything about their food being of poor quality, so I'll assume the lettuce was fresh. It wouldn't be fair to the restaurant to speculate about quality. Service was pretty slow when we came, but we were told they were understaffed and that a couple people called off. Great service and food. Everyone is extremely friendly! The little garden walkway to the back patio is very pretty. Nice to have a place to go to listen to live music. My only suggestion is that they need to upgrade their chairs and seating areas, a lot of the booths are very uncomfortable because the cushions sink down, they've lost their support. They definitely need to revamp their seating areas. Otherwise a great place to go when the weather is nice. I've not been inside lately to see if the seating is comfortable inside. read more

My mother in law and I came here last week and sat out on the patio. After reading mixed reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was! The server checked on us often and we enjoyed being able to eat outdoors on a nice evening. The patio is large and private with outdoor games to play. We ordered the loaded skins appetizer, she had the Asian chicken salad (it was huge and looked amazing!) and I had the chicken bacon ranch wrap. I was shocked at how great this wrap was. Large, with crispy fries, I couldn't finish it all. If you are like me and were on the fence about trying this place, give it a shot! I had a 50th birthday party for my daughter's in the enclosed patio. They told me they would put the heaters on early. It was freezing with snow coming through the bottom of the canvas! They promised it would be great! I think they should have been more prepared and made sure the bottom of the canvas was tight. Everyone was freezing and couldn't even sit at the tables. It was truly embarrassing. I would never recommend having a party there. read more

This place is amazing, the patio is beautiful and covered. We just a celebration of life for our founder here and it was perfect. Wonderful staff, offering water and drinks. They also offered us boxes for the buffet. Dedicated servers who went out of their way to make sure everyone was taken care of. The bartender was great and handled a lot! The food was amazing! What a wonderful experience at Redhawk. I visited this restaurant this past Sunday and I was very impressed with their draft beer selection. The food also was extremely delicious, I had their deep dish Rueben pierogis and my wife had the New Orleans Jambalaya which both were fantastic. This is a must try if you're in the area. read more

Grateful for Redhawk's Hospitality After a Championship Win! Last Sunday, after a long day of rain delays, intense gameplay, and emotional celebration, our local high school softball team returned home as State Champions--tired, hungry, and full of joy. It was nearly 9 PM by the time the bus arrived back in town, and we needed a place to gather for a team dinner. Redhawk Grill went above and beyond. I reached out on short notice, and Manager Mike didn't hesitate. He arranged a private space in the back for 45 players, families, and coaches, and even asked two servers and a couple of kitchen staff to stay late just to accommodate us. The service was outstanding, the food was delicious as always, and the atmosphere was exactly what we needed to cap off a very special day. We are so grateful for Redhawk's generosity and community spirit. It's yet another reason why they remain one of the very best restaurants in Concord, Ohio. read more

The Hostess needs training on how to take orders and understanding the menu. Lil attitude when order is wrong. Someone qualified and trained should take orders as it's just as important as the tables. Good atmosphere but definitely need to hold there hand on carry out. read more

The food has always been exceptional at Redhawk Grille but the service has gotten sub-par. We had reservations and they said they didn't have them even though it was confirmed on-line. We were there for a birthday celebration. When our six orders were taken they only served us five after a half hour wait. They apparently "forgot" to place the sixth order, which ironically belonged to the birthday person. He had to wait another 25 minutes for his dinner and most of us had already finished ours. They need more servers and need to pay more attention. There was and apology by our server but no compensation of any kind nor an apology by the cooking staff. It may be a while before we go back again. It's a shame because the food is really great, just not the service.... read more
