    Truck Complaint I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the poor customer service and lack of communication from my salesman (Brandon Folgar) following my recent purchase of a pre-owned 2023 Vehicle from Beaman Toyota. I have been riddled with unmet promises and a lack of accountability. Roughly 34 days after my purchase, my vehicle broke down--a situation that should not have happened with a recently inspected and supposedly well-maintained vehicle, as I was told by my Salesman. While I appreciate that the dealership covered the towing costs and provided a loaner vehicle, I was met with speculation about the issue rather than a clear, competent diagnosis as to what happened. I was eventually told my vehicle needed a "special battery," which raised further concerns about the pre-sale inspection and maintenance performed on this vehicle. After calling to inquire about my vehicle 2 days later, I was told that a new battery had been ordered. Four days later, I was told the wrong battery had been ordered and sent back as I was still playing the waiting game. Finally, on day 5, I was told my vehicle was ready. Additionally, I was also informed that a 21-point inspection, including an oil change, was conducted before I took possession of the vehicle on Feb. 1st. If this is true, why does my vehicle show only 44% oil life? 39 days into my purchase? Which leaves me deeply uneasy about what is factual and what is a lie. This discrepancy suggests negligence or a lack of thorough inspection--neither of which should be acceptable at a reputable dealership. To make matters worse, when I picked up my vehicle up after the so-called "special battery" purchase, no one from management made any effort to greet me, apologize, or provide even the most basic level of customer service. I have done my own research and found many more unhappy customers on other platforms. It is clear that my experience is not an isolated incident and that your dealership has a long-standing issue with customer service. I expected a response from a service manager addressing my concerns and assurance that my vehicle has been properly inspected and repaired by a certified technician. Additionally, I urge the general manager to reevaluate how customers are treated and how managers follow up with customer complaints. Right now, Beamon Toyota is failing horribly in that category!     2025 Land Cruiser

    We had a great experience buying our 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser here. They were on top of it and we were in and out in a few hours.

    EVERYTHING needs improvement . they care more about whats at the snack bar then productivity the business produces. i asked the the service manager Juan which was more important n his exact words "depends whats at the snack bar". i was there for 5 hours for a oil change. piss poor service. don't believe me, look at the photos below. i arrived at 7:50 they checked me in, i then waited for 5 hours. say what you want about how i spoke to them i don't care never once did i disrespect him only stated the obvious. as i sat for 5 hours i watched every person coming after me to just be leaving before me. i watched every bit of 25-35 useless employees walking around tearing the snack bar apart as multiple customers wait. how about instead of just telling customers your short on mechanics you pull some of these useless floor guys to the bay get them turning wrenches. then tried to charge me $150 after waiting that. made them bring it down to $100. this is the first time i've made it an issue, but this is not the first time this has happened. then they'll have the audacity to ask to do more services to your vehicle like you haven't already wasted half your day away. yea pal go head n keep my car for 6 weeks to change the oil n put new tires on. they've lost their minds.
