We've eaten there for every meal of the day and snacks included - if you have kids, the kids menu is basically the same throughout the property for lunch/dinner. Seafood is a standout, but everything is great - from fresh produce (some from the Chatham Bars Inn farm down the road!) to desserts. The lobster tacos may have been my favorite this time - flavorful and full of lobster. For when you don't need an entire crustacean. Drinks are delicious - the Chatham rose is quite good, but there are plenty of wine options on the menu either by the glass or bottle. This year, I also noticed quite a few non-alcoholic wines and beers (more than usual). Service is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile if you have menu questions or tweaks. I'm not sure they can make every change to a menu item possible, but they will try their best. At the beginning of the 'season' in summer, there are often team members learning, but I've never noticed a drop off in service at all. The crab cake starter was the best crab cake either of us has ever had and we've done Baltimore many times. There was no filler, beautifully done fresh crab. Outstanding. I ordered the New York strip which was served with pommes purée and a medley of fresh CBI grown vegetables. That steak was better than any I've had at Moo, Grill 23 or Abe and Louis by a lot. Tender, flavorful and perfectly seasoned. Amazing. Liz had the scallops which she also loved, the one I tasted was perfectly seared and sweet. The Mexican Hot Chocolate cake was spectacular and the ice cream was amazing. The best meal I've had all year by far.
