I rarely give 5 stars but Hole in One deserves it. What a find. We went to the other location yesterday and saw this one today so went in. Queer o meter a high five-ing 10! Most excellent. The staff is pleasant, mixed with attentiveness and sprinkled with perfection. The food is 100% what you are hoping it will be and that is glorious. Ham steak, topped with 2 perfectly done over hard eggs on a toasted bagel that's not a thomas'. Choices of cheeses and a great cup of joe. The two by two had 2 of the best pancakes I've had in forever. So golden brown, served hot so the butter melted and they were SO FLUFFY and light that the syrup absorbed nicely for bliss in every bite. The only complaint was I wished I ordered bananas in them ha ha which isn't a complaint it's my desire to be gluttonous. They were even kind enough to get us a specialty coffee from the other side - a highly specific americano (2 shots decaf, 2 shots reg, 2 pumps caramel with room left for cream - please). My wife knows what she likes and this was it. She said it was delicious and one of the best she's had. Me? Like I said cup of diner Joe. It was rich hot and hit the spot. I really like this place! Walking in, you get the donuts painted on the ground, each with its own message! It's amazing! And I walked in, didn't know what to get, it was pretty busy, so I had some time to think! After scouring Yelp and Reddit, I decided I must come here to try doughnuts. The shop is very cute and no one was there when I popped in. Maybe they were busy earlier or something, but the person working the register/counter seemed less than stoked when I walked in. I ordered a chocolate frosted doughnut and a blueberry muffin. Before I could add any drinks, she already told me the total. I added a drink, paid, and I was on my way out. The chocolate frosted doughnut was good and they are larger which I appreciated. I would say it's a solid doughnut and better than if you were to go to Dunkin or HoneyDew which are both below mid. The Muffin - I gave a few bites to, but donated to the local ravens. My first two bites, there was 1 blueberry. I know sometimes that happens so I bit the parts where they were quite obvious. It wasn't as soft as I hoped. I do like the sugaring on the top and thought it was a nice touch, but the sides felt more like a day old muffin and the blueberries just weren't blueberrying. Overall, it's okay. Stopped in 2x during my annual week long visit in Eastham, it's just that good! Had to try an iced caramel latte and a chai latte, both were outstanding. Also indulged in some delicious sweets, namely the sugar bun and blueberry muffin, but the absolute standout was their sour cream donut. Wow, it was easily the best I've ever had. The service was quick and friendly. And I was able to sit at the window bar and enjoy my iced coffee and donut. The bakery goods are top notch however stopped in yesterday for my favorite Potato Pancakes and the coffee literally looked like light tan tea! YOU NEED TO GO HERE. The food is amazing omg!!!! Me and my brother came here and got 2 iced caramel latte and 1 cookie dough brownie that we spit and it all together was so so good. The prices were really cheap as well we only spent $11!! and the potions sizes were huge. The workers and people there are amazing and the service is smooth. The lighting and stuff on the walls really give it a homey look which makes it even more friendlier. They also have good parking spots, seats and bike parking. Paid a flat $30 cash today (5/30/25) for a dozen gut busters: plain, honey dip, jelly, boston cream, fruity pebble toupee, chocolate. Unfortunately, from the start, each ate more like cake than the pillowy indulgence I was hoping for. Especially about the jelly donut: the filling was scrumptious but somewhat runny. The jam squirt was frugal to the point it almost seemed like a plain in disguise. The rings were a bit more spongy when fresh, but the effect soon wore off and the persistent cake texture intensified. For the Cape, it's the probably the best option. Really wanted to like this place. I was looking for a good breakfast sandwich- sausage egg and cheese on a bagel. Found this place on yelp and it said they had them and donuts for the kids. After waiting in a very very long line outside for about 45 mins I was told I need to go next door to get breakfast sandwiches!!??? I had to wait in yet another line and then wait for my bagel sandwiches which were $10 each- ouch! The donuts were actually cheap but this evened it out. Not sure why all the reviews don't mention this but you CAN'T GET BREAKFAST SANDWICHES AT THIS PLACE - go next door to the fairway which also offers call ahead. Very very frustrating! I will return as my favorite options listed below were far beyond the average. This was one of the best I've had and each bite tasted like there was sugar on it. The amount of filling was perfect. - Sugar muffin: This was unique and delicious. Almost like a cinnamon roll without the icing, but better? You know how sometimes only the inside of the cinnamon roll is the best part? The whole thing was delicious. It was not dry at all and was packed with flavor. Although I did not try any of their beverages (I wish I had now!), Hole In One's bakery treats are DELICIOUS. I ordered a vegan blueberry lemon scone and it was packed with flavor. Perfect yin and yang of fresh blueberries baked in the scone along with the lemon glaze, it added the perfect amount of sweetness to tie it all together. I also ordered the sugar bun by a raving fan who left a review here. They were NOT wrong. It was so satisfying. It reminded me of a homemade Cinnabon roll without as much cinnamon and a whole lotta sugar on the outside.
