For the most part everything was fantastic with all the work I've had them do so far but I noticed the box that my K&N intake system sits in came loose and a screw from the harness might have fell out when they were working on it or it possibly wasn't tightened enough when they originally installed it a few months ago. I'm gonna take it back soon and see if they can tighten it back up, last I remember the the previous Manager there had told me the work was under warranty so I'll have to see. read more

These guys decided they wanted to scam a women and charge me for things I didn't need and did not use my Groupon but charged me cash for the only thing I came to have repaired on my car. I WENT IN WITH A $50 GROUPON and left paying $295 worth of I do not know what... Now there under new management and Definitely voted for Trump. I tried to use the groupon money I paid and they refused and told me I can not use there services. I am a disabled Veteran on a fixed income and they would not use the Groupon I purchased worth almost $50 to get a simple oil change. BEWARE!!! read more

She greeted me and was nice. After my car oil change was done, Jack spoke to me about my car needing lower control arms and rear shocks. He gave me a printed estimate and said that he could assist with an affordable payment plan options. I thought that was nice and helpful. The manager, Jack, was very helpful and gave me an estimate on my car and his business card. My car is a 2014 Toyota Corolla. They finished my oil change and cabin air filter changes within 1 hour. Even though they were fully booked with appointments prior to Labor Day, Jack Hughes told me I could stop by and wait and they'd do their best. TERRIBLE. SERVICE. My partner has been coming here since 2020 because she valued the quality both the customer service and the care done for her car. At the time, Brandon and Alexis were the team behind Bear Alignment. That staff was really easy to work with, very reliable, and would go out of their way to take care of their customers. Since they changed management about a year ago, the quality of the service has gone down severely. I'm convinced that the new owners are out here to just a quick buck off an unsuspecting victim not familiar with car maintenance--which frankly does not inspire a lot of trust. My partner has been having recurring issues with her A/C on her Honda Civic 2016. Granted, this type of car is known to have issues with it's AC. She took the car to this shop to fix with the previous management back in 2022, and they gave her a $50 discount and fixed the A/C and even recharged the freon without charging for labor because she is a recurring customer. In 2024, the A/C broke down again, and was not within warranty so she paid an additional $248 for another complete check of the system, and recharging the Freon. In 2025, her A/C broke down AGAIN. This time, the warranty fell under the timeframe since the last visit. At first, the front desk lady was quite rude and unfriendly, she had trouble finding documentation of the work they did the previous year even tho my partner had spoken about it with her over the phone. Then the lady had her sign to agree to pay $75 for an evaluation even though this problem is under warranty, and was already evaluated a year prior. Because she understands that the car may need to be evaluated again, she agreed to pay. The lady called over the manager to speak with my parter, and she explained the issue. He told her that this is very normal? That you have to recharge Freon, and its also normal for it happen within 8 months. And apparently it's also especially normal for a car that's 110k miles. First of all, her car isnt even at 100k miles, second of all she explained to them that she WORKS FROM HOME so does not use her car often so this is very strange, and lastly YOUR A/C IS A CLOSED SYSTEM YOU SHOULD NOT BE REGULARLY RECHARGING YOUR FREON UNLESS THERE IS A PROBLEM LIKE A LEAK . Then, he told her that he will try to see it by the end of the day and may even hold her car overnight which is additionally strange bc he took the car in at 2pm and also she called the week prior to schedule the best available time to have the appointment for him to view the A/C. After some time, she decided to cut her losses and just leave so asked for her keys back to leave promptly. Only then was she taken seriously and all of a sudden they were saying they can see her car RIGHT NOW and waive the evaluation fee. Both of them started contradicting each other's stories saying that they didnt know the other one said they were going to charge the fee and then also said they didnt know the other mentioned the car would be held over night. Super weird. Finally, they inspected the car and said that it was compressor issue and quoted her $1200. $559 for the parts and $675 for the labor which was estimated to take 5 hours-- and this is AFTER a $200 discount they say. That means that the cost of labor from Bear Alignments is equivalent to $135 an HOUR. For reference, I called US Autocare for a quote and this service, and they quoted me for $1100 plus a service warranty if you don't bring your own part, and that shop has an excellent reputation and service. She requested all the information be printed out regarding on her car for the past few years. She asked 3 times from both the lady and the manager, until finally the manager printed it out for her. In the end, she found out that the compressor for her honda civic is actually under warranty from the dealership so she can get this part replaced for FREE. When she mentioned taking it to the dealership with the manager before, he (of course) advised against it. Long story short, these people are scammers. I wouldn't trust them as far as I can throw them. My partner has been coming here for years and has spent thousands there because she trusted this shop. Since management has changed; due to the poor service, shady information, and unreliable advice we will not be trusting our cars in their service ever again. DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP. We shouldn't have to be an expert on cars, and have to fight mechanics on every little thing to receive reliable service. This just shows me that their business practices are shady, and that they don't value their reliable customer base. It should be an asset to them that they have the opportunity to have inherited a loyal customer base, and they are squandering it. As I've scrolled through other reviews, I feel validated to know I'm not the only one who feels this way. read more

i've recently taken my vehicles in to bear alignment in lieu of the other guys I have been using for 10 years plus to give them a try. Paul, the owner has an incredible amount of experience and wisdom when it comes to servicing vehicles and the foresight to point things out that even a train I might not see and he's more than willing to prove it right in front of you. For example, he pointed out, separation at the base of my brake pads, and the danger of continuing with that as much as I didn't want to hear it. Upon verifying he could've saved us from a major problem and possibly something that would endanger the safety of my family. I can't recommend this guy enough. To schedule an appointment for some work was hassle free. I did spend more than what I intended but it was made known to me that the job I was requesting could cost more if there was any other issues at hand which there was and with cars especially older ones like mine, it is expected something else could be wrong. The heads up to me is good customer service. The shop was able to pin point what was going on with my suspension and turns out I needed a new part which is where I spent more than I thought. Turns out this part helped fixed the shakiness of my vehicle when in idle which would annoy me. I thought it was due to motor issues but it was suspension related! Knowledge, folks.
