Dr. Garcia and his team are great - chiro adjustments are very good and the tennis elbow laser therapy has been amazing - after two sessions I'm almost back to normal - significant pain reduction after first appointment. 10 sessions of acupuncture didn't do much at all to relieve severe chronic pain. After being treated at BC Chiropractic a few years ago at their old location, I decided to go in for a B12 injection as a massage therapist I had seen suggested them as a treatment for some nerve issues I was having. I checked in at the office, signed the papers, consulted with the woman after being called in, and then Dr. Hardeman was called in to okay the shot. He rudely stated he couldn't let me have it for that reason (nerve benefits/not weight loss.) I politely pointed out the papers I had signed about the injections that THEY had provided STATED the nerve benefits from the B12 injections. I showed him the page. Still he refused, insisting they don't help with nerve issues. So I left. He was both rude and ignorant. He's also mean to his staff. I went to Tri Valley Weight loss for my future B12 injections. read more

Goodbye schmucks! I mean pain! I walked in today with more pain than Thomas (history joke there, harr, harr!) and walked out floating on cloud nine. Although I was informed that I needed a cortisone shot for Tenosynovitis (thanks piano practice), I felt at ease. You see, they are not just a place to get your back cracked, or your muscles turned into Jell-O, they are in fact a medical office. The lobby is quite cramped, but I think if you can get past that you'll be fine. I didn't have any issues with their customer service. They were pleasant and really cared about my well being. This place is awesome if you need a quick adjustment and don't want to fuss with waiting 2 days to get in for an appointment, or for someone to call you back from the front desk. Just walk right in, wait a few minutes and you'll be seen. They take walk-ins, both insurance and cash payment, with the cash visit being only $20. The doctors and quality of care are very good, and they'll work with you on your specific needs without pressure to spend more, or come back often. I was seeing a chiro in Temecula for 7 months for shoulder/upper back pain but had little improvement. I had read good things about Bear Creek on a local board (Harveston) so gave it a try. Improvement was immediate and dramatic. Dr. Garcia's adjustments are precise, controlled, strong. (He is clearly not a newbie.) I just left my second appointment at this chiropractor. I was adjusted by two different chiropractors- they were both great, did good adjustments, were informative and friendly. Explained what they were doing, and I even had progress between the first and second appointment. Unfortunately one of the ladies at the front desk is incredibly rude. She acts like it's not her job to be helping you, doesn't care what you have to say, cuts you off mid sentence, and has a serious attitude issue. The first time I brushed it off and ignored it, but when I came the second time and it happened again, my husband and I complained about about her to the doctor. We have a third appointment booked, and if she acts the same way we will not be returning to these great doctors solely because of the way we are treated at the front desk. I woke up this morning and could not get out of bed. Back was bad. I don't need a chiropractor very often but when I do it's pretty bad. I recently moved to the area and though I would yelp to find someone local. Yelp led me to bear creek chiro. Absolutely a great experience. This place is amazing! Why weren't chiropractor's offices like this years ago?? They will adjust without X-rays unless they feel they are needed. Both of our kids are athletes and they leave this place feeling amazing every time we bring them. Doctors are personable, clean, and professional. They educate the patient each time we go and make adjustments fun and relaxing. They freaking take WALK-INS..who does that? They do, and once a regular, adjustments are only $10! Went here for the first time. Place was clean. Everyone was polite and helpful. Filled out the forms and was taken in for evaluation. I was then put on a warm, massaging waterbed. Dr. Garcia then took me to an adjustment room. I was so tight and locked up that it made manipulation very difficult. Dr. Garcia was excellent and was finally able to get me adjusted and I walked out with good relief. Definitely will be going back for regular adjustments. read more

Went there today for a massage with Briana their massage therapist. She was AMAZING! I had been battling a severe tension headache all day. She really focused on the source of it, the knots in my shoulders and tightness in my neck that was causing the headache. I will definitely be back for their massage services. What an unbelievably degrading, demoralizing and DISGUSTING experience overall... it's like taking a hammer to your foot and calling it treatment for your headache. You will be better served by finding a LEGITIMATE and conscious center for healing and/or by locating mindful massage therapists who provide CARE with authentic attention to alignment, health and wellness. I was referred by a colleague of a friend, so although somewhat skeptical of the price, I was still really hopeful for sweet relief from chronic pain in my neck and back. I scheduled an hour massage with chiropractic adjustment and confirmed the awesome $50.00 fee. All this goodness for ONLY $50 dollars; really? Too good to be true? Absolutely. Truly the FAST FOOD of chiropractic + massage... Great prices? Hardly. Not when you really do the math. The sentiment in the saying, "you get what you pay for" is truly represented here. This quacker-jack will charge you $50 for an "hour massage" plus an adjustment; but what he's really selling you is a block of time in his office... like brothel-prostitution but without the really happy ending (from what I hear T.I.C.). It turned out, the "hour" I booked was NOT for 60 minutes of therapeutic massage plus adjustment as I agreed to pay for. Nope, every minute passing from the moment I walked in was another minute being deducted from my massage time. After filling out paperwork and answering questions about my chronic-pain condition, my massage didn't start until 25 minutes after my 10 am appointment time (I noticed the large digital clock in the room as I climbed on the table). The place is chaotic and noisy outside the room, so even with the "spa" music playing softly near the table, don't expect a relaxing experience. About 20 minutes into it, the massage therapist decided to chat business with me. As she worked on my back, she announced that because we got such a late start, I wouldn't receive the whole massage-time; she'd be stopping in a few minutes.. Um, hello what?! Stopping??? Didn't we just get started?!! She apologized and stated that she'd go talk to the front desk about adjusting the price for my visit. I didn't want an adjusted rate, I WANTED AN HOUR MASSAGE!!! She again apologized and basically told me they don't charge for time on the table, they include 10-15 minutes of undressing/dressing time.. Honestly? TEN TO FIFTEEN MINUTES?!!! I was supposed to be relaxing and finding relief from pain and stress. Instead I was becoming increasingly aggravated; this wasn't working for me at all. I chose to end the session and take it up with the person in charge. By the time I was dressed and back in the front office area, I was completely stressed and I was in more pain than when I walked in. I was irate and really just wanted to walk out of the place, but I needed to make sure that I wasn't going to be charged for the crappy 5 minutes I was on the table. A man identifying himself as the owner and the one in charge, took me into a treatment room. Instead of making any attempt to diffuse the situation or remedy my grievance with integrity or honor, he argued, ARGUED the statistics of his business as if any of it mattered to the moment. This man had the audacity to tell me how popular they are and how greatly customers are satisfied all over town... awesome. I'm sure it looks great on paper and keeps his bank account well fed. I figured best case scenario: I'd get an apology and an offer for another appointment that would include a full hour massage; worst case scenario (I thought): I'd get lip-service, no future offer and no charge for this wasted time. I figured incorrectly; this shyster said he intended to charge me $50. Yes, shyster; without a shred of professional attention to the nature of his business, no compassion for my pain or the added grief during the visit, the so-called chiropractor (if he's even a DC) who owns this joke-of-an-enterprise chose to provoke me and go into insane battle with me. After too many minutes of madness with this man I walked out feeling violated. I was completely distressed and disturbed by such horrible treatment. Well, educated and informed people: McDonald's may tout excellent customer satisfaction, and maybe they really do serve up "millions" of people processed crap every god-blessed day, but that doesn't mean they dish up anything with nutritious value. Bear Creek Chiro-Med is about as much of a medical center for healing with the intention of providing conscious healing, as every nasty drive-thru is a "restaurant" with the intention of providing healthy food! Oh and when I mentioned all the chaotic noise he yelled out, "this isn't a spa!" But then mentioned another so-called massage "SPA" in comparison as if to say "it's okay, other places do this too." I am surprised anyone has found satisfaction or healing here at all. read more

Been coming here on and off for a few years. Early last year I was involved in a front end crash in which my vehicle was totaled and my body messed up. I also had a large 5in x 3in hard Hematoma located along the right breast area which was caused by the trauma and pulling of the seat belt. I started treatment shortly after the crash by Dr. Garcia and continued for several months. I was also refereed to by Bear Creek an attorney, which after consultation and thought, I chose to hire to pursue the claim. I choose not to take medications but to treat the injury naturally with massage specifically to the area to break up the mass as well as regular adjustments. Best decision I could have made. Was treated wonderfully, though I have always been treated wonderfully by the caring staff and Dr. Garcia. Will continue to use the services offered at Bear Creek for years to come. On a side note, though I will not discuss any details of my involvement with the Attorney or the claim, I'll just say that I am pleased with the service I have received. I've been coming to this place for about 5 years as I've needed help with my back. The doctor is good but stuff at front desk don't care to help you. Bad attitude towards your needs. I've tried to get in 4 times in the last week and been told doctors weren't in. Which I under stand because of the Christmas holiday. When I was here yesterday the chiropractors were not in again this was the 3rd time since last Wednesday I've been told that. Never did the front desk offer to tell me when they would be back. When I asked if they would be in around 12 pm today they told me yes. I showed up today at 12:05pm they told me they couldn't take see me now because it was to close to lunch that starts at 12:30pm. Every time the same lady. She knows I was mad and just looked at me like she didn't care and never said another word. Unfortunately with this kind of customer service I will never be back or recommend this office again. Just lost 2 long time customers. Really should look into better front office staff. read more

I was told the first appointment would take about 50 minutes. I arrived on time and filled out the required paperwork. After waiting 50 minutes I decided to look for another chiropractic. Apparently they take walk ins which throws off all the appointments if a lot of people come in. So if you are looking for a place to catch up on email and Facebook this might be it. read more
