Since the move south and retirement I told myself I would get back into brewing. on my most recent trip to San Diego, I was fortunate enough to visit a few breweries in Vista and stopped by SoCal after seeing an AleSmith West Coast IPA recipe featured on their site, I called ahead of time, and the gal was nice enough to start filling my order. My brother-in-law and I arrived and walked in, greeted by the owner's mom. I told her I had called and she was currently milling my grain for me. It had been near 6 years since my last home brew (www.contributingfactorbrewing.com) and I was excited to bust out another all grain recipe. Now if I can only remember the steps. But that too was included in the recipe. Really a great, one stop show for all you beer needs. To be honest, I had no idea on the price but when I didn't have any other options available at the time, this worked out. That said, I have bookmarked them for future purchases, either online or in person. They might be a few dollars more, but it's a local, family run business. Who can't get behind that. So, thanks SoCal for my brewing supplies. Looking forward to an 8 hour brew day and getting my feet wet in the world of home brewing!

There is a nice long bar and plenty of tables and seating inside. One of my very favorite breweries is Monkish and they have their Hazy IPA on tap. It was so great to have Monkish beer without having to drive to Anaheim or Torrance. The tap room is super clean and neat. There is a great selection of beers to take home. I know there are a few breweries close by to Windsor but they can get super crowded. Windsor is a great place to grab some beer and relax! It's even better that they have their own parking lot! I would highly recommend Windsors and will definitely be back again!

I'm continually pretty blown away with what they had available. The pour prices and the bottles seem to be really reasonably priced. However, Jennifer at Beverage Factory jumped right in and alleviated my concerns immediately. She closely assessed the issue and gave me three options to remedy the problem. She ended up coordinating with a local appliance company to come out and repair a hinge on the doors. The service from start to finish was 20 minutes and very professional. It felt like white glove service, with little worry or concern on my part. Very happy with Jennifer and the customer support she was able to provide and we are happy with our purchase.
