We have really enjoyed our visits and the brews at Weir Beer. They offer a good selection of hoppy, lagers, and hard seltzers to please everyone. The venue offers plenty of accommodating space inside and out. We really appreciate the food truck selection as well from tacos, to Hawaiian BBQ, to pizza it's always a win when you can enjoy a good drink and be certain good food will follow. Thanks Weir Beer and keep up the good work.

First time going to the adult Easter egg hunt, it was so fun! I tried a flight of beer/seltzers the flavors are so yummy of the sours & They had get baked cookie company inside sleeping desserts & MJs eatery Philly cheesesteaks outside for lunch & the Easter egg hunt had a fun variety of prizes & candy incident the eggs I'd definitely come back for the good times!

Great brewery, and great selection of beers and seltzers. I had a coffee stout and jalapeno lager that were very good and refreshing. They have a large space to accommodate large groups and parties. The staff were friendly, they were helpful explaining the menu. We will be back for sure.

Great beer and fish tacos in food truck! We happened upon this place and sat in dirt area outside with nice seating and shade. Indoors cool too.

They've definitely got a 90's, Nickelodeon thing going on here and I don't hate it. The tap list consists of about 30 options. Half are seltzers, a quarter are hoppy beers and the remaining quarter is sort of a grab bag or dark beer, malty stuff and whatever is leftover. The high notes for me are the root beer seltzer, and the margarita seltzer. Beers weren't bad by any means, I just found myself digging the seltzer more. Maybe it was the green slime splatter shaped flight holder that made me long for something close to soda? Who knows. All in all Weir makes quality drinks, they have friendly service and the place is sizable with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I just hope I don't get slimed.

Really low key brewery with a barn and country feel. Don't discount the shiny discount ball here nor skip on the sparkling tap water here. As for the beers I came on a day of what seems like 50 percent ipa , 40 percent seltzers, and I got the new black lager (was good, but light body) and a porter. $8 each good size pours. It's a larger space here, bigger than most office spaces. I believe it's the owner behind the counter. Would love to see more breweries styles here.

Cheers, with the hazy IPA, dark lager, and the Moscow mule inspired seltzer!

Three of us were brewery hopping on super bowl Sunday and landed here for the end of the day. There were a lot of people there but still lots of space, we sat at the awesome ginormous concrete bar. There was a great variety of beers, including some cocktail inspired seltzers, which I thought was super cool and yummy! Staff was very friendly, showing us a couple of taste-testers first, always great! We only had one drink each, so I definitely will be returning in the future. Support Local!

Weir Beer was excellent. The facility is laid out really well and in a fun way. The outside is perfect to have a flight and just hang out. Beer was really good. We had a flight of the Seltzers and a Flight of the beer. For Seltzers, the pickle and peach were really good. The Java the hut was our favorite beer of the night. Will definitely be back.

Fortunately for me this place is in my works business park. I had no idea there was a new brewery on the block. After picking my groupon I stopped in on a friday to try their beers. They have a fun old skool 90's vibe to their decor. The beers were all tasty. They have quite a few seltzers which was new to me. The staff were friendly, I was helped by Kendall, who was very nice. Thank you so much!

We've been here twice since the new WEIRd :-) owners took over the Helia brewery. We enjoyed our time there both times. Our first time they had Oishi Sushi Fusion pop up and the second time there they had Meches Fish tacos. I love when breweries have food and that's a big determining factor in weir |where| I choose to go. The owners are a married couple and are very personable. Our second visit we even met a nice family member of theirs. So it has a very family forward vibe here . Dogs are allowed too. I can't remember if this is an only 21 and up venue or if younger is allowed in too but on our first visit the event they had was only for the 21 and up crowd. I'm sure that's an easy thing to find out though. Speaking of dogs we have gravitated to the non hoppy brews. I double dog dare ya to try a brew. They have a lot cool seltzer options if that's your thing. Give them a visit if you're ever in the business park area! Super nice and spacious venue. We'll be back! Especially if our favorite team is playing. iYKYK !

Beer was so good the first time we had to come back! And the beer is still amazing. Looking forward to their future events

Just moved to Vista about two weeks ago and the first thing I did was yelp and see where I could find some cool breweries stumbled upon this place with my future fiancé as we are beer, lovers and seltzer lovers. We were greeted at the door with a kind and wonderful smile from the person working behind the bar. It had a cool 90s five with some of the best beers and hard seltzers I can ever ask for it seems like they have local food trucks almost every day and a lot of things going on Cool 90s games which you can play while you're sitting there! I hope this review leads you to going to Weir Beer! Cheers!!! Love the 90s theme and the comfortable atmosphere!

My husband and I were consistently blown away throughout the meal. We had a few cocktails (one was the verde) and all of them were exceptionally crafted, balanced and well priced. What really shocked us was how good the food was. These were chef driven dishes with phenomenal flavor profiles and execution. Genuinely was blown away by the charred broccoli and the cabbage dish. I would venture to say I preferred the broccoli dish here than to somewhere like Campfire. On that final note, I'll say we typically go to State street or Encinitas/Solana/Oceanside for our date nights but please, give this place a try. They were so so good! 10/10 from two vegetarians

I parked in the garage that's closest (shared with apartments). Prices were reasonable, food was pretty good, beer tasted like to was supposed to. What could have made it better? The service. It was slow and not super pleasant. It didn't seem too busy anywhere in the place so I'm not sure what the delays were. Maybe the server was new, but she didn't seem too happy and forgot my drink. When she finally came back to check on us she asked if I would like to order a drink (umm, I just want to beer that I ordered ten minutes ago, please). I'd go again if others chose to meet up there... and just hope for the best.

I'm a huge Wicked fan and was excited to see this event advertised on Yelp. This restaurant was the only one in North County I can think of that acknowledged the movie when it was about to be in theaters. First of all, it was easy to get to based on my GPS but kind of challenging to find their parking lot. I ended up finding a 2-hour parking on N. City Drive which was in walking distance. All I was thinking of while walking up to Draft Republic is that this place is massive. Inside, the hostesses verbally instructed me where to go...came across bowling...arcade games...sports on tvs on my way. Behind the curtains, I entered the room in awe. Draft Republic really went ALL OUT!! The Wicked witchy vibe was sooo magical. I loved the beautifuuul Elphaba/Glinda decorations, cleverly creative themed menu option names, actual movie playing in the background, and the take-home momentos. Nick and staff were super wickedly friendly too. The Wicked Bites, Grimmerie Shots and Wickedest Cocktails were all FANTASTIC!!! I definitely tasted Draft Republic's wickedness. I appreciated everything about this experience....well well done. What a WICKED TIME! I hope there are more speakeasy pop-ups in the near future :-)

I want to start by saying that for whatever my opinion matters (and it should matter very little),…read morethis is just how I came away feeling about this place. Because Draft Republic is a rough place to quantify. The food is pretty good; if going off that alone, this place would easily be four stars in my eyes. But, it's not ... Draft Republic is trying to be a bit closer to like a mini Dave & Buster's (a place I have come pretty close to loathing). With an arcade, a bowling alley, a golfing simulator, a full bar, pretty extensive menu, good music, and a fantastic staff, they really have a lot going for them with a little something to make anyone happy. My own issue deals solely with the cost. Came here with my son, all we did was eat two entrees and an appetizer between us, and did nothing else. With drink and after tax and tip, the cost was well over $90. No games, no play, just burgers (plus fries and poke tacos) for two, costs as much as many Californian's net after a full day of work. When you're used to feeding the whole family for about half as much when going out (or a little more when eating sushi), that price was a bit rough. Still, the food is very good. My son and I each ate The Draft Republic Burger. It was perfectly cooked, juicy, very flavorful, and the toppings were high quality. The fries were crisp and salted well. And the side salad wasn't too bad. Both of us ate our entrees and gave it high marks. We had started with the Tres Poke Tacos, where the Tuna was very tasty, steeped in a flavorful marinade, and felt nice and fresh. Definitely a good starter. And the restaurant itself is gorgeous. A lot of space, beautifully furnished, kind of industrial meets art deco with some new age greenery architecture thrown in. I like it a lot. But, as an aging Gen-X'er, who used to go to arcades back in the day, and hates what new arcades have become, the amenities are under appreciated by me. All of that pads the price tag a bit out of what I am willing to pay just for dinner. Which may not be fair to Draft Republic, but that's where it left me.

Inexplicably, my kids love beavers, and so when we were staying in Carlsbad for the night and looking for a place to eat, how could we not visit a place called Belching Beaver? We couldn't not! And so we did. It turns out, Belching Beaver is a very family-friendly brewery, with lots of arcade games, lawn games, and an extremely laid-back atmosphere. I wasn't going to get a beer, but then I saw that the brewery did a collaboration with the Deftones to create an IPA called Phantom Bride. I had to get a pint. Chino Moreno made me do it! It was citrusy and refreshing, and just the thing to enjoy while sitting on the outdoor picnic tables. Belching Beaver offers your average pub food. My kids got chicken tenders and fries, and mac and cheese with fries. I got a poke bowl, which sounds like a risky choice at a brewery, but it was actually really good and fresh! Not too saucy, either. We also got the carne asada 980 Nachos, which are huge and come on a baking sheet. Plenty enough to share! This place is tucked away in what looks like an office plaza.
