This was by far the most unprofessional service experience I've had. I brought my vehicle in for an…read morealignment and tire replacement. I was later informed that the tires could not be removed because the vehicle has a wheel lock, so only the alignment was performed. What is unacceptable is that the wheel lock key was in the glove compartment, and no one made any effort to contact me to ask about it. Instead, they proceeded without the tire replacement and waited until I called to ask when my car would be ready. When I asked why I was not contacted, I was met with hostility rather than accountability, as though the issue was my fault. Clear communication and basic customer service were lacking throughout this visit. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. I would say more but I would just be assuming but they're are way better places to take your car who actually value your dollar and show courtesy and respect. Ps. I don't normally write reviews unless service is atrocious

Also wouldn't release my truck till I replaced the parts. After replacing the parts I was told the truck could not be aligned. After leaving my truck wanted to go hard right into the ditch. I took my car in to a large chain business who changed my tire and put a bent rim back on even though I had a new one there for them to replace it with as well as sold me 2 new tires that were still very good (they were both at a 6, obviously I have educated myself on tire tread since then) They also let me drive out of their shop with a loud noise coming from the tire they were working on and never mentioned it to me. My husband told me to call Tracy's and I decided to try them out. They were very honest with me and kept me updated on the progress being made on my car. They were the ones who found the bent rim and said they didn't feel comfortable with putting me back on the road with a tire that didn't have a good seal. The loud noise ended up being a broken strut which was fixed and rides like new again. How that could have been missed by the other company is beyond me. They took good care of me, found the needed parts as quickly as possible, and their prices are fair. The fact that I was not taken advantage of as a female means a lot to me. I will definitely be making them my go to automotive shop.
