The place carries anything & everything a person could or would need to make their own jerky, sausage, etc. You want seasoning? It's here!! You want speciality pots. pans, knives? It's here!! Now, they even carry fresh meats that are fantastic & they are poly packed. Vacuum sealed air tight! NEAT!!! And yes, they carry all kinds of jerky such as elk, venison, buffalo, chicken, turkey and naturally beef. Want it hard or soft? Got it! Want it spicy or just plain? They got it!! I had become so disgusted with the amount of work I had to do to re-trim the same meat that we already had paid to have done, that for a few years I made my hubby do his own processing. He gave this place a try and I was very doubtful. When he came home he was so excited to have a proper job done. Because of the clear vacuumed sealed packages of meat I could see the difference. I cannot recommend this place highly enough for deer processing.
