I had become so disgusted with the amount of work I had to do to re-trim the same meat that we already had paid to have done, that for a few years I made my hubby do his own processing. He gave this place a try and I was very doubtful. When he came home he was so excited to have a proper job done. Because of the clear vacuumed sealed packages of meat I could see the difference. I cannot recommend this place highly enough for deer processing.
